Abstract

Cultivating mustard greens with a hydroponic system was a profitable business opportunity and is very suitable to run during the Covid 19 pandemic. Added value has an important role in the hydroponic farmer's decision-making process regarding whether or not to run a mustard vegetable cultivation business opportunity. This study aims to determine the added value of family economic results from the entrepreneurial results of hydroponic mustard cultivation using the wick system during the Covid 19 pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The quantitative analysis carried out includes analysis of costs, revenues, profits, profitability, analysis of business efficiency, and added value. Data analysis to calculate the added value using the Hayami method. Based on the results of the analysis of the value-added analysis of hydroponic mustard cultivation using the wick system during the covid 19 pandemic, it was concluded that the total cost was Rp. 404.400,- total receipt of Rp. 720,000,-; profit value Rp. 315,600,- while the added value from hydroponic mustard cultivation activities, the added value obtained from hydroponic vegetables is Rp. 68.000/kg While the ratio of the added value of hydroponic mustard is 38.20% meaning 38.20 percent of the output value is the added value obtained from hydroponic vegetable cultivation.

Abstract

Bawang merah merupakan tanaman hortikultura unggulan dan telah diusahakan oleh petani secara intensif. Komoditi hortikultura ini termasuk kedalam kelompok rempah tidak bisa disubstitusi dan berfungsi sebagai bumbu penyedap makanan serta bahan obat tradisional. Tanaman bawang merah merupakan sumber pendapatan bagi petani dan memberikan kontribusi yang tinggi terhadap pengembangan ekonomi pada beberapa wilayah. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara eksportir bawang merah di dunia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi antara konsentrasi nutrisi POC dan macam media terhadap bawang merah varietas batu ijo sistem hidroponik, untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara konsentrasi POC terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah varietas batu ijo sistem hidroponik, untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara macam media tanam terhadap Pertumbuhan bawang merah varietas batu ijo sistem hidroponik. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan 11 Desember 2021 sampai 5 February 2022. Bertempat Digreenhouse universitas islam kadiri-kediri, kelurahan maniserenggo, kota kediri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan perlakuan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan dua faktor dan setiap faktor di lakukan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah macam media dengan 3 level yang di lambangkan (M) dan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi POC nasa yang dilambangkan (D) yang di ulang sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi interaksi konsentrasi nutrisi POC dan macam media media tanam pada variabel pengamatan jumlah daun di umur tanaman 35 hst hasil uji lanjut DMRT rerata terpanjang 46.80 cm .Pada perlakuan tunggal konsentrasi nutrisi POC ada pengaruh sangat nyata pada parameter jumlah daun umur 35 hst dengan rerata tertinggi 38.16 helai, sedangkan Perlakuan tunggal macam media tidak ada pengaruh.

Abstract

Jagung (Zea mays L.) menjadi salah satu tanaman pangan alam yang terpenting, selain gandum dan padi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemberian pupuk kotoran ternak ayam petelur, macam varietas, pertumbuhan, dan hasil tanaman jagung. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimulai pada tanggal 16 November 2021 sampai 23 Februari 2022. Tempat penelitian ini di Dusun Plaosan, Desa Plaosan, Kecamatan Wates, Kabupaten Kediri, dengan ketinggian 212 mdpl, jenis tanah regosol dengan pH 7 saat penelitian. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial. Faktor terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Adapun dosis pupuk kotoran ayam petelur dan macam varietas tanaman jagung yang terdiri dari Perlakuan tunggal pupuk kotoran ayam petelur P1 = 2,5 ton/ha, P2 = 5 ton/ha, P3 = 7,5 ton/ha, dan P4 = 10 ton/ha. Perlakuan tunggal varietas V1 = Jagung BISI-18, V2 = Jagung BISI-228, V3 = Jagung Pertiwi-3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian perlakuan pupuk kotoran ayam petelur dan macam varietas jagung terhadap produktivitas tanaman jagung terjadi interaksi sangat nyata pada variabel pengamatan generatif panjang tongkol, bobot tongkol berkelobot, bobot tongkol tanpa kelobot, dan potensi hasil. Pada perlakuan tunggal macam varietas jagung terjadi pengaruh nyata pada pengamatan panjang tongkol, sedangkan terjadi pengaruh sangat nyata pada pengamatan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun 42 hst, bobot 1000 biji kering, dan potensi hasil.

