Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan sebuah solusi terkait dengan proses manajemen bisnis dikarenakan menyediakan macam-macam modul yang lengkap serta dapat langsung diterapkan. Seiring berkembangnya zaman, Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning kini mulai banyak diminati dan digunakan oleh berbagai perusahaan, karena memiliki banyak kelebihan dan keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peran sistem Enterprise Resource Planning dalam upaya meningkatkan pengadaan barang dan jasa pada PT XYZ (Persero). Kami memilih pendekatan deskriptif dan menggunakan kualitatif sebagai metode penelitiannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peran sistem Enterprise Resource Planning pada PT XYZ (Persero) untuk meningkatkan sektor pengadaan barang dan jasa sudah cukup baik. Namun harus diperhatikan dan harus segera untuk di perbaiki seperti membuat sistem verifikasi otomatis secara online dan mengintegrasikan sistem audit maupun laporan keuangan sehingga sistem yang lama yang dilakukan secara terpisah tidak perlu digunakan kembali dalam proses bisnis perusahaan.

Abstract

The debate and problem of riba, profit, and fines particular its practices in Sharia Banking among scholars, academics, the public, practitioners, business people, and religious organizations in Indonesia until now still reap a lot of opinions and controversy that affects the level of public trust in Sharia Banking, resulting in less growth in the market share of Sharia Banking compared to conventional banking even though Sharia Banking governance, performance, quality of compliance, image, and goodwill of Sharia Banking have adjusted to Islamic sharia. The research method used in this research is a literature study method that can be focused on the concept of usury, profit, and fines according to Sharia Banking. The results show that usury can be avoided through buying and selling transactions rather than lending and borrowing, but various understandings and information about usury do not necessarily advance the economy and Sharia Banking in Indonesia. The development of Sharia Banking faces various obstacles, including different understandings of usury among scholars, the public, business people, and a lack of encouragement from the government. Although the Sharia Banking system has been adapted to Islamic law, the market share of Sharia Banking in Indonesia is still relatively small, only 7.3% compared to conventional banking which reaches 92.7%. To increase the market share of Sharia Banking, it is necessary to increase public trust and awareness of Sharia Banking.

Abstract

Peran UMKM di Indonesia memberikan kontribusi sebagai roda penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Kontribusi pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM ini mendorong pemerataan perekonomian rakyat sebab berada di berbagai tempat, bahkan menjangkau daerah pelosok sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu ke kota untuk memperoleh penghidupan layak. Model pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini terdiri dari sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan pelatihan, awalnya mahasiswa memberikan sosialisai terlebih dahulu kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktek. Yaitu dengan mendampingi peserta dalam pembuatan platform untuk pemasaran digital, seperti IG, Tik Tok dan Facebook. Selama kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, peserta beberapa kali mengajukan pertanyaan terkait teknis pembuatan blog dan konten digital, hal ini mengindikasikan rasa ingin tau peserta tinggi dan minat dalam mengikuti pelatihan peserta sangat baik.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of cafe atmosphere and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Recceh Coffee, which is measured by partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (f tests). The population in this study is all consumers who have purchased at recceh cafes. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The research results show that: 1). The cafe atmosphere does not have a partial and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Recceh Coffee; Service quality has a partial and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Recceh Cafe. 2). The cafe atmosphere and service quality simultaneously and significantly influence consumer satisfaction at Recceh Cafe

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparative analysis of product quality, promotional strategies and consumer perceptions on Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study on STIE Bima students as measured by the Independent Samples Test and the population in this study are STIE Bima students who have purchased OPPO and XIAOMI. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 60 people. The research results show that: There is no significant difference between product quality and Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study on STIE Bima Students; there is a significant difference between the Promotional Strategy of Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study on STIE Bima Students; There is no significant difference between consumer perceptions of Oppo and Xiaomi cellphones. Study of STIE Bima students.

