Abstract

This study aims to reveal and explain the results of the evaluation of information technology-based inclusive education policies in DIY for the 2017/2018 academic year conducted by researchers in 16 high school inclusion schools in DIY. In this study the authors use two major concepts in evaluating this policy, namely: Policy Design and Policy Implementation. The method used in this research is Mix-Method, which combines two qualitative and quantitative research methods, so that more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data are obtained. The results of this study are the policy design obtained a value of 3.12 and was included in the fairly good category, the implementation of the policy obtained a score of 2.77 and was included in the good enough category so that the results of the evaluation of information technology-based inclusive education policies in DIY for the 2017/2018 academic year were in the fairly good category.

Abstract

The primary objectives of the study are to investigate the manner in which the media in the Philippines covered the Covid-19 outbreak and to investigate the effects that the outbreak had on the public policy of the country with regard to the tourism industry. For the purpose of this study, examples were drawn from various news articles published on CNN Philippines, Inquirer.net, and pna.gov.ph that covered the years 2020 and 2021. The analysis makes use of the Nvivo software to produce a Word Cloud, which is a list of the terms and keywords that occurred the most frequently over the specified time period. Additionally, the percentage of variable analysis, also known as the percentage of media reporting narratives against predetermined variables, was also calculated. The variables that were used in this study were UNWTO recommendations that were compiled in relation to the tourism sector as a response to the impacts caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The media has assumed a prominent position during the epidemic as a result of the value and utility it serves in today's modern society. The role of the media in society is also on display during the pandemic, as evidenced by the media's constant dissemination of pandemic-related information and the creation of hospitable conditions in the community at large, particularly in the tourism sector, where it plays an active role in disseminating crucial information to the various actors in Indonesia's tourism industry. Abstract

This study aims to find out the analysis of local government spending in DKI Jakarta Special Region of Yogyakarta, Banda Aceh City, Papua, West Papua for the 2020 Fiscal Year in managing the 2018-2020 regional budget. This research is descriptive. The results of the study show that the spending variance of the Regional Government Expenditures (DKI Jakarta, DIY, Banda Aceh City, Papua, and West Papua) in 2018-2020 is an average of 25.5% -27.7% included in the favorable category variance because the realization of expenditure does not exceed the set budget. Furthermore, from the Harmony Ratio, most regional expenditures are allocated for Operational Expenditures. The average operating expenditure in 2018-2020 is 33.35%, while capital expenditure is 40.16%. The average is taken from the percentage of the five regional governments, and the Regional Expenditure Efficiency Ratio shows that the realization of the expenditure budget never exceeds the budget. The average efficiency ratio is 2018-2020 is 80.88%. This shows that the five regional governments are pretty efficient in making savings or spending efficiency.

Abstract

Tourism has a significant contribution to the development of an area. Optimization of tourism management in this area needs to be implemented immediately so that useful values can be obtained while these factors can be well maintained. The purpose of this research is to knowing how the management strategy about tourism in new normal situation at Bintan Region. This research. This research using the SWOT analyses to evaluate the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat. Using SWOT analyses can be a tools to formulating the policy, especially during the crisis situation. The technic method of this research is qualitative approach. Which the paper is using depth analysing with the main variable of the data, beside that this research is evaluate by the secondary data. The result of this paper is the term "new normalcy" refers to the process of rediscovering new standards and ideals through critical thinking processes triggered by crucial occurrences.several indicators are used when developing and formulating tourism strategies in Bintan. These indicators include management models, improving service and security standards, social influences, developing models of environmental activities in tourism areas, and conducting survey visits. at a Bintan tourism spot. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the challenges of tourism in Gunung Leuser on Climbing as a tourism place faced both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic by collecting qualitative data sources such as interviews and direct observations and using the Nvivo application in analyzing tourism during the pandemic. Mount Leuser climbing tour at the Kedah resort which is next to the village of Kedah is the longest hiking trail in Indonesia. This research generally uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques, the data presented here are in the form of statements that indicate the nature, characteristics and circumstances of the symptoms or events studied. This study uses the NVIVO analysis technique where the data used is secondary data derived from journal articles and government policies in handling COVID-19 in the Gunung Leuser area. The results showed that climbing Mount Leuser tourism was oriented towards special interest tourism and only certain groups of tourists tended to come to visit. The impact of COVID-19 on climbing tourism in Gunung Leuser also affects the Tourism Impact indicators (36%), International Law Travel (12), Travel Restrictions (24%), Tourism Policy (12%), Economy Recovery (4%), and Social Impact (4%). The percentage during Covid-19 that affects tourism policy (policy), affects the impact (recovery) of tourism in Gunung Leuser. Keywords: Leuser Tourism, Challenges, Covid 19, Kedah

Abstract

The many potentials of culture tourism and the MSME economy in Wirokerten Village provide opportunities for the realization of Wirokerten Village as a Cultural Independent Village. However, from the many potentials owned, Wirokerten Village still has challenges and problems, namely the need for institutional solid management in integrating tourism potential and not optimizing the marketing of culture-based tourism-MSME potential in Wirokerten Village. The purpose of this activity is to optimize marketing and strengthen institutional management in integrating the tourism potential of culture-based SMEs in Wirokerten Village. The method used in this service is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which is empowerment that aims at community development by emphasizing the potential or assets in a group or region. The results of this program are the formation of a decree on the formation of Pokdarwis, a decree on the Tourism Village Manager, a decree on the Village-Owned Business Entity (BUMKal), Ngontel Ndeso & Ngandong Ndeso Tourism Packages, a cultural-based branding concept for the Pasar Blumbang Mataraman, and an increase in community understanding based on Go-Digital MSMEs. This activity is expected to lead Wirokerten Village to become a Village with the title of Cultural Independent Village.