Abstract

Performance is a core aspect for the birth of the goals and functions of education or learning in schools. Meanwhile, teacher performance is strongly influenced by several components or factors, including: independent curriculum, self-efficacy and professional competence and job satisfaction. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the independent curriculum, job satisfaction and professional competence with self-efficacy as an intervening variable. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. This research approach uses quantitative survey research, and data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature. The results of this research show that: Hypothesis 1 is accepted, the independent curriculum has an effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis 2 is accepted, self-efficacy influences job satisfaction. Hypothesis 3 is accepted, professional competence influences job satisfaction. Hypothesis 4 is accepted, the independent curriculum influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 5 is accepted, self-efficacy influences teacher performance, Hypothesis 6 is accepted, professional competence influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 7 is accepted, job satisfaction influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 8 is accepted, the independent curriculum indirectly influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 9 is accepted, self-efficacy indirectly influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 10 is accepted, professional competence indirectly influences teacher performance.

Abstract

Tolerance, justice, balance, equality, diversity, example, laws and regulations, public interest, statehood and culture are the values ??of religious moderation which are important components in learning Islamic religious education. Therefore, a moderate attitude is one of the characters developed in Islamic religious education and has a strong portion in development. The aim of this research is to analyze the development of Islamic religious education learning strategies based on religious moderation in high schools in Banten. This research uses qualitative research of the phenomenological type with data collection using observation, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The research results found the development of Islamic religious education learning strategies, including: Planning: establishing various documents and policies related to religious moderation in schools. Implementation: insertion of religious moderation material, learning strategies, programs, education, training and provision regarding religious moderation. Evaluation: tests, surveys and questionnaires. It is hoped that this research will become a reference in developing learning strategies for Islamic religious education in schools.

Abstract

Knowledge includes all types of knowledge, namely: exact knowledge, language, natural, social, historical, religious and others. People with knowledge are more blessed, more cultured and civilized than those without knowledge. Because of the great function and role given by knowledge, it is not surprising that Allah obliges humans to demand knowledge, cultivate, foster and develop it through research and disseminate and utilize this knowledge for the welfare of human life. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the division and hierarchy of knowledge in an Islamic perspective. The research method uses qualitative research with the type of literature through data collection in the form of books, journals and others related to the discussion of this research. While analyzing the data using content analysis. The results of the research found that: The division of knowledge in Islam in the view of al-Ghazali, including: fardu 'ain and fardu kifayah. While seen from its usefulness includes: fadalah, permissible and madzmumah science. While the hierarchy of knowledge in Islam includes: al-ma'rifat, al-'ulum al-naqliyah and al-'ulum al-aqliyah. The hierarchy of knowledge in Islam according to the Sufi view includes: shari'a science, tariqah science, hakikat science and marifat science.

Abstract

Cervical Cancer has a high mortality rate among women, driving the adoption of early detection systems based on machine learning. However, their implementation is hindered by class imbalance issues, as seen in the UCI Cervical Cancer Behavior Risk Dataset, where positive cases constitute only 5.8–7.3% of the data. This study proposes an evaluation of resampling techniques—including SMOTE, ADASYN, Random Undersampling, and Borderline-SMOTE—combined with classification algorithms such as RF, XGBoost, LR, GNB, and k-NN. Using Stratified K-Fold Cross Validation to preserve the original class distribution in each fold and ensuring resampling is applied only to the training data in each iteration, the results demonstrate that Borderline-SMOTE significantly improved model performance. Specifically, the Random Forest model achieved a Recall of 0.87 and an AUC-ROC of 0.94. These findings are expected to provide a foundation for future research focused on optimizing adaptive sampling methods

