Abstract

Family welfare is much influenced by aspects of meeting family needs. Livelihood is one of the keys to achieving this prosperity. Understanding of religious texts is often taken literally without careful and critical interpretation, as a result, men (husbands) only have to understand the subject of breadwinners. Understanding mub is one of the right approaches to understanding these religious texts. The purpose of this study is to understand the interpretation of Q.S al Baqarah: 33 in interrelationship as an effort for family welfare. The method used is literature study with the Qiraah Mubadalah approach and content analysis. The results of this study 1) the obligation to provide a living in a good way which is borne by the husband in Q.S al Baqarah: 233 can also be the obligation of a wife. 2) The wife cannot immediately file for divorce by assuming the obligation to provide maintenance is only borne by the husband and if the husband is unable to provide maintenance due to conditions that are not possible such as illness and so on or if the wife has income above her husband, then the wife is also subject to the obligation to provide maintenance to husband and family in a way that is maruf. Thus family relations will be more prosperous and harmonious because they consider living as a shared responsibility.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of information security behavior and the application of the ISO 27001 standard in the context of IT companies. Using PRISMA guidelines, we outline the important role of information security behavior in maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of necessary information within an enterprise. We introduce the ISO 27001 standard as the main framework for managing secure information systems, highlighting the main stages in its implementation: plan, do, and check. This study also identified factors that influence the implementation of information security behavior in IT companies, such as organizational culture, training, management supervision, and communication between departments. With a deep understanding and implementation of ISO 27001, companies can ensure the security of their information, which is the main goal of information security in the organizational context and information technology environment.

Abstract

Bajapuik is a unique marriage tradition of the Minangkabau people, in which the woman approaches the man to propose marriage. This tradition is rooted in the strong matrilineal system of Minangkabau culture. This study aims to examine the Bajapuik traditional marriage process and the reciprocal values within it from the perspective of qira'ah mubjadi, which emphasizes interconnectedness and partnership between men and women, parents and children, as well as inter-ethnic communities. This study employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to understand the experiences and meanings behind this tradition. The findings indicate that the Bajapuik marriage procession consists of three stages: (1) the pre-wedding procession, (2) the wedding procession, and (3) the post-wedding procession. Additionally, there are three reciprocal values in Bajapuik traditional marriage: (1) the reciprocal relationship between children and parents, (2) the reciprocal relationship between the bride and groom, and (3) the reciprocal relationship between the two extended families. The theoretical implications of this study suggest that the qira'ah mubjadi perspective offers an alternative framework for understanding cultural practices that emphasize relational balance and social harmony in Minangkabau society.

Abstract

Digitalization has changed many aspects of human life, including marriage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of virtual marriage practice according to the views of four schools. This research uses the library research method through a normative legal approach (Islamic law).  The results of this study are as follows: (1) Connectivity imbalance causes loss of ijab and kabul networks. The Hanafiyyah and Hanbaliyyah schools considered the marriage contract valid, the Shafi'iyyah and Malikiyyah schools invalid. (2) The occurrence of speculative elements that cause one of the brides-to-be not to meet the requirements, scholars of the four schools of thought agree that the marriage contract is invalid. (3) The loss of audio from one or both parties that causes the witness and the contractor to be unable to hear each other. According to the three schools (Hanafiyyah, Shafi'iyyah, and Hanbaliyyah), the marriage contract is invalid. According to the Malikiyyah school, the law is valid. (4) Visual loss (image) that causes the witness to be unable to see the party performing the contract. According to the Hanafi school, Hanbaliyyah and Malikiyyah marriage contracts are valid. At the Shafi'iyyah School, the contract is invalid. (5) Regulations issued by the Ministry of Religion regarding the impermissibility of virtual marriage contracts, if the marriage contract has met the requirements and harmony, the validity of the marriage contract is not affected by regulations set by the government.

Abstract

Transportation is a very important component in supporting the development of tourism areas, especially in providing accessibility. Rupat Island, Bengkalis Regency has been designated as a National Tourism Strategic Area based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2011 concerning the National Tourism Development Master Plan for 2020 – 2025. In reality, Rupat Island is not yet supported by adequate modes of transportation and does not have good connectivity. This research aims to describe the transportation conditions of Rupat Island and the expected infrastructure needs so that it can increase the economic growth of the Rupat Island area. The analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method approach resulting from primary and secondary data processing. Data collection was carried out through field observations, interviews and literature review. The research results show that Rupat Island requires optimal efforts to improve transportation, namely improving crossing transportation modes, improving port facilities and infrastructure, and improving access roads. Providing transportation modes for Rupat Island requires transportation policy steps in the form of building a new pier, replacing ferries, renovating the terminal building and its facilities to ensure the reliability and durability of the terminal and be able to handle potential future traffic. Apart from that, it is necessary to improve the access road from the port to the North Rupat tourist area which is a tourist destination.
