Abstract

In the digital era, online customer reviews play a crucial role in consumer decision-making processes. This study aims to analyze these reviews to gain insights into the quality and reliability of products and services. Using VOS Viewer, data from 455 relevant articles identified from the Science Direct database in the fields of Business, Management and Accounting, Economics, Econometrics and Finance, and Social Sciences were analyzed. The cluster analysis revealed five main clusters: (1) Strategic Integration and Digital Transformation in B2B Markets, (2) Influencer Dynamics and Consumer Engagement in the Digital Era, (3) Digital Consumer Engagement and Motivation on Social Platforms, (4) Consumer Behavior and Brand Dynamics in Environmental and Social Contexts, and (5) Digital Loyalty and Purchase Dynamics, (6) Pandemic Risk and Sustainable B2B Marketing Dynamics, (7) Consumer Response and CSR Dynamics in Service Encounters, (8) Digital Innovation and Capability in Business Customer Servitization, (9) Customer Agility and Success in Virtual Reality Marketing, (10) Elevated Customer Experience in Social Presence Marketing, (11) Personalized Industrial Marketing and Privacy Concerns, (12) Export Performance and Supplier Relationships in Immigrant-Led Management. By leveraging this technology and effectively managing customer relationships, businesses can build a competitive advantage and achieve sustainable growth in an increasingly digital market

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide information and understanding regarding the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) reporting in the sustainability report. This research was conducted to understand the things that the company has done and disclosed in the Sustainability Report in carrying out the CSR Program. The subject of this research is PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk, using the 2022 Sustainability Report. This report refers to the provisions of the Indonesian government as outlined in POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017. The research method used in the research is descriptive-qualitative. The conclusion from the results of this research is that PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk has tried to meet the standards of the Indonesian government. The practices that have been carried out so far have reflected CSR activities and other things that have not been stated in the Sustainability Report. PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk has implemented practices that are beneficial for the environment and society in the long term to contribute to Indonesia's Sustainable Development Goals

Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan dan dampaknya terhadap Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) sektor perbankan Indonesia. Metode komparatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi Laporan Keberlanjutan Perusahaan Perbankan Nasional dari sudut pandang ekonomi. Analisis dilakukan pada tingkat pengungkapan keberlanjutan dari beberapa bank utama di Indonesia dan menilai sejauh mana pengungkapan tersebut mendukung pencapaian SDGs. Data yang digunakan berasal dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan tahun 2022. Analisis konten digunakan untuk menilai keberlanjutan pengungkapan dan kontribusinya pada pencapaian tujuan SDGs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan persentase atas analisis komparatif yang diungkapkan dalam laporan keberlanjutan dari topik spesifik aspek ekonomi oleh 4 perusahaan perbankan nasional. Laporan Keberlanjutan dibuat oleh 4 perusahaan dengan mengacu pada Standar POJK dan GRI Standards yaitu PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, PT. Mandiri Tbk, PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk. Tingkat pengungkapan topik spesifik pada BNI 57%, BRI 71%, Mandiri 93% dan BTN 79% Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa tidak semuanya mengungkapkan sesuai topik spesifik dalam GRI Standar. Bank-bank tersebut memiliki tingkat pengungkapan keberlanjutan yang berbeda untuk menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat terhadap aspek lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola (ESG). Hasil perhitungan pengungkapan keberlanjutan juga terkait dengan kontribusi pada tujuan SDGs, terutama aspek ekonomi inklusif dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Hasil dari studi ini diharapkan memiliki manfaat bagi para pemangku kepentingan, termasuk regulator, investor, dan manajemen bank, dalam menentukan strategi keberlanjutan yang akan membantu mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital Information Center (DIC) is an entity that plays a central role in managing, storing, and providing access to various types of information in digital form. DIC plays an important role in this digital era, where the amount and variety of data continues to grow rapidly. PID's main role in collecting, managing and distributing digital information to users. The discussion covered various types of DIC such as digital libraries, electronic archives, and government information portals. We also highlight the challenges faced by DIC, including managing privacy, data security, and the importance of information disclosure. This research underlines that DIC not only facilitates access to information, but also plays an important role in forming a knowledge society in the digital era. Abstract

