Abstract

(SDGs) “Subtainable Development Goals” atau (PTB) “Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan” merupakan Resolusi yang di canangkan oleh PBB, dan di tanda tangani oleh pemimpin negara - negara maju dan berkembang pada tanggal 21 Oktober 2015, yang berambisi mempunyai tujuan untuk pembangunan bersama hingga tahun 2030 dengan 169 capaian yang terukur sebagai agenda dunia pembangunan Internasioanal, dan tujuanya meliputi pengentasan kemiskinan kelaparan, perbaikan kesehatan, pendidikan, dan mengatasi perubahan iklim serta melindungi hutan dan laut. Terkait dengan pembahasan (SDGs) tentang merebaknya penomena wabah pandemi Virus Corona di tanah air, tentunya cukup menarik untuk kita bahas pembahasan tentang pandemi dan kebijakan Pemerintah dalam menghadapi dan menangani wabah Virus Corona desiase (Covid - 19) ini.

Abstract

To increase profits for companies, a highly motivated workforce is needed, profit will increase if supported by good work productivity of workers. The achievement of these objectives depends on the policies adopted by the company. But on the other hand, the work productivity of workers decreases, this is due to low work motivation and the relative compensation of only enough for the basic needs of the lives of workers, this results in targeted production not being achieved according to targets set by the company, as for the goals. This study aims to determine (1) compensation provided by PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, (2) motivation of workers at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, (3) work productivity at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, and (4) the effect of compensation and motivation both jointly and individually on work productivity at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung. The method used is descriptive and expansive survey method of the analysis unit of the workers of PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung. Sampling using a random sampling method and simple with a sample of (n) 85 workers. The type of investigation into this study is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional and the analytical method used is frequency distribution and path analysis. The findings of this study are compensation and motivation both jointly and individually influencing work productivity workers at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, but partially dominant motivation affects work productivity rather than compensation

Abstract

In addition to shopping website, online Business also provides the organization with a lot of advertising opportunities web-based; the strategy to develop the market through online channels has lead to interest, and the seller to apply this strategy to improve their products and services. The use of the innovation (ie PC, Web) in online shopping or marketing to improve marketing operations. The trend of online shopping is becoming faster and faster. Now, the public perception about e-commerce has been adapted and consumers taking risks. In this study, the ideas of different researchers put forward. Researching the trends and status of women in the field of electronic commerce. It is believed that women in this era do very difficult shopping. The risk or the main factor that women prevent their online shopping is a factor of "trust". They just like to shop when they hear positive words from their family or their friends.

Abstract

The marketing of fishery products in Cirebon City continues to encounter challenges in penetrating global markets, primarily due to the limited English communication skills among business actors. This study aims to examine the impact of English language training on the effectiveness of fishery product marketing. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 fishery entrepreneurs who had participated in a three-month English language training program. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics and simple linear regression to determine the relationship between the training and marketing effectiveness. The findings reveal that English language training significantly improved the participants’ communication skills in promoting their products to international markets (p-value < 0.05). Moreover, the use of English-based digital marketing strategies increased from 40% prior to the training to 75% afterward. These results highlight the essential role of English language training in enhancing the global competitiveness of fishery products. The study recommends the implementation of more targeted training programs integrated with digital literacy to support successful international marketing initiatives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyses the effectiveness of e-learning in enhancing the English comprehension of Electrical Engineering students in Cirebon. The research employs a quantitative method with a journal review approach to identify trends and the effectiveness of e-learning in English learning for engineering students. The findings indicate that e-learning significantly contributes to students' comprehension improvement, particularly in reading and listening skills. Students who actively use e-learning show a 30% increase in English comprehension scores compared to those who rely solely on conventional learning methods. A total of 75% of students reported that e-learning helped them better understand technical materials in English. However, challenges remain in student interaction and learning motivation, especially in speaking and writing skills. The conclusion of this study suggests that e-learning can be an effective learning medium with proper implementation strategies, including enhancing digital interaction and developing more engaging methods for students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja bellboy di The Luxton Hotel Cirebon berdasarkan lima dimensi kinerja menurut Tjahjono (2006), yaitu kuantitas kerja, kualitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, kehadiran, dan kerja sama. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner kepada 83 responden yang merupakan staf hotel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja bellboy secara umum dinilai baik hingga sangat baik, dengan nilai tertinggi pada aspek kehadiran dan kualitas kerja. Bellboy dinilai sigap, ramah, disiplin, serta mampu bekerja sama dengan baik antar tim maupun lintas divisi. Namun demikian, masih terdapat hambatan seperti beban kerja tinggi saat ocupansi meningkat dan keterbatasan jadwal rotasi yang dapat memengaruhi konsistensi kinerja. Keterbatasan penelitian ini meliputi: (1) penelitian hanya dilakukan di satu hotel sehingga hasil tidak dapat digeneralisasi untuk hotel lain dengan karakteristik berbeda; (2) periode pengambilan data yang relatif singkat sehingga belum menangkap variasi kinerja dalam jangka panjang; (3) instrumen penelitian hanya menggunakan kuesioner tertutup tanpa wawancara mendalam yang dapat menggali informasi lebih komprehensif; dan (4) penelitian belum mengukur kepuasan tamu secara langsung sebagai indikator eksternal kinerja bellboy. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi rutin, pelatihan pelayanan, serta peninjauan sistem kerja disarankan agar mutu pelayanan bellboy dapat terus ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini untuk mengevaluasi arus kas pada PT. Jatibarang Tehnik Utama. Laporan arus kas adalah catatan keuangan yang penting bagi perusahaan, yang berisi informasi tentang pendapatan dan pengeluaran dari berbagai aktivitas operasionalnya. Penelitian ini menganalisis fluktuasi arus kas selama tahun 2024 untuk mengidentifikasi pola ketidakseimbangan antara pemasukan dan pengeluaran yang dapat mempengaruhi likuiditas perusahaan. Karena itu, kas mencakup semua alat pembayaran yang dimiliki perusahaan yang disimpan di dalam perusahaan maupun bank dan siap di gunakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis data keuangan bulanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi signifikan pada saldo kas, terutama penurunan drastis dari Rp. 502.794.500 di bulan Maret menjadi Rp. 175.219.500 di bulan April akibat pengeluaran operasional yang tinggi mencapai Rp. 390.075.000. Kas berfungsi untuk membayar semua aktivitas yang dilakukan perusahaan, baik dalam operasi sehari-hari maupun untuk investasi. Karena itu, bagi perusahaan, memiliki alat pembayaran dalam jumlah dan waktu yang tepat akan sangat bermanfaat positif bagi perusahaan, kekurangan uang akan menyebabkan perusahaan tidak dapat membayar berbagai aktivitas operasi dan investasi. Temuan penelitian mengidentifikasi lima hambatan utama dalam penyusunan arus kas: fluktuasi pemasukan dan pengeluaran, inkonsistensi volume penjualan, pengeluaran proyek yang tidak terprediksi, ketergantungan pada saldo lebih, dan minimnya sistem prediksi formal. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini memberikan enam rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan arus kas, termasuk pembuatan proyeksi bulanan, penetapan dana cadangan, evaluasi berkala, penjadwalan pengeluaran, diversifikasi pemasukan, dan digitalisasi sistem keuangan.
