Abstract

Can the use of social media which is currently a trend in the community, have an influence on improving employee performance? This is what makes the research carried out. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with AMOS version 23. The sample consisted of 102 people who were employees in various types of private companies in DKI Jakarta. The results showed that the more social media is used to communicate with colleagues in completing work, the more trust among employee increases. Also the more social media is used to communicate with colleagues in completing work, the more improves employee work performance. But trust can not influence performance of employee, and trust is not a variable that mediates between social media and employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh task-oriented leadership style, psychological capital, dan employee empowerment terhadap organizational commitment dengan job satisfaction sebagai mediasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 200 pegawai Perusahaan BUMN Karya Di Jakarta. Unit Analisis adalah pegawai yang bekerja di perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah purposive sampling. Teknik purposive sampling adalah teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria penelitian yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Analisis model persamaan struktural dengan menggunakan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengaruh task-oriented leadership style, psychological capital, dan employee empowerment terhadap organizational commitment dengan job satisfaction sebagai mediasi. Implikasi manajerial menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perlu meningkatkan psychological capital dari karyawan BUMN Karya Indonesia yang dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan tugas kepada karyawan sesuai dengan kompetensinya, melibatkan karyawan dalam mengidentifikasi masalah untuk menghadapi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan, melibatkan karyawan dalam setiap kegiatan kantor, dan memberikan apresiasi terhadap hasil kerja karyawan. Abstract

Teachers, school principals, and heads of foundations will help create change toward achieving school reform. Change can start by fostering creativity, in this case, through social media. The use of social media needs to be understood from an early age. Knowledge and ability to use social media can be trained starting from junior high school level. Especially for schools that aim to produce entrepreneurs. Students can hone and channel their creative ideas through social media, such as making videos, photos, writing, etc. On YouTube, students can channel their creative ideas to make videos. Students can channel their creative ideas on Instagram by writing photos and even videos. Students can also use other applications on social media. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to provide educational assistance students need at the Islamic Entrepreneurship Boarding School, Global Cahaya Nubuwah Insani Foundation - Purwakarta. Education is provided in the form of business leadership counseling and the use of social media, which would not be realized without the support of teachers, school principals, and foundations.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Work Stress dan Occupational Identity terhadap Turnover Intention yang di mediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif atau data yang disajikan berupa angka. Metode penarikan sampel adalahh non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Target populasi responden penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini didapat dari rumus slovin berjumlah 100 orang. Hubungan hipotesis dalam model yang diusulkan diuji dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM). Hasil penelitian menemukan work stress berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, work stress negatif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, occupational identity negatif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, occupational identity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, job satisfaction memediasi secara negatif dan signifikan pengaruh work stress terhadap turnover intention, job satisfaction memediasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh occupational identity terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Work Stress, Occupational Identity, Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction Abstract This research was conducted to test Work Stress and Occupational Identity on Turnover Intention mediated by Job Satisfaction. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative approach or data presented in the form of numbers. This sampling method is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The target population for this research is the employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Madrasah Aliyah. The sample in this study was obtained from the slovin formula, totaling 100 people. Hypothetical transactions in the proposed model using the structural transaction model (SEM). The results of the study found that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention, work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, work identity has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, work identity has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, mediates job satisfaction negatively and significantly influences work stress on turnover intention, mediates job satisfaction positively and significantly influences occupational identity on turnover intention. Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada hal-hal yang memberikan dampak terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour. Bersama dengan efek mediasi Intrinsic Motivation dan Psychological Empowerment terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dan didapatkan 104 sampel valid karyawan kategori millennial dari PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk khususnya area kerja Wilayah 12. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS-AMOS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Workplace Spirituality dan Intrinsict Motivation secara positif mempengaruhi Innovative Work Behaviour. Selain itu, efek mediasi Intrinsic Motivation memperkuat pengaruh positif antara Workplace Spirituality terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour. Sedangkan Psychological Empowerment tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour. Di sisi lain, variabel mediasi Psychological Empowerment tidak memberikan pengaruh Workplace Spirituality terhadap Innovative Work Behaviour. Innovative Work Behaviour dianggap sebagai alat yang sangat penting yang mengarah pada perolehan keunggulan kompetitif atas pesaing dalam ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan ini karena tidak ada organisasi yang dapat bertahan tanpa inovasi berkelanjutan. Workplace Spirituality dalam lingkungan kerja membuka peran Innovative Work Behaviour oleh karyawan milenial melalui keinginan untuk berkembang yang lebih tinggi dan meningkatkan rasa kepuasan di tempat kerja. Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation can influence employee performance. The analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using the AMOS version 24. The sample amounted to 200 people who are employees of various sectors of private companies in the Jabodetabek area. The results showed that self-efficacy led to increased employee performance. The higher self-efficacy in work, the employee performance will increase. Meanwhile, the motivation that affects employee performance is extrinsic, not intrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivation is a mediator that strengthens the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance. The implication for the company is that the company must continue to improve the self-efficacy of employees through managers provides counseling continuously to employees in determining work goals/targets following KSA (knowledge, skills, and abilities). In addition, managers also need to assign clear, detailed, and measurable tasks to employees. In a pandemic like now, extrinsic motivation must be focused more. Various forms of extrinsic motivation that managers can do, such as: creating attractive incentive/bonus/ commission programs, giving praise to employees who have completed tasks, and giving recognition for good employee work. Further research can add variables that mediate the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance such as creativity variables, and the addition of independent variables such as transformational leadership that can affect selfefficacy, or add moderator variables such as job levels.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a critical concern for the health nursing industry, especially in the city of Jakarta, due to the very high population density of the city of Jakarta. This pandemic has placed a huge burden on nursing professionals as the frontlines deal directly with such a huge disaster. How can Workplace Resources combat the challenges of increasing Job Demands and provide a healthy Work-Life Balance? So that nurses get Job Satisfaction during this pandemic. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of Work-Life Balance on the effect of Job Demand and Workplace Resources on Job Satisfaction. The data used in this study is cross-sectional, namely data collected on selected respondents at a certain time. The research sample consisted of 301 nurses from eight hospitals in Jakarta who received covid-19 patients. The data analysis used for hypothesis testing was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS 2.0 software. The results showed an effect of Job Demand and Workplace Resources on Work-Life Balance. There was an effect of Work-Life Balance on Job Satisfaction, and the Work-Life Balance variable was proven to mediate the effect of Job Demand and Workplace Resources on Job Satisfaction. Hospitals Management needs to calculate the maximum number of patients that nurses can handle and give them autonomy so they can make changes to work methods. Also, encourage nurse supervisors to help deal with stress in the workplace by maintaining a work-life balance. Nurses support nurse supervisors to provide recognition for nurses who perform well to increase job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of High Commitment Work Systems (HCWS) on Work Engagement through Psychological Capital (Psycap) and its implications for Customer Oriented Behaviors. This is field research that uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis approach employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing the AMOS version 22. The findings indicate that High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) had a positive effect on PsyCap and work engagement. Furthermore, PsyCap was found to have a significant positive impact on work engagement. The analysis confirmed that PsyCap mediated the relationship between HPWS and work engagement. Finally, work engagement was shown to positively influence customer-oriented behaviors. Previous studies did not further examine how the results of employee engagement can influence customer-oriented behavior. The novelty of this study is that employee engagement of delivery employees is associated with customer-oriented behavior. The logistics industry has rapidly evolved since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, coinciding with the surge of online businesses. Delivery employees are at the forefront of logistics industry, so customer-oriented employee behavior is an urgent matter, especially in the era of online business.

