Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the students’ psychological problems, and to know the efforts of the students to overcome their psychological problems. The research was conducted in SMKN 1 Lamongan at OTKP. The research is qualitative research. It used an observation and a semi-structured interview as a technique to collect the data. Based on the research, the researcher found that the students felt anxious, shy, fear of making mistakes and the students also got a lack of confidence when they were speaking in front of the class. The efforts to overcome their psychological problems were as follows. The students should have the self-confidence to speak, the student should master many vocabularies, and more practices speaking in English, the teacher should give motivation to the students and encourage a habit and accustom the students to use English. Keywords: Speaking, psychological problems

Abstract

This community service activity is entitled “Application of Human Resource Management in Improving Worker Competencies in the Digital Age at the KEDU EMAS Starter MSME Group in Kelapa Dua District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province”. This activity was carried out on Sunday, July 14, 2024 and was attended by 22 students and 6 Pamulang University assistant lecturers. The general objective of this community service activity is the application of human resource management knowledge to improve competencies in the current digital era in KEDU EMAS MSMEs, Kelapa Dua District. The methods applied include surveys, direct material delivery, as well as consultation and discussion regarding the application and management of human resources. This community service activity succeeded in providing an understanding to KEDU EMAS MSME players regarding the management, training and development of human resources in an effort to develop community businesses in Kelapa Dua District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis pengaruh kerjasama tim dan kompetensi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PDAM Tirta Musi Paleimbang yang beirjumlah 600 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah proportionatei stratifieid random sampling meingingat peigawai PDAM Tirta Musi Paleimbang teirdiri dari beibeirapa subdivisi yang heiteirogein (tidak seijeinis seihinggan peineiliti meingambil sampeil yang reipreiseintatif dari masing-masing subdivisi). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisi regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Kerjasama tim dan kompetensi merupakan variabel indevenden dan prestasi kerja sebagai variabel devenden. Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh variabel kerjasama tim dan kompetensi tehadap prestasi kerja dan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh variabel kerjasama tim dan kompetensi tehadap prestasi kerja. Kerjasama tim dan kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang.

Abstract

Hot springs are among the most common geothermal surface manifestations, typically emerging through fractures formed by tectonic processes. The subsurface structures associated with the Grao Sakti hot spring manifestation in Jangkat, Merangin Regency, were identified using GGMplus gravity data by analyzing rock density contrasts through cross-sectional interpretations of the First Horizontal Derivative and Second Vertical Derivative of the gravity anomaly data. The Complete Bouguer Anomaly map reveals several gravity anomalies ranging from 73.8 to 174.6 mGal, which are interpreted as the Masurai, Hulunilu, and Sumbing volcanic complexes, Dikit Fault Segment has promoted the development of a fault-bend basin within the study area and the Barisan Mountain Range. Structural interpretation based on the FHD and SVD maps indicates the gravity derivative results indicate that the Grao Sakti manifestation is associated with a subsurface structure interpreted as a normal fault. This interpretation is consistent with regional geological evidence, and previous studies conducted along the Grao Sakti hot spring profile that normal fault is interpreted to have developed as a consequence of the formation under a transtensional tectonic regime movement of the Dikit Fault Segment, a major segment of the Sumatran Fault System, which trends in a northwest–southeast direction.
