Abstract

Indonesia has a unique diversity where there are various kinds of ethnicity, language, race, nation and religion. Religious moderation has several opinions according to experts and. Viewed from the opinion according to Abdurahman Mas'ud, this moderation can mean placing a balance above faith, morals and morals, both viewing other people as individuals, as well as above state institutions. Moderation of religion within the framework of Islam is reflected in all aspects of Islamic teachings themselves. Tolerance is mutual respect for one another to present a community that must be managed. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method, which uses a particular type of field research (Field Research). Abstract

Implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar menemukan hambatan, bahkan diawali dari suatu konflik dalam lembaga pendidikan khususnya sekolah di wilayah pesisir. Wilayah pesisir dengan keunikan geografis, sosial kemasyarakatannya akan menemukan perbedaan sudut pandang dari keterbatasan sumber daya yang saat ini ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) sumber penyebab konflik dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar, (2) dampak konflik dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar, (3) resolusi konflik dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, pendekatan fenomenologis, dengan rancangan studi multi situs pada dua sekolah di wilayah pesisir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan model alir. Ada tiga rumusan dari hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Sumber penyebab konflik seperti perbedaan pendapat antar guru, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana, terbatasnya kemampuan guru, dan kecemasan posisi/jabatan guru, dan orangtua siswa sulit berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka. (2) Dampak konflik yang dirasakan adalah dampak fungsional. Guru yang dipaksa untuk implementasi kebijakan perubahan kurikulum nasional. Kebijakan ini menuntut guru untuk terus mengembangkan kompetensi diantaranya kompetensi professional, sosial dan pedagogik. Serta guru, secara tidak langsung menerapkan konsep pembelajaran sepanjang hayat. Resolusi konflik yang disarankan adalah kolaborasi guru senior & junior, pemerataan sarana dan prasarana sekolah, menerapkan strategi manajemen perubahan, dan menyusun program home visit. Hasil penelitian ini, sebagai dasar pemerintah dalam menentukkan kebijakan pendidikan, sebaiknya, melihat porsi kesiapan khusunya dalam karakteristik letak sekolah. Kepala sekolah lebih resposif menanggapi perubahan, dan orang tua diharapkan dapat antuasias dalam partisipasi pendidikan. Pada akhirnya keberhasilan pendidikan menjadi prioritas bersama. Selain itu, dapat dijadikan referensi dari pemecahan konflik dengan karakteristik yang sama dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

Thaha Husein was a scholar who had been blind since childhood, but he made significant changes to the field of education in Egypt. His position as Minister of Education was used to make changes in education which had previously lost relevance to the times, slowed down human resource development, and extended foreign domination to the independence of the Egyptian state. Thaha Husein made education free, made changes to the curriculum, methods, and made education in Egypt more humanist and modern than before.

Abstract

Students are vital to the continuity of education. The existence of students needs to be regulated to ensure the quality of education. One form of student regulation is dropout and transfer. This study provides a new perspective on how managing student dropouts and transfers can contribute to character building. This study aims to identify the factors causing transfers and dropouts, as well as the efforts made by schools to prevent dropouts and transfers, to strengthen student character. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a case study type of research. The research was conducted at MAS Mifftahul Jannah, Bengkalis, Bengkalis Regency. The data collection techniques were in-depth interviews and observation. The results of the study show that the factors causing student dropouts and transfers originate from the students themselves (internal factors), such as the students' inability to adapt to school rules and the unattractiveness of the school environment. Reducing student dropout and transfer rates can be achieved by strengthening character education values such as discipline, hard work, and responsibility. Strengthening these character values is expected to create moral, social, and academic resilience in students
