Abstract

This study aims to determine student perceptions of online learning in simulated pharmacy courses during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive research. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with clear inclusion criteria, namely students who had received a simulated pharmacy practice course in the fifth semester of the Pharmacy Department of the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Palembang as many as 77 students. Questionnaires distributed via google form with a Likert-scale and one essay question. Analysis of the data is used by calculating the percentage of respondents and analyzing each indicator. The research results obtained are good perceptions from students of online learning in simulated pharmacy courses during the Covid-19 pandemic. The score for the percentage of respondents obtained for the teaching and learning process indicators shows good criteria of 72.7%, for lecturers' competence indicators showed good criteria of 79.2%, while for facilities and infrastructure indicators also showed good criteria of 75.1%

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Palembang memiliki berbagai pelayanan, salah satunya yaitu pelayanan resep di instalasi farmasinya yang berperan penting dalam pelayanan resep racikan dan non racikan khususnya pada pasien rawat jalan. Standar waktu tunggu pelayanan resep yang ditetapkan di Permenkes Nomor 129 tahun 2008 yaitu pada resep racikan ≤60 menit dan resep non racikan ≤30 menit. Evaluasi terhadap waktu tunggu ini penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit dan menjamin kepuasan pelayanan bagi pasien. Metode : Penelitian inni menggunakan metode deskriptif non-eksperimental dengan pengamatan langsung di instalasi farmasi Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Palembang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh resep racikan dan non racikan pasien rawat jalan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data yang dianalisis mencakup waktu tunggu pelayanan resep racikan dan non racikan serta kesesuaian pemberian obat pada pasien. Hasil : Rata-rata waktu tunggu untuk pelayanan resep racikan yaitu 54 menit yang telah sesuai dengan standar, dan resep non racikan yaitu 33 menit yang belum sesuai dengan standar. Selain itu, terdapat 1,55% ketidaksesuaian pemberian obat kepada pasien yang dapat memberikan pengaruh pada keamanan pasien. Kesimpulan : Waktu tunggu pelayanan resep racikan dan non racikan serta kesesuaian pemberian obat pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Palembang sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan, akan tetapi perlu dilakukan perbaikan lagi dalam kinerjanya agar dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit dan menjamin kepuasan bagi pasien.

Abstract

According to the standard of pharmaceutical services at health centres and hospitals, the management of pharmaceutical supplies includes planning, procurement, control, storage and distribution as well as recording and reporting. This study is a descriptive observational study by taking data retrospectively. Data collection was carried out in May - June 2024. Data were collected by giving a drug management questionnaire to the person in charge of drugs in hospitals and health centres and then matching the drug management checklist with the available documents. The results of drug management which includes planning, procurement, storage, distribution, recording and reporting have been carried out properly at the Primary Health Care (PHC), but not all have been carried out properly at the hospital, especially the absence of stock recording cards and the absence of annual reports, there are no documents and lists of drugs destroyed due to expiration. According to the manager, the management has been effective, but this is not in accordance with the observation of the availability of documents.

Abstract

Pelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO) merupakan salah satu aktifitas dalam  standar pelayanan kefarmasian baik di RS, Puskesmas, apotek maupun klinik. PIO yang baik dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien dan kepatuhan terhadap pengobatan, khususnya pada penderita hipertensi yang merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian dini di dunia. PIO dilakukan oleh apoteker, namun dalam kondisi tertentu disaat Apoteker tidak dapat melaksanakannya, maka Tenaga Vokasi Farmasi (TVF) dengan keterbatasannya secara sukarela melakukan pemberian informasi obat sebatas kewenangannya. Jenis penelitian adalah observasional dengan pendekatan deskriptif, memanfaatkan pasien simulasi di apotek untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diharapkan. Penelitian dilakukan di 5 Puskesmas dan 4 apotek di Kecamatan Seberang Ulu Satu, Kota Palembang. Pengetahuan TVF di apotek dan Puskesmas tergolong baik dengan skor terkecil 80. Seharusnya apotek tidak boleh melayani obat hipertensi tanpa resep dokter, namun ternyata semua apotek yang dikunjungi oleh pasien simulasi masih memberikannya. Kualitas informasi obat yang diberikan pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas lebih baik dibandingkan dengan di apotek. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidak-akuratan informasi obat dan kepatuhan terhadap penjualan obat keras tanpa resep di apotek.

Abstract

Antibiotics are needed to treat infections caused by pathogenic bacteria. The use of antibiotics to treat bacterial infections if done in an inappropriate manner can have detrimental consequences, both clinical and economic. Incorrect dosage, timing and frequency of use can cause resistance. From various studies in various places it was found that people's knowledge and behavior in using antibiotics is still not wise. The purpose of this activity is for participants to have good knowledge about the use of antibiotics. Partners were the mother of the arisan group were 29 people and the church women's group were 33 people. Measurement of knowledge was carried out by means of questionnaires and education was given orally and in writing by presenting a paper. The results showed an increase in knowledge about antibiotics in the good and very good categories, from 25.8% to 80.64% after education. The conclusion, their knowledge increase after education and can play a role in controlling bacterial resistance in their families and their community.
