Abstract

Even though it is supported by the Smart City label, as the capital city of West Java Province, Bandung is still having trouble handling waste. The plan to use incinerator technology at the Sarimukti landfill has never been built because it is considered a threat to the environment and public health. Furthermore, biodigester technology from Japan was initiated, but it did not materialize. As a result, waste becomes an unresolved problem. Therefore, according to Law no. 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management, the paradigm of waste management must be changed from collect-transport-dispose to reduction at source and recycling through the 3R principle (reduce, reuse, recycle). “Pasigaran Handmade and Crafts” was established on July 16, 2019, having its address at Pasigaran Village, Citeureup Village, Dayeuhkolot District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. This business was founded on the anxiety of companions because more and more poor people need government assistance but cannot be covered by the government budget, in addition to the abundance of paper waste that is no longer used so that the idea of turning newsprint into a variety of recycled products such as wall clocks, bags was born. , tea sets and various containers. The essence of planning is how to determine various programs and activities aimed at gradually achieving long-term goals. Therefore, the preparation of programs and activities must be based on organizational goals, both short term (0-2 years) and long term (2-5 years). Performance measures are carried out by setting indicators of success, both short term and long term

To achieve this, both descriptive and explanatory survey methods were utilized to understand the behavior of variables and test hypotheses. The research type adopted was causality-based, focusing on establishing a causal relationship between product attributes, brand image, and buying decisions. Individual analysis was conducted on consumers of Perhutani brand HONEY at Ahmad Yani and Setiabudi outlets in Bandung. With a cross-sectional approach, this research collected empirical data to gauge the majority population's opinion. The study found that product performance attributes and reference groups have a considerable impact on the products' selling price trend. The product mix performance and the influence of reference groups play a crucial role in shaping brand image. They also significantly impact purchase decisions. Interestingly, the relationship between brand image and the selling price trend is closely linked. Similarly, the performance of the product mix is also dependent on the reference group.

Abstract

The State Revenue and Expenditure Budget as an acceleration of budget implementation is needed to support sustainable national development programs by optimizing the role of state revenues and expenditures, especially Ministry/Institution revenue and spending on economic growth each year. A good understanding of the mechanisms for compiling Ministry/Institution budgets is very important to be understood by various parties, especially in the framework of achieving optimal work unit goals and functions. The aim of the study was to find out the condition of stakeholder participation in budgeting, the budget revision process and how these factors affect the effectiveness of budget spending at the West Java Natural Resources Conservation Center (BKSDA). The research methodology is descriptive quantitative using primary data collected from users of the West Java Province BKSDA budget for the period 2019 to 2021. The data collection method is questionnaire interviews. The results of the study show that some budgetary participation has a significant effect on the effectiveness of budget absorption, but partial budget revisions have no significant effect on the effectiveness of budget spending. Meanwhile, simultaneous budget participation and budget revision affect the effectiveness of budget absorption. The policy of participation in budget preparation and budget revision needs to be further enhanced by the BKSDA of West Java Province so that the achievement of the effectiveness of budget absorption can be more optimal Keyword: Participation, Revision, Budget Absorption Effectiveness

Abstract

The method of implementing this community service is systematically designed to overcome the problems faced by the target partner, Ma Utik, in developing the Cilembu yam industry and its processed products. The preparation and planning stages as well as socialization and initial training are the main focuses in this program. The preparation stage begins with an initial survey to identify partner needs related to marketing, business management, distribution network development, and product innovation. A service team consisting of experts in economics, management, agribusiness, and informatics was formed with a division of tasks according to competence. A structured work plan includes a schedule of activities, implementation methods, and indicators of success, as well as careful management of budgets and resources. Socialization and training materials were developed based on partner needs to ensure in-depth understanding and mastery of relevant skills. The socialization phase begins with an initial meeting to introduce the program's objectives, benefits and solutions to partners, while accommodating their inputs. Initial training was conducted to provide partners with a foundation of knowledge and skills. Marketing strategy training covers the use of social media, digital marketing, branding, and promotion. Business management training covers business planning, financial management, and strategic decision-making using business management software. Distribution network development training includes negotiating and building relationships with distributors, as well as utilizing communication technology. Product innovation training includes identification of market trends and development of new products using market research technology. Through this approach, it is expected that partners can understand the program objectives and acquire the necessary skills to improve their competitiveness. With effective coordination between the service team, community partners, and supporting institutions, this program can run smoothly and have a significant impact. The implementation of a digital marketing application specifically for Cilembu yam products is one of the main results that is expected to increase product visibility, facilitate customer access, strengthen branding, and increase interaction with customers and business partners
