Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of thinking style, integrity, and meaning of work on counterproductive work behavior in creative industries. The concept in explaining phenomenon start from elaboration from each of the keywords mentioned: thinking style, integrity, work meaning, and counterproductive behavior. The research method used in this research is explanatory research. The data used are primary. The population in this study is the entire creative industry sector in Indonesia. This research model is multivariate using SPSS as an analytical tool in this research. The results showed partially and simultaneously that the style of thinking, integrity, and meaning of work did not affect counterproductive behavior. So we can conclude that this study shows that if there is counterproductive behavior in employees in the creative industry who have a more open-minded pattern but no influence from thinking style, integrity, and work meaning.

Abstract

Digital Information Center (DIC) is an entity that plays a central role in managing, storing, and providing access to various types of information in digital form. DIC plays an important role in this digital era, where the amount and variety of data continues to grow rapidly. PID's main role in collecting, managing and distributing digital information to users. The discussion covered various types of DIC such as digital libraries, electronic archives, and government information portals. We also highlight the challenges faced by DIC, including managing privacy, data security, and the importance of information disclosure. This research underlines that DIC not only facilitates access to information, but also plays an important role in forming a knowledge society in the digital era. Abstract

The purpose of this study was The Influence of Product, Price, Promotion and Location on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of Budi Frozen Stores in Balikpapan. To determine This research was conducted at Budi Frozen Stores in Balikpapan, with 144 respondents. This research method uses quantitative methods. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis technique used to research is multiple linear analysis by conducting instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that product, price, location, and promotion variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Budi Frozen Stores in Balikpapan.

Abstract

Prevention of stopping bullying in schools can be done, among other things, by providing appropriate supervision and sanctions to the perpetrators. There are other ways, such as providing counseling through various methods, one way is by including bullying material into learning which will have a positive impact on students' personal development. The aim of this research is to find out the dangers of bullying and prevent an increase in bullying behavior among school children at Adzkiya Balikpapan Vocational School. Socialization is carried out by providing counseling and character education to students. Based on this counseling, the role of schools is expected to be able to apply it to students in their school environment.

Abstract

Setiap negara bercita-cita untuk menyediakan pendidikan yang berkualitas tinggi, tindakan pendidikan itu sendiri sangat penting dalam mempersiapkan orang untuk hidup di lingkungan yang sangat maju, tetapi pengajaran di sekolah saja tidak dapat menilai kualitas pendidikan, seseorang juga membutuhkan pengarahan dan pendampingan, kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kuliah kerja nyata harus membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang disebutkan di atas. Pemberian bimbingan belajar kepada anak-anak pada tingkat sekolah dasar menjadi kegiatan yang dapat menjadi alternatif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian. Pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik mengenai nilai pendidikan untuk masa depan di kalangan warga Kelurahan Lamaru menjadi tujuan dilaksakannya kegiatan pengabdian oleh mahasiswa KKN. Kedua meningkatkan standar pengajaran yang diberikan kepada anak-anak di Kelurahan Lamaru. Di antara hal-hal yang dilakukan adalah: 1. Memperkenalkan warga dengan kegiatan bimbingan belajar melalui sosialisasi. 2. Mendampingi anak-anak di Kelurahan Lamaru. Kegiatan bimbingan belajar dilakukan pada sore hari. Anak-anak ditempatkan dalam kelompok-kelompok berdasarkan kemampuan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain berlatih membaca, berhitung, dan menjawab soal-soal ujian. Ketua RT, warga, dan anak-anak di Kelurahan Lamaru mengucapkan terima kasih atas program bimbingan belajar ini.
