Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan data World Risk Report 2016, United Nations University, risiko bencana Indonesia menempati urutan ke 36 dari 171 negara di dunia dengan tingkat paparan bencana sebesar 19,36% (kategori sangat tinggi). Kota Semarang menjadi wilayah dengan jumlah kejadian bencana tertinggi di Jawa Tengah, sebanyak 294 kejadian bencana (11,94%). Adapun di Kota Semarang terdapat 26 rumah sakit, dimana 19 rumah sakit (73,08%) telah terakreditasi, 6 rumah sakit (23,08%) belum terakreditasi, dan 1 rumah sakit (3,85%) telah habis masa akreditasinya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persentase terapan Hospital Disaster Plan (HDP) pada RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi evaluasi, dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Maret 2019, menggunakan instrument hospital safety index dari WHO. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari 145 poin hospital safety index, terdapat 85 poin kategori keamanan tinggi, 39 poin kategori keamanan sedang, 19 poin kategori keamanan rendah, dan 2 poin kosong. Berdasarkan pembobotan menggunakan kalkulator index keamanan rumah sakit, secara keseluruhan hospital safety index RSUD Tugurejo Semarang adalah 0,64, termasuk rumah sakit dengan level B. Semarang City is the region with the highest number of disasters in Central Java, with 294 disasters (11.94%). As for Semarang City, there are 26 hospitals, of which 19 hospitals (73.08%) have been accredited, 6 hospitals (23.08%) have not been accredited, and 1 hospital (3.85%) has expired. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of applied Hospital Disaster Plan (HDP) at RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. This research is a qualitative method research with an evaluation study approach, carried out in January-March 2019, using the WHO hospital safety index instrument. The results of this study are from the 145 points hospital safety index, there are 85 points in the high security category, 39 points in the moderate safety category, 19 points in the low safety category, and 2 blank points. Based on the weighting using the hospital safety index calculator, overall the hospital safety index of RSUD Tugurejo Semarang is 0.64, including hospitals with level B.

Abstract

This research analyzes the independent campus policy and its implementation at FTK UIN Ar-Raniry in terms of student learning effectiveness. The independent campus policy is a policy currently established by the Minister of Education, which is designed to help students excel in their studies and is a step towards improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the current condition of independent campus policy and implementation at FTK UIN Ar-Raniry and the extent to which the university infrastructure is prepared to help student learning effectiveness. This research uses qualitative research methods, and data collection techniques are carried out using involved observation and secondary data that support the research. Meanwhile, the data processing techniques in this research are based on Miles and Huberman, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Implementation of the Independent Campus Policy is very important, and the forms of activities based on the Independent Campus concept that have been applied to students at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Ar-Raniry are: Mangang I, Mangang II, PPKPM (PPL and KPM), Research, and students are given freedom to study at two different universities simultaneously, and students are also free to take part in extracurriculars available within the University and outside the University. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis tentang kebijakan kampus merdeka dan implementasinya di FTK UIN Ar-Raniry dalam efektivitas belajar mahasiswa. Kebijakan kampus merdeka adalah kebijakan yang ditetapkan saat ini oleh mentri pendidikan, yang dirancang untuk membantu mahasiswa agar unggul dalam studinya dan merupakan langkah terciptanya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi kebijakan dan implementasi kampus merdeka di FTK UIN Ar-Raniry saat ini dan sejauh mana infrastruktur universitas disiapkan untuk membantu efektivitas belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan pengamatan terlibat dan data sekunder yang menunjang penelitian. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data pada penelitian ini berdasarkan pada Miles dan Huberman, meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Implementasi Kebijakan kampus merdeka sangatlah penting, dan bentuk kegiatan pada konsep Kampus Merdeka yang telah diterapkan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Ar-Raniry yaitu: Mangang I, Mangang II, PPKPM (PPL dan KPM), Penelitian atau Riset, serta Mahasiswa diberikan kebebasan untuk berkuliah pada dua perguruan tingi yang berbeda secara bersamaan, dan mahasiswa juga bebas mengikuti ekstrakurikuler yang tersedia di dalam Universitas maupun diluar Universitas Kata kunci: Kebijakan; Kampus Merdeka; FTK UIN Ar-Raniry; Efektivitas Belajar.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) is an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, encompassing community service, teaching, and research. This study was conducted at Darullughah Wadda’wah Islamic Boarding School in Pasuruan, during the post-Covid-19 pandemic, focusing on the flagship program "Estafet Mufrodat." This program aimed to enhance the Arabic language skills of female students (santriwati), who are required to speak Arabic in their daily lives at the boarding school. The 2023 KKN was conducted entirely within the boarding school complex, emphasizing the empowerment of santriwati through language activities. The research methodology included problem identification through interviews, program planning in collaboration with the boarding school management, implementation, evaluation, and program sustainability. The results indicate that the Estafet Mufrodat program successfully improved the Arabic language proficiency of santriwati, created an enjoyable learning environment, and supported the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. In conclusion, despite challenges due to the pandemic, KKN remained effective as a means of community service and the development of students' abilities in the context of community empowerment.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to improve the skills of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in Rasau Jaya District in designing new media-based learning media. This program is motivated by the rapid development of digital technology and the low utilization of new media by PAI teachers. Method: The research method used is the Community-Based Research (CBR) Method in its implementation using training, mentoring, and evaluation. The target of PAI teacher service is 35 teachers from the Education Office and madrasahs in Rasau Jaya District. The implementation of activities is carried out in stages, starting from identifying teacher needs, training in new media-based media design, to mentoring in making learning media. Result: The results of this research show that there is a significant increase in the understanding of digital technology, which initially had an average score of 50.05 after participating in the training, increasing to 90. In terms of skills in making learning media based on the Canva Application, it has been proven to produce good power point products in terms of design, content and visual appearance according to the informant. The average teacher power point result was 80.00, the average learning video making result was 75.00 and the average learning game making result was 76.00. This training was very effective in improving teachers' understanding and skills in using new media for learning. This effectiveness can be seen from the significant increase in pre-test to post-test scores, participant enthusiasm, and satisfactory technology-based learning product results. The uniqueness of the research is the existence of a more specific picture of the challenges and solutions based on local context in the application of modern learning media. Conclusion: As well as showing the importance of collaboration between teachers, academics, and the education community in developing teacher professional capacity holistically.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in religious identity among high school students based on gender in Sungai Banyak City. Religious identity is a crucial aspect in shaping students' character, encompassing dimensions of belief, religious practices, and moral values. The focus of this study is to describe how male and female students understand and practice religious values, as well as the factors influencing these differences. This research employs a quantitative approach with a random sampling technique. The sample consists of 1248 first-year high school students selected randomly from a population of 167 students. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the students. Data analysis was conducted using [statistical analysis method, eg, t-test, ANOVA, etc.] to evaluate gender differences in religiosity, as well as to test the statistical significance of the findings. The findings indicate that female students exhibit a higher level of religious identity compared to male students. This result reflects a greater involvement of females in religious practices, both in school and in community-based activities. However, this difference is statistically significant, with a p-value < 0.05, indicating that gender has a significant effect on students' religious identity. Social and cultural factors, such as gender roles in societal norms, play a significant role in shaping these differences. The implications of this study emphasize the need for a more inclusive approach in religious education to accommodate the needs of both male and female students in a balanced manner. Additionally, this study contributes to the development of a religious education curriculum that is relevant to local contexts and gender differences.
