Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana WhatsApp Group ini digunakan sebagai media jual beli. WhatsApp Group ini terdiri dari 3 komplek yaitu Banten Indah Permai, Taman Banten Lestari, Taman Mutiara Indah dan berisi 215 anggota. Keuntungan menggunakan jual beli dengan membuat WhatsApp Group adalah sangat mudah baik dari segi penjual maupun pembeli. Selain itu, ketika berbelanja melalui WhatsApp Group tidak ada ongkos kirim sama sekali. Bagi penjual, keuntungan yang didapatkan adalah kemudahan promosi dan dapat berjualan di rumah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi pada salah satu anggota WhatsApp Group “pasar daring”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WhatsApp Group efektif sebagai wadah jual beli dengan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang didukung oleh kemudahan akses, komunikasi real time, dan efisiensi biaya operasional. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk mengetahui proses jual beli dengan menggunakan teknologi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Variety Seeking and purchase interest on the decision to purchase Zalora products. This research uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and the number of samples as many as 71 respondents was obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who have shopped at Zalora. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this research show that purchase interest has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Zalora products, while variety seeking does not have a significant effect on the decision to purchase Zalora products. The results of this research can be used as evaluation material for the management of companies that trade fashion products to pay more attention to purchase interest so that the decision to purchase Zalora products can be improved.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, MSMEs must increase the speed of thinking related to creativity and innovation on an ongoing basis. This process includes continuous product development, promotion, and productive. Socialization of product managerial and marketing of MSME products is very important in driving their business growth. Managerial is important for MSME owners so that they understand well how to manage their business. This socialization itself has a role in addition to managerial improvement and also aims to improve and provide understanding to MSME players in marketing their products in today's modern era. The implementation of this activity was held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at the Labuhan Pandan Village Office Hall, Sambelia, East Lombok. The KKN PMD program in Labuhan Pandan Village took place from December 2023 - February 2024. This socialization activity was carried out to be able to provide new understanding and learning for MSME players in Labuhan Pandan Village. We carried out socialization or counseling related to MSMEs on January 23, 2024 at the Labuhan Pandan Village Office Hall. This activity also invited MSME players by bringing processed products from each group. In addition, an understanding is given regarding the importance of having a halal label for a product. So that it is given an understanding that it is important to make NIB and SPP-IRT to be one of the requirements from BPOM to accept the halal label

Abstract

This research focuses on the development strategy of tourist visits to Pontianak City from 2016 to 2020.  The research is aimed at finding out how the promotion strategy of the Tourism Sector increases tourist visits at the Pontianak City DISPORAPAR in 2019. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study that the Tourism Promotion Strategy in increasing tourist visits went through three stages.  Planning is carried out through setting a promotional budget, determining the target market analysis, promotion goals, and message planning.  Tahap implementation activities by carrying out promotional activities, using promotional media, and tourism events. While the evaluation stage is an evaluation meeting, a report on the performance of responsibility for one period.

Abstract

Permasalahan penyalahgunaan narkoba dan pernikahan dini masih terjadi di Desa Salut, Lombok Utara dan memerlukan penanganan melalui edukasi kepada remaja. Tujuan kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah memberikan pemahaman mengenai bahaya narkoba dan pencegahan pernikahan dini kepada siswa MTs dan MA Yayasan Nurul Ihsan NWDI. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan sosialisasi kolaborasi Mahasiswa KKN UNRAM PMD, Polsek Kayangan, pemerintah desa, dan pihak yayasan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap yaitu pra-kegiatan berupa koordinasi teknis dan tahap pelaksanaan yang diawali pembukaan, pemaparan materi, serta sesi diskusi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peserta antusias mengikuti sosialisasi dan aktif bertanya terkait bahaya narkoba serta dampaknya terhadap kesehatan fisik dan mental, ketergantungan, serta sanksi hukum sesuai UU No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Pada materi pencegahan pernikahan dini, peserta memahami risiko kesehatan, mental, serta dampak ekonomi yang dapat terjadi, serta pentingnya menjaga pendidikan dan cita-cita sebelum menikah, sesuai dengan ketentuan UU No. 16 Tahun 2019 tentang Perkawinan, UU Perlindungan Anak, dan UU Kesehatan. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan memberikan dampak positif, terlihat dari peningkatan pemahaman peserta serta kesadaran untuk menghindari narkoba dan menunda pernikahan dini demi masa depan. Rekomendasi kegiatan ini adalah perlunya kegiatan sosialisasi rutin serta pendampingan remaja agar dapat fokus pada pendidikan dan terhindar dari pengaruh negatif lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstract: Oyster mushroom cultivation in Bulurokeng Village, Makassar, can be an alternative to empower local communities to be more productive. The main problems experienced by partners are the use of manual and simple tools, which slows oyster mushroom production, the lack of bookkeeping in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards, and suboptimal marketing. The method used by the community service team as a form of solution to the problems faced by partners is to provide appropriate technological tools and provide training, outreach, and conduct focus group discussions. The role of technology is expected to have an impact in building community innovation. The results of this activity show that productivity in oyster mushroom production has increased by 300%, partners are able to make simple bookkeeping according to SAK and partners have new packaging equipped with labels that are marketed online. Keywords: oyster mushrooms; packaging; marketing; business bookkeeping; productivity Abstrak: Budidaya jamur tiram di Kelurahan Bulurokeng Makassar, mampu menjadi alternatif dalam memberdayakan masyarakat lokal agar lebih produktif. Permasalahan utama yang dialami mitra adalah penggunaan alat yang masih manual dan sederhana sehingga memperlambat produksi jamur tiram, belum ada pembukuan sesuai Standar Akuntansi Keuangan serta pemasaran yang tidak dilakukan secara optimal. Adapun metode yang dilakukan tim pengabdian sebagai bentuk solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu dengan memberikan alat teknologi tepat guna dan memberikan pelatihan, sosialisasi serta melakukan focus group discussion. Peran teknologi diharapkan memberi dampak dalam rangka membangun masyarakat dalam berinovasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan produktivitas dalam produksi jamur tiram meningkat sebesar 300%, mitra mampu membuat pembukuan sederhana sesuai SAK dan mitra memiliki kemasan baru dilengkapi label yang dipasarkan secara online. Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif merupakan pembelian barang dengan tidak memikirkan fungsi dan kegunaannya tetapi hanya memikirkan prestise dari barang yang akan dibeli, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa perilaku ini lebih mementingkan keinginannya dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhi gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Lokasi penelitian di kota Makassar, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan metode riset yang digunakan asosiatif causal (penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih) dengan pendekatan secara kuantitatif, melalui teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa: a). Gaya hidup mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa b). Literasi keuangan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa. c). Pengaruh gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan bersifat simultan terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada Mahasiswa.
