Abstract

Green entrepreneurship involves addressing environmental issues and making a positive impact, such as the use of environmentally friendly raw materials, clean manufacturing processes, waste management and recycling, etc. These different understandings make a positive contribution to environmental protection and thus serve as a problem-solving mechanism to achieve the SDGs. Its implementation requires educational support and collaboration with stakeholders. The method used in this research is a literature study. The data obtained is compiled, analyzed and concluded. So as to get a conclusion about the literature study. These findings can be an effective step for educators in improving students' understanding of green entrepreneurship and have a positive judgement about being a green entrepreneur. Universities and families should also actively actively seek to instil relevant values for students such as altruism through the provision of practical environmental training. Such practices are are useful to stimulate students' intention to become active entrepreneurs in a sustainable manner and improve environmental performance.

Abstract

Competition in business activities is something that definitely exists, especially since the flow of globalization is increasingly unstoppable, which will create conditions for tighter competition. For those who are not sensitive, it is certain that this business will not last long. This competition also provides opportunities and challenges. Those who are sensitive to environmental changes always try to find the best way to capture and maintain market share. This research was conducted to see consumer behavior before making a purchase until finally deciding to purchase a product. The method in this research is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation using primary and secondary data. The research results show: (1) Marketing stimuli that encourage consumers to shop online because the products are complete and practical, low prices, fast delivery; (2) Characteristics of individuals who follow online shopping trends, influence from friends, busy, easy to compare prices and products, buy for resale, don't know the location of the shop, and dropship; (3) Online purchasing decisions for product selection are based on reviews, low prices and total sales. Store selection is based on store reputation/rating, response speed, and store location. The time of purchase is often made when there is a promotion and the date when the salary is received. The majority of purchases are more than one, to save on shipping costs. The most common payment method is using a virtual account/transfer, via Alfamart, Indomaret, post office, JNE office and in cash when the goods are received.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business has experienced quite rapid development. The main factor in the development of this culinary business is the support in the form of tourism, which is now starting to gain attention. Apart from this, the culinary business is a choice for entrepreneurs because the uniqueness it brings is able to attract the younger generation to consume it. One of the culinary businesses is Ayam Penyet which is much sought after by the people of Medan. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at the " Ayam Penyet Barokah" stall in Medan. The type of research used in this writing is descriptive research, using a qualitative approach. Descriptive research is a form of research aimed at describing existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. These phenomena can be forms, activities, characteristics, changes, relationships, similarities and differences between one phenomenon and another. The implication of this is that a quality brand will create an image of the product itself in the minds of customers and become a basic motivation for customers.

Abstract

Effective employee turnover management is essential in retaining competent employees in an organization. One strategy that can be done is the right recruitment and retention of employees. The results of this study show that companies need to develop an integrated and sustainable employee recruitment and retention strategy over a long period of time. In an effort to retain employees, companies also need to recognize achievements and provide the training and development needed to improve employee abilities and provide appropriate incentives. In addition, companies must pay attention to a healthy work environment and organizational culture and support and promote work-life balance for employees to build employee satisfaction and commitment. With the right recruitment and retention strategies, companies can improve effective employee turnover management and retain talented and competent employees within the organization.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of distribution channels and product quality on the This research was conducted to analyze marketing management at the Medan Zoo tourist attraction to make it more comprehensive and targeted, so that Medan Zoo can increase its attractiveness, attract more visitors, and increase its income and operational sustainability. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Determining informants in this research used purposive sampling. The informants who will be interviewed are the counter guards and managers, and the local community. The types and sources of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. In this research, the data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained in this research indicate that there is a need for more interesting marketing strategies, such as actively using social media which is very influential in the business world in today's era, apart from that by providing education, entrance ticket promotions and tourism activity events at Medan Zo.
