Abstract

Produktivitas kerja merupakan rasio dari keseluruhan hasil kerja yang telah ditentukan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk dari tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan work-life balance terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur, Tbk (Bank Jatim Cabang Pasuruan). Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada menurunya produktivitas kerja karyawan dikarenakan adanya beban kerja dan work-life balance yang berlebihan. Metode penelitian ang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 75 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja dan Work-Life Balance secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa H1 diterima. Dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variable beban kerja dan work-life balance terhadap produktivitas kerja secara simultan. Menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji pengujian hipotesis beban kerja (X1) menyatakan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa H2 diterima. Hasil uji pengujian hipotesis work-life balance (X2) menyatakan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,031 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa H3 diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran Job Demand Sebagai variabel mediasi Analisis Pengaruh Gaji, Stres Kerja dan Emosional Quotient (EQ) terhadap Kinerja. Obyek dalam penelitian ini merupakan pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Pasuruan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Data diuji menggunakan model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Smart PLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisi data gaji secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja dan job demand. Dengan gaji yang diterima mendorong seseorang untuk bekerja secara maksimal dan tidak menyebabkan individu mengalami job demand. Stres kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja dan job demand. Kondisi stres kerja sangat berdampak terhadap hasil kerja mereka di mana pekerjaan yang dilakukan tidak maksimal dan stres kerja juga menyebabkan pegawai mengalami job demand yang semakin meningkat. Emotional quotient secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja dan job demand. Pegawai yang mampu mengelola kecerdasan emosinya dengan baik mendorong mereka bekerja secara maksimal dan kemampuan pegawai mengontrol dan mengelola kecerdasan emosi dapat mencegah terjadinya job demand. Job demand secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja, kontrol positif terhadap Challenge demands maka pegawai dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Job demand mampu memediasi pengaruh gaji terhadap kinerja, Job demands tidak selalu merugikan, job content dapat tercapai jika pegawai memiliki peluang mengembangkan kemampuanya dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Job demand mampu memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja, kontrol yang baik terhadap job demand, tidak menbuat pegawai mengalami stres dan membuat kinerja meningkat. Sedangkan Job demand tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh emotional quotient terhadap kinerja, emotinal quotient yang tidak dapat dikontrol dengan baik dan kurangnya pengendalian emosi diri menyebabkan kinerja tidak maksimal.

Abstract

Bukir Village is part of the Pasuruan City area where the majority of the population make a living as furniture craftsmen. Based on the observations we made there, the products produced by the furniture craftsmen at Bukir were quite varied, including carved shapes, minimalism, and contemporary motifs following developments in world products. The purpose of this service is to add insight regarding electronic-commerce so that they can market their products on the marketplace and increase the income of furniture MSMEs in the Bukir area, Pasuruan city. The approach method that we use is lecture, presentation and question and answer/discussion methods. The form of participation of the furniture craftsmen in the implementation of this activity was quite active and welcomed. We explained that by doing marketing through e-commerce-based digital facilities, MSME actors can save on promotion costs and capital can be used for developing their business. By placing orders online they can increase the number of sales and income, besides that transactions are made easier, more practical and safer. We also teach how to sell on the marketplace. Keywords: Electronic–commerce, Furniture, Knowledge, Income.

Abstract

Finishing ini kiranya dapat memberikan terobosan baru untuk mebel di kelurahan Bukir Kota Pasuruan. Terutama bagi para pengrajin yang menggunakan bahan – bahan yang masih belum ramah lingkungan sehingga dengan dilakukanya pelatihan dan sosialisasi finishing mengunakan bahan ramah lingkungan ini kedepanya para pengrajin di kelurahan Bukir Kota Pasuruan akan melakukan finishing untuk mebel mereka dengan bahan yang ramah lingkungan.Finishing dengan menggunakan bahan ramah lingkungan memberikan manfaat yang baik bagi pengrajin maupun hasil kerajinanya. Manfaat yang didapat untuk pengrajin kondisi kesehatan mereka akan lebih baik karena terhindar dari bahan – bahan yang mengadung bahan kimia tinggi sedang untuk hasil kerajinan mebelnya lebih aman dan ramah lingkungan karena menggunakan pelarut air bukan thinner atau spiritus yang membahayakan kesehatan dan mencemari lingkungan, Ongkos produksi lebih rendah, karena hanya menggunakan pelarut atau pengencer berupa air, Lebih tahan lama. Lapisan coating water based memiliki film flexibility sangat baik. Cat tidak mudah retak ketika terpapar suhu panas maupun dingin.Berdasarkan sosialisasi tim pengabdian harapanya para pengrajin dapat melakukan finising dengan baik dan menggunakan bahan ramah lingkungan selain itu lebih terjaga kesehatanya karena bahan yang digunakan untuk finising merupakan bahan yang tidak membahayakan kesehatan mereka serta lebih memperhatikan safety saat menjalankan aktifitas kerjanya.Kata kunci : Finishing, Mebel, Ramah Lingkungan.