Abstract

The study aims to prove the direct impact of Human Capital and Transformational Leadership on sustainable corporate practices, as well as the indirect impact of Human Capital and Transformational Leadership on sustainable corporate practices through Human Resources Management. The research employs a questionnaire method with a total sample size of 62 and uses SmartPLS to test the direct and indirect effects of Human Capital and Transformational Leadership on sustainable corporate practices. The results confirm both direct and indirect effects of the two variables, meaning this study provides relevant implications for the field of education by emphasizing the improvement of Human Capital and Transformational Leadership for sustainable corporate practices to avoid falling behind.

Abstract

Pendidikan lingkungan berperan penting dalam membentuk kesadaran dan perilaku ramah lingkungan pada generasi muda. Seiring meningkatnya isu global seperti perubahan iklim, pencemaran lingkungan, dan hilangnya keanekaragaman hayati, diperlukan intervensi strategis untuk menumbuhkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam pelestarian lingkungan. Artikel ini mengkaji pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan mengenai green behaviour kepada siswa Islamic Entrepreneur Boarding School – Purwakarta sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap pentingnya keberlanjutan lingkungan serta membekali mereka dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk menerapkan perilaku ramah lingkungan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama di lingkungan sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan kuis edukatif, serta penyampaian materi dari perspektif sains dan agama Islam. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari siswa, ditunjukkan dengan partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi dan pemahaman yang meningkat melalui evaluasi pascapenyuluhan. Program ini juga mendorong kolaborasi antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung perilaku hijau secara konsisten. Rekomendasi lanjutan adalah pembentukan program ramah lingkungan berbasis sekolah yang dijalankan setiap hari dalam sepekan, mencakup kegiatan seperti tanam pohon, hari tanpa plastik, dan belajar di ruang terbuka. Diharapkan intervensi ini berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan generasi santripreneur yang tidak hanya kompeten secara intelektual dan spiritual, tetapi juga peduli terhadap kelestarian lingkungan secara berkelanjutan.