Abstract. The eastern region of Balikpapan is dominated by fishing communities in Manggar. In this region, there are attractions Manggar Beach. The government and the surrounding community have used both elements in their daily activities. However, the utilization is still not maximal. Although the government has improved the coastal infrastructure, it is still necessary to develop human resources in order for the economy through tourism to materialize. Through strategic stages, namely (1) data collection; (2) analyzing data; (3) presentation of the result of data analysis, expected to get data to become picture and consideration of government and society around in improving economy area especially tourism with community profession partly as a fisherman. The findings in the tourism sector have yet to show results for the economy in Manggar. This is because the creativity and innovation of human resources have not been optimized by the community and local government. The potential of the community actually exists to be developed in the tourism sector. This can be done through training the management of fishery products by following the global development so as to attract domestic and foreign tourists, making the coastal area as a tourist destination of choice.Keywords: Development Of Tourism, Economy, Society   Abstrak. Wilayah timur Balikpapan didominasi oleh masyarakat nelayan di Manggar. Di wilayah ini terdapat objek wisata Pantai Manggar. Pemerintah maupun masyarakat sekitar telah memanfaatkan kedua unsur tersebut dalam aktivitas keseharian. Namun, pemanfaatan tersebut masih belum maksimal. Walaupun pemerintah telah memperbaiki infrastruktur di pantai tersebut, masih perlu pengembangan SDM agar perekonomian melalui pariwisata dapat terwujud. Melalui tahapan strategis, yaitu (1) pengumpulan data; (2) penganalisisan data; (3) penyajian hasil analisis data, diharapkan diperoleh data-data untuk menjadi gambaran dan pertimbangan pemerintah serta masyarakat sekitar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerah khususnya pariwisata dengan profesi masyarakat sebagian sebagai nelayan. Hasil temuan di sektor pariwisata belum menampakkan hasil bagi perekonomian di Manggar. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kreatifitas dan inovasi SDM belum dioptimalkan oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah setempat. Potensi yang dimiliki masyarakat sebenarnya telah ada untuk dikembangkan di sektor pariwisata. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan pengelolaan hasil perikanan dengan mengikuti perkembangan global sehingga menarik wisatawan dalam negeri maupun mancanegara, menjadikan wilayah pesisir sebagai  tempat wisata pilihan.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Wisata, Perekonomian, Masyarakat

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of marketing mix variables (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process) on purchasing decisions at Seruni Coffee Balikpapan. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of samples in this research was 373 consumers who made purchase transactions at Seruni Coffee Balikpapan. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The test tools used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously. Product variables have the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions at Seruni Coffee Balikpapan.

Abstract

The Objective of the research to the effect of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on customers who have visited and made transactions at least twice.  Sampling technique with non probability sampling. The analysis method used in this research is regression analysis of the causal step method and questionnaires as a means of collecting respondent data and then processed with the help of the SPSS Statistics programme with a sample size of 315. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, F-test, t-test, R-test, regression analysis of intervening variables and sobel test to see how much the independent variable affects the related variable through the intervening variable. Based on the results obtained from this study, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Kinantha Kids Store Balikpapan City. Service quality, customer satisfaction have an influence of 18.9% on customer loyalty, while the remaining 81.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

In local wisdom that has a fair value, the local community has an identity for the nationality of the country. These national values are the basis for national resilience because in these symbols there are patterns in supporting things and as a form of filtering for globalization and support for national resilience. This research aims to find out the national values through symbolic symbols in Erau traditional celebrations in Tenggarong as supporters of national resilience. Descriptive qualitative analysis with Peirce's semiotic approach to interpreting symbols in Erau celebrations that have national values. Its superiority is able to interpret symbols in the Erau context in various other fields. Erau as one of the cultural forms created by the people of Kutai Kartanegara has a symbol of nationality in every ritual in it. Overall, the indigenous people, in this case, the Kutai Kartanegara Sultanate in carrying out Erau is inseparable from the mythology they use based on the Salasilah of the Kutai Kartanegara Sultanate and also the Panji Selaten and Braja Niti books. Mythology is a cultural root that has been passed down from generation to generation as the identity of the Kutai Kartanegara Sultanate and also the patterns of life of its people. In addition, some of the rituals in Erau were designed by the Kutai Sultanate, as well as those that had rules, as a sultanate, they also had separate rules.