Abstract

Purpose of this activity is to empower farmer groups through premium melon cultivation training based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology to increase agricultural productivity and efficiency. This training is carried out by integrating theory and practice of using IoT devices, such as humidity sensors, temperature and automatic irrigation control. The results of this program show an increase in farmers' knowledge and skills in utilizing technology for environmental monitoring and plant nutrition management. The significant impacts of this program include increasing productivity by up to 30%, melon quality meeting premium market standards, and reducing the risk of crop failure through early detection of problems. Apart from that, this training succeeded in encouraging farmers' independence in operating IoT devices and strengthened the competitiveness of local agriculture. However, obstacles such as initial technology costs and limited internet infrastructure are challenges that need to be overcome. It is hoped that this program can become a technology-based empowerment model for other agricultural sectors, with the potential to expand access to national and international markets. Sustainability of the program requires continued training support, development of processed melon products, and IoT-based data analysis to optimize efficient and environmentally friendly agricultural practices.

Abstract

Pandemi global COVID-19 telah mendorong lonjakan penggunaan aplikasi konferensi video, dengan Zoom Cloud Meetings menjadi salah satu platform dominan. Ulasan pengguna di Google Play Store merupakan sumber informasi berharga mengenai persepsi dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap ulasan pengguna aplikasi Zoom Cloud Meetings di Google Play Store menggunakan metode IndoBERT, sebuah model pra-latih berbasis Transformer yang dikhususkan untuk bahasa Indonesia. Data ulasan dikumpulkan melalui teknik web scraping, kemudian diproses melalui tahap pembersihan, pelabelan berdasarkan rating, dan tokenisasi. Model IndoBERT selanjutnya di-fine-tuning untuk tugas klasifikasi sentimen tiga kelas: positif, netral, dan negatif. Evaluasi performa model menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model IndoBERT yang telah di-fine-tuning mampu mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 92%, dengan F1-score rata-rata tertimbang sebesar 91%. Analisis lebih lanjut terhadap matriks konfusi menunjukkan performa klasifikasi yang baik untuk ketiga kelas sentimen, meskipun terdapat sedikit kebingungan dalam membedakan ulasan netral dari yang negatif atau positif. Penelitian ini mengonfirmasi efektivitas IndoBERT dalam menganalisis sentimen ulasan pengguna berbahasa Indonesia dan memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengembang Zoom dalam memahami umpan balik pengguna.

Abstract

Innovation in Islamic education quality management in the digital age requires a comprehensive approach, combining technology with strong Islamic values. This management innovation focuses not only on the use of technology, but also on curriculum development, teachers' digital competencies, and Islamic education quality management systems that are relevant to the digital age. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze innovations in Islamic education quality management in improving learning quality and competitiveness in the digital era, emphasizing aspects of form and strategy as well as challenges. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows:  Forms of innovation in Islamic education quality management to improve learning quality in the era of digital education include: the use of Islamic-based e-learning platforms, the integration of digital technology into the Islamic education curriculum, the development of digital competencies for teachers, and the implementation of project-based learning with an Islamic approach.  Meanwhile, innovation strategies in Islamic education quality management to improve learning quality in the digital education era include: the application of Islamic e-learning-based learning technology, strengthening teachers' competencies in digital literacy and educational technology, developing an integrative curriculum with a digital and Islamic approach, and project-based learning that integrates Islamic values. The challenges in innovating Islamic education quality management to improve learning quality in the digital education era are: limited access to technology and digital infrastructure, lack of digital competence among educators, curriculum gaps between Islamic content and modern technology, and cultural barriers and perceptions regarding the use of technology in Islamic education. To overcome these challenges, comprehensive efforts are needed, such as improving infrastructure, intensive training for educators, curriculum adjustments, and a more inclusive approach to integrating technology with Islamic values in the Islamic education process.
