Abstract

Over time, this type of cooperative business slowly begins to lose its existence due to increasingly fierce business competition. This is because the role of cooperatives, which is identical to the provision of basic foodstuffs for the needs of the community, has now been taken over by the existence of supermarkets both in cities and in the regions. This is due to the influence of the industrial technology revolution 4.0 which requires business people to continue to be able to improve services and offer technology-based convenience so that it has an impact on customer satisfaction. This literature review aims to describe the role of the use of information technology systems for accounting for primary cash receipts and disbursements in cooperatives.

Abstract

Abstract

This collaboration between Polytechnics and KUD administrators is one of the supports from academics to receive training in the preparation of cooperative financial reports, the results of dedication in this training are very useful. The method used by training and mentoring for the preparation & presentation of KUD financial statements is quite smooth. Broadly speaking, this training activity consists of Understanding Accounting Information Systems, Computer Accounting, Compiling Accounting Systems or Cycles and Presentation of Financial Statements through the MYOB Accounting Computing Program Package. The Covid pandemic period and the improvement of cooperative assets were a challenge for administrators to find and compile financial reports. Regarding new management activities, the practice of compiling and presenting financial statements has not been optimal and assistance will be carried out on an ongoing basis as long as necessary. This community service contribution has increased the knowledge and skills of cooperative management and has made hope for sustainability next year. The new management has implemented RAT and has a commitment to make improvements in totality in order to get an award that the Dau cooperative is still as good as it was 10 years ago, so that continuity of training can be planned.

Abstract

This study focused on development learning of the entrepreneurship learning model into learning model characterized by constructivistic learning, in which this learning model employs students who are active, multi methods of teaching, and multi source of learning. Findings show that the product of construvtivistic based entrepreneurship learning model is good. It means that product of portfolio-based entrepreneurship learning model is valid to use in the learning process of entrepreneurship lesson at Business Administration Department of Malang State Polytechnic. It is recommended that (1) lecturers who are teaching lesson of entrepreneurship should be given provision about constructivistic-based entrepreneurship learning model, and (2) For further development, this entrepreneurship learning model can be applied in other lessons.

Abstract

This research aims to design a web-based integrated system to optimize the reservation, income, and expense process at Utama Home, a homestay business in Jember. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach, through direct observation and interviews with operational staff. The results of the analysis showed a number of inefficiencies in the manual system, such as overlapping bookings, delay in confirmation, and inconsistent financial records. To overcome these problems, this study uses Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) in designing a new system that is able to simplify operational processes, automate transaction recording, and improve real-time data access. The proposed system is designed to improve financial accuracy, accelerate decision-making, and be a sustainable digital transformation strategy for homestay operations. With the implementation of this system, Utama Home is expected to manage business processes more efficiently and professionally, while providing a better service experience for customers.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu sektor ekonomi terpenting yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, penciptaan lapangan kerja di desa Tulusbesar, Kecamatan Tumpang. Obyek pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah UMKM Aneka keripik desa Tulusbesar. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UMKM Aneka keripik ini antara lain yaitu: (1) dari aspek bidang produksi terkait proses produksinya secara manual, belum ada penerapan IPTEK. (2) dari aspek bidang manajemen menyangkut masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. (3) dari aspek manajemen pemasaran terkait dengan pengemasan yang sangat sederhana dan tanpa disertai merk. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan metode partisipatif. Solusi yang diberikan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan serta pemberian bantuan mesin otomatis dan peralatan yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi sesuai dengan kesepakatan dengan mitra dan ditunjang dengan implementasi dari hasil penelitian pengusul terkait pemasaran. Adapun beberapa solusi pemecahan masalah di mitra meliputi (1) memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan cara melakukan inovasi produk dan diversifikasi produk yang dikembangkan dengan produk lainnya yang bervariasi sesuai selera konsumen, (2) memberikan bantuan mesin otomatis dan peralatan yang menunjang proses produksi, (3) pelatihan bidang manajemen usaha, (4) melatih cara mendesain beberapa model keemasan, pelabelan, dan merk untuk hasil produk yang akan dijual agar lebih menarik, dan (5) melatih pengembangan penjualan dan promosi yang efektif melalui pemasaran secara online melalui beberapa media sosial seperti Instagram dan Whatsapp. Hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat ini mampu membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan UMKM dan meningkatkan pendapatan serta daya saing. Sebaiknya diperkuat jejaring antar-UMKM dan perangkat desa untuk menjaga keberlanjutan program serta memperluas skala dampak pemberdayaan masyarakat.