Abstract

Land registration is a legal process involving the registration of ownership or rights to land at authorized government institutions, such as land offices. The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) is one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of land services and expedite the land registration process. The final stage of land registration is the issuance of a land certificate as proof of title. The land certificate serves as official evidence that provides legal certainty regarding the ownership or rights stated therein. This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and discipline on work productivity in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) in Bandaran Village, Winongan District, Pasuruan Regency. The analysis used is research instrument testing, descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, the R Square value was obtained at 67.8%, which means that work productivity can be explained by 67.8% by the work environment and discipline. The work environment and discipline have a significant effect on work productivity simultaneously with an F count value of 33.63 and an F table value of 3.29 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 indicating that Ha1 is accepted. The results of the work environment hypothesis test (X1) state a significance value of 0.025 <0.05 indicating that the work environment has a significant effect on work productivity. The results of the work discipline hypothesis test (X2) state a significance value of 0.015 <0.05 indicating that discipline has a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused various sectors to experience obstacles, one of the sectors that has been greatly affected is the world of education. The government implements policies related to education so that students learn from home by utilizing technology facilities. One of them is the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Merdeka University, Pasuruan, which must change the conventional learning system with online learning. Online learning carried out in the Management Study Program by utilizing the Google Classroom application. So the purpose of this study is to analyze the use of Google Classroom during the Covid-19 pandemic on the effectiveness of student learning. Based on the research results, perceived usefulness has a direct effect on the use of Google Classrooms, perceptions of comfort and service quality also directly affect the use of Google Classroom, while user interest has no effect on the use of Google Classroom. The indirect effect of perceived usefulness on the effectiveness of student learning through the use of Google Classroom is not supported, while perceptions of convenience, user interest and service quality on the effectiveness of student learning through the use of Google Classroom are supported.

Abstract

AbstrakDesa Kemantrenrejo Kecamatan Rejoso Kabupaten Pasuruan merupakan desa yang secara geografis sangat strategis karena terletak di jalur Pantura Surabaya–Probolinggo. Desa ini memiliki potensi yang besar, khususnya di sektor pertanian, peternakan, serta sektor informal seperti Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, potensi besar tersebut belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi Desa Kemantrenrejo saat ini adalah masih lemahnya pengembangan UMKM. Banyak pelaku UMKM yang mengalami hambatan dalam hal manajemen usaha, pemasaran produk, pengemasan, akses permodalan, hingga pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Hal ini menyebabkan daya saing produk lokal masih rendah dan belum mampu menembus pasar yang lebih luas, baik secara regional maupun digital. Berdasarkan survey lokasi yang telah kami lakukan di desa Kemntrenrejo terdapat sepuluh UMKM yang aktif melakukan kegiatan usaha. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan pelaku UMKM terkait masih lemahnya pemasaran produk mereka sehingga kami memberikan solusi dengan memebrikan pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing. Metode yang kami lakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu lewat strategi partisipatif dimana pelaku UMKM ikut serta secara langsung saat proses perencanaan kegiatan lewat wawancara guna mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada, FGD (Focus Grup Discussion), serta menetapkan keputusan tindak lanjut sebagai solusi menyelesaikan permasalahan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini kami telah membuatkan logo bagi pelaku UMKM sehingga produk mereka dapat dikenal oleh calon konsumen dan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing pelaku UMKM dapat memasarkan produk mereka ke marketplace shopee harapannya dengan pemasaran produk mereka ke marketplace dapat memperluas jangkauan pemasaran sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan mereka.

Abstract

The quality of school management is largely determined by the contribution of various stakeholders, particularly the school committee and the effective utilization of facilities. However, many elementary schools still face challenges in facility management and limited committee participation in managerial functions. This study aims to analyze the influence of school committee involvement and school facilities on parent satisfaction at SDN Pekuncen, Pasuruan City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 88 parent respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that both the school committee’s role and school facilities have a simultaneous and significant impact on parent satisfaction. Partially, each variable also demonstrates a positive and significant effect. These results suggest that strengthening the committee’s roles in advisory, support, liaison, and supervisory functions, alongside improving the quality and management of school facilities, can enhance parental satisfaction. The novelty of this study lies in its simultaneous examination of school committee involvement and facilities within the elementary education context, offering a new perspective on improving educational service quality in regional public schools.

Abstract

Social rehabilitation is a systematic effort to restore and develop the abilities of individuals experiencing social dysfunction, including in terms of social skills, so they can reintegrate effectively into society. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality and the improvement of social skills of inmates at the Bina Karya Social Rehabilitation Unit (UPT), Warungdowo Village, Pohjentrek District, Pasuruan City. Service quality is measured through five indicators: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. Meanwhile, inmates' social skills are measured based on indicators: assertive communication, conflict resolution, empathy, and adaptive behavior in groups. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive correlational approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 46 inmates as respondents. Determining the sample through special considerations, namely: Recommendations from the UPT, Health Workers, and Criteria Based on Independence in Activities. The results of the study showed a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.633 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a strong and significant positive relationship between service quality and inmates' social skills. Therefore, the higher the quality of service provided, the higher the inmates' social skills.
