Abstract

This research isaimingto know the distribution of stress, strain, displacementas well as safety factor on gmokart frame. The frame was designed in Autodesk inventor software and simulated using AnsysFluent. Carbon steel with maximum loadof 95 Kg was used as material for the frame. The results of this research indicate that maximum stress at the main frame can reach around 34,731 N/m2 in simulation and 34,772 N/m2 by manual calculation. On the other hand, the maximum stresscan reach 1,95 ×  cm in  simulation and 1,73×  from manual calculation. The maximum displacementhappened on the frame is around 0,175 cm in simulation while in calculation it can reach around 0,278 cm. Material used for the frame has the safety factor of 10,045.Keyword: Design, simulation, frame, gokart, and savety factor.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of the elimination of the age limit for marriage in Indonesia from a human rights perspective. The main problem in this research is the rise of early marriage which is marked by the increasing demand for marriage dispensations as well as the disapproval of several community groups towards limiting the age of marriage because it is considered to be contrary to the theological and cultural aspects of Indonesian society. The aim of this research is to gain a deeper understanding regarding the elimination of the age limit for marriage in Indonesia from a human rights perspective for the common good. This type of research is library research and a normative legal research approach which focuses on the use of secondary data sources such as the Koran, hadith, books, journals, statutory regulations, court decisions, and so on. The results of this research indicate that the marriage age limit regulations in Indonesia are not in line with human rights values because they marginalize citizens' rights to carry out the religious teachings they believe in in determining their lives. The implementation of the marriage age limit regulations also creates problems in the juridical, sociological (cultural) and theological aspects in Indonesia.

Abstract

This journal reviews the Movement of the Congressional Alliance of Indonesian Trade Unions (KASBI) in demanding an increase in the DKI Jakarta UMP in 2022. The Government together with the House of Representatives are authorized to increase subsidized fuel prices, this of course invites a lot of criticism and resistance from the community, especially labor groups . For this reason, a labor movement (KASBI) was born which was held accountable for their dissatisfaction with the wages they received and policies that continued to harm their lives. According to KASBI, an increase in fuel prices will have a domino effect on all basic needs and economic growth. So that KASBI demanded an increase in UMP in response to the increase in fuel prices. Apart from that, KASBI also demanded that BBM be canceled, prices of basic commodities reduced, and the Omnibus Law repealed. However, the demands made by KASBI are certainly contrary to the interests of the entrepreneurs. The research method used in this journal is descriptive qualitative, because data collection is done by interviewing and using references to previous reading sources. The aim of the study was to find out about KASBI's movement in demanding an increase in the DKI Jakarta UMP in 2022. The results of this study indicate that the efforts and strategies undertaken by KASBI in demanding an increase in the UMP to be followed up, have not been fully realized. The government together with the House of Representatives are only of the opinion that there will be no further action regarding the demands in the mass action by KASBI.

Abstract

The main objective of this activity is to improve students' understanding of national values and basic Scouting skills that are important in character building. The method used in this mentoring is an interactive approach by utilizing discussion groups, educational games, and the use of visual materials that are adjusted to the conditions of the students. KKL students also try to adapt the material according to the level of understanding and interests of the students, so that the learning process becomes more interesting and effective. The results of this activity show that the mentoring that was carried out succeeded in improving students' understanding, especially in understanding the importance of the values of friendship contained in the History of Red and White and basic skills in Scouting. However, several obstacles, such as differences in student ability levels and limited supporting facilities, became obstacles that affected the smoothness of learning. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the mentoring material carried out by KKL students is effective in improving students' understanding, although there needs to be an increase in interaction with students and the use of more interesting media. Recommendations for the next mentoring activity are increasing the involvement of parents and teachers and the use of more modern learning aids to support a more comprehensive and sustainable learning process
