According to the standard of pharmaceutical services at health centres and hospitals, the management of pharmaceutical supplies includes planning, procurement, control, storage and distribution as well as recording and reporting. This study is a descriptive observational study by taking data retrospectively. Data collection was carried out in May - June 2024. Data were collected by giving a drug management questionnaire to the person in charge of drugs in hospitals and health centres and then matching the drug management checklist with the available documents. The results of drug management which includes planning, procurement, storage, distribution, recording and reporting have been carried out properly at the Primary Health Care (PHC), but not all have been carried out properly at the hospital, especially the absence of stock recording cards and the absence of annual reports, there are no documents and lists of drugs destroyed due to expiration. According to the manager, the management has been effective, but this is not in accordance with the observation of the availability of documents.