Abstract

Pada Bulan April 2022, Masyarakat Bima dihebohkan dengan kemunculan Busa Setebah belasan Centimeter di Teluk Bima. Menyebabkan ekosistem ikan air laut dangkal mati. Belakangan diketahui busa tersebut merupakan fenomena alam yang disebut dengan Boom Alga atau ledakan alga akibat tingkat pencemaran air laut yang sangat tinggi yang salah satunya akibat penggunaan obat pestisida yang berlebihan pada pertanian.  Menekan hal tersebut terulangi lagi, maka Geopark Tambora-SAMOTA Biosphere Reserve Pulau Sumbawa bekerjasama dengan PT. Pertamina Bima menyelenggarakan kegiatan penanaman mangrove dengan tema Konservasi Teluk Bima: Optimalisasi Ekosistem Mangrove, Menekan Pencemaran Menuju Proper dan NTB Hijau. Kegiatan yang dilakukan di Pantai Panda, Kabupaten Bima diikuti oleh perwakilan pemerintah Provinsi NTB, perwakilan pemerintah Kabupaten dan Kota Bima, Perguruan Tinggi se- Kota Bima, Kabupaten Bima dan Kabupaten Dompu¸ perwakilan siswa SD, SMP/MTs, SMA/SMK/SMA, insan pers, komunitas lingkungan dan lainnya. Tidak hanya itu, kegiatan juga dihadiri oleh pemerintah Provinsi NTB, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bima, Kota Bima. Kegiatan dipusatkan pada Pantai Desa Panda, Kecamatan Palibelo, Kabupaten Bima pada 18 Maret 2023 Setidaknya terdapat 2000 bibit mangrove yang ditanam pada kegiatan tersebut.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss hair dye ingredients from the perspective of the Prophet's hadith. Hair color was chosen as the object of study because it has now become a trend and was exemplified by the Prophet. Additionally, hair color has become an important part of a person's style, pattern and everyday appearance, in addition to clothing design. It's not just the haircut that changes, there are also various types of materials used to vary the hair. By using descriptive-analytical qualitative methods, this article concludes that a search of the Prophet's hadiths relating to hair dyes shows that the Prophet used hair colors made from henna and katam. However, there is no prohibition against the use of other than henna dye and katam (manufactured hair dye), but their use should not be excessive and should not be used for a long period of time, because these ingredients contain dangerous ingredients that can cause different diseases- different. Thus, this article can be used as a guide for Muslims to color their hair according to their needs, referring to developments and demands of the times.

Abstract

Penyaluran pembiayaan dari bank syariah masih banyak menggunakan akad non bagi hasil sehingga akad pembiayaan murabahah masih mendominasi ini membuat akad murabahah menjadi suatu kekhawatiran hanya dijadikan kamuflase bunga dalam proses transaksi. Akad Murâbahah bisa kita sebut sebagai akad “primadona” di Lembaga Keuangan Syariah, adalah 55.54 % dari semua total pembiayaan. Hal ini tidak sejalan dengan karakteristik dasar dan landasan dasar oprasional bank syariah, prinsip bagi hasil (profit sharing) dengan dasar akad Mudhârabah. Hal itupun juga belum memberikan jarak yang berarti antara bank syariah dan bank konvensional Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bersumber dari kajian Pustaka (library research) yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan melalui bahan-bahan pustaka atau literatur kepustakaan sebagai sumber tertulis. Implementasi akad musyarakah mutanaqishah merupakah salah satu cara alternatif yang dapat ditempuh bank dalam menyalurkan dana kepada masyarakat. Produk dari bank yang didasarkan pada akad jual beli ini terdiri dari murabahah, istishna’ dan salam. Implementasi akad ini melibatkan 4 akad yang digabungkan diantaranya: (1) Syirkah ‘inân (musâhamah), (2) Ijârah, (3) Perwakilan (wakâlah) dalam pengelolaan penyewaan. (4) Pembelian secara bertahap. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand perception and product quality on purchasing decisions for Lam-Lam Bima bottled drinking water (AMDK). The type of research used is associative. The research instrument used in this research was a Likert scale questionnaire and each statement item in the questionnaire was given a weight of 1-5. The population used in this research is all consumers who have purchased and consumed Lam-Lam Bima bottled drinking water (AMDK), the exact number of which is unknown (Unknown Population). To determine the number of samples in an unknown population, the Cochran formula was used and a sample of 96 people was obtained. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used to process data in this research are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests. Then proceed with multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The research results show that brand perception and product quality have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Lam-Lam Bima bottled drinking water (AMDK).
