Abstract

In the current era of digital, the role of internet technology is felt to be even greater because almost all business activities in organizations can be carried out through cyberspace. Through the Internet, all the desired information can be obtained easily and quickly. This advantage is of course utilized by universities in improving the quality of education and services through website-based media or websites. As with the University of Amikom Purwokerto, applying for new student registration using a website service that makes the remote registration process easier. In the process of implementing the website in order to always increase user satisfaction, it is necessary to analyze what factors can affect the quality of the website on website services so that it can continue to be improved. The results of this research analysis are seen from the Usability Quality (WEB-U), Information Quality (WEB-IQ), Service Information Quality (WEB-SQ) variables that have a positive influence on the quality of website user services, in this case, User Satisfaction (SUM-US). ). The resulting regression equation is Y = 0.229 + 0.136 X1 + 0.212 X2 + 0.402 X3

Abstract

The village service information system is an application to assist the village government in an effort to provide excellent service to the community through the availability of data and is integrated with an information system that is created and developed specifically according to the needs and problems surrounding services in the village government. As in the village of Melung Kec. Cilongok, the application of service information systems in the village aims to grow a sense of self-service technology. The importance of the introduction and application of technology can help Melung Village towards the concept of a smart village in accordance with technological developments that are currently developing rapidly. Because of these possible problems, it is necessary to hold an evaluation by applying the UTAUT2 method model to determine the factors that influence the use of the public service system seen from the independent variables Performance Expectancy (X1), Effort Expectancy (X2), Social Influence (X3), Facilitating Condition (X4), Hedonic Motivation (X5), Price Value (X6), Habit (X7) on the dependent variable Behavioral Intetnion (Y) in implementing the village service system, namely SILANDESI.id so that users can understand and feel comfortable using the village service information system that is in Melung Village, Cilongok District.

Abstract

The initial idea of Hompimpaa.id is to provide access to early childhood education from home for every parent which is conceptualized according to the child's interests and tal-ents through Assessment. Assessment in hompimpaa is a technology that makes data as knowledge and the final result in the form of children's interests and talents. With the de-velopment of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to process assessment features on mobile phones. These problems can be the background of the Mobile Assessment Ap-plication of children's interests and potentials. Therefore, a measurement of the level of satisfaction of the Mobile Assessment Application user's interest and potential will be car-ried out to determine the level of understanding of the existing menu structure. Factor analysis measuring user satisfaction level will be carried out on the variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Collecting data obtained from distributing questionnaires will then be distributed to 70 real users. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that there are two groups of factors, namely factors that have a positive and significant effect con-sisting of content, format, and accuracy variables while the other two variables produce factors that do not have a positive and significant effect consisting of ease of use and time-liness.

Abstract

Pangebatan Village has abundant natural resources, namely cassava. Processing cassava into Mocaf flour is one of the innovations that has been carried out, but it turns out that this does not make mocaf flour sell well in the market so that further processing is needed into derivative products that have high selling power including noodles, brownies, and cookies, but limited tools are a factor inhibiting the processing of mocaf flour. In addition, the lack of Human Resources to carry out promotion and marketing is something that needs serious attention. The Lecturer Team of Amikom Purwokerto University together with the PKK Mothers of Pangebatan Village carried out community service activities with the aim of solving several of these problems through the provision of tools to training in making derivative products, namely noodles, brownies, and cookies to digital marketing training to help promote and market products. The Lecturer Team and Students routinely monitor and evaluate community service activities to ensure the right solution for partners, encourage sustainable production of mocaf derivatives by the PKK Mothers of Pangebatan Village to improve family economy, and ensure the continuity of product promotion and sales. Community service activities in 2025 are funded by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology as one form of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education to help with the problems of the surrounding community.
