Abstract

Phytochemical Tests and Antioxidant Activity of Moringa Leaf (Moringa oleifera) Methanol Extract Through Maceration Extraction Research has been carried out. This study aims to determine the secondary metabolites and antioxidant activity of Moringa Leaf Methanol Extract (Moringa oleifera). Secondary metabolite compounds contained in the ethanol extract of Moringa leaves were determined by the phytochemical method, while the antioxidant activity was determined by the DPPH method. Moringa leaves used are dried Moringa leaves that have been mashed. A total of 750 g of soni leaves were macerated for 3x24 hours with methanol as solvent. The extracts were then collected and concentrated to obtain a thick extract of 139.5668 g. The extracts were tested for phytochemicals and antioxidants. Phytochemical test results showed that the methanol extract of Moringa leaves contains alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, saponins and polyphenols. The methanolic extract of Moringa leaves has a weak antioxidant activity with an IC50 value of 290.10 ppm.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, MSMEs must increase the speed of thinking related to creativity and innovation on an ongoing basis. This process includes continuous product development, promotion, and productive. Socialization of product managerial and marketing of MSME products is very important in driving their business growth. Managerial is important for MSME owners so that they understand well how to manage their business. This socialization itself has a role in addition to managerial improvement and also aims to improve and provide understanding to MSME players in marketing their products in today's modern era. The implementation of this activity was held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at the Labuhan Pandan Village Office Hall, Sambelia, East Lombok. The KKN PMD program in Labuhan Pandan Village took place from December 2023 - February 2024. This socialization activity was carried out to be able to provide new understanding and learning for MSME players in Labuhan Pandan Village. We carried out socialization or counseling related to MSMEs on January 23, 2024 at the Labuhan Pandan Village Office Hall. This activity also invited MSME players by bringing processed products from each group. In addition, an understanding is given regarding the importance of having a halal label for a product. So that it is given an understanding that it is important to make NIB and SPP-IRT to be one of the requirements from BPOM to accept the halal label

Abstract

Sea cucumbers are marine animals of the holothuroidea class (phylum Echinoderms), which are natural decomposers and play an important role in maintaining aquatic ecosystems. Sea cucumbers can clean up the remnants of organic matter on the seafloor, so that they can maintain the balance of nutrients in an ecosystem. This study aims to determine the species composition and structure of sea cucumber communities, including: abundance, diversity index, uniformity index, and dominance index, as well as to determine the influence of environmental parameters on the abundance of sea cucumber species. Sea cucumber data collection was carried out using the transect belt method, with a transect length of 100 m and a width of 1 meter to the left and 1 meter to the right, respectively, so that a total monitoring area of 200 m2 was obtained. At station 1, the width of the beach is less than 100 meters, so the area of the observation area is adjusted to these conditions. 6 species of sea cucumbers were found, namely: Synapta maculata, Opheodesoma grisea, Chirota smirnovi, Holothuria leucospilota, Actinopyga alboniger, Holothuria scabra. The total abundance value of sea cucumbers found in the waters of Elak-Elak Beach ranges from 164-172 ind/ha. S. maculata is the species with the largest abundance value, ranging from 500-883 ind/ha, while the species with the smallest abundance value are A. alboniger and H. scabra, at 17 ind/ha. Environmental parameters affect the abundance of sea cucumbers, where more sea cucumbers are found in habitats with muddy sand substrates and seagrass vegetation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesejahteraan petani padi di Desa Kalero Kecamatan Kajuara Kabupaten Bone dipengaruhi oleh etos kerja yang islami dan religius. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Tabel Morgan menjadi dasar prosedur pengambilan sampel. Survei ini diikuti oleh 265 petani padi sebagai responden. Kuesioner disebar untuk mengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SEM dengan instrumen tes SMARPLS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan umat Buddha di Desa Kalero Kecamatan Kajuara Kabupaten Bone dipengaruhi oleh keyakinan agama (X2) dan etos kerja (X1) yang merupakan konsep Islam. Secara khusus kesejahteraan petani padi di Desa Kalero dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh setiap aspek religiusitas dan etos kerja Islam.
