Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN Tematik dilatarbelakangi rasa kepedulian dan pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan alam. Metode yang ditetapkan pada kegiatan PKM kali ini dalam bentuk kegiatan sosialisasi atau edukasi tanggap bencana dan penanaman pohon mangrove di desa Cigondang kecamatan Labuan. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan tanggap bencana ini untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang bahaya dampak abrasi pantai dan memberikan solusi mencegah abrasi dengan melakukan penanaman pohon mangrove. Selain itu melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap lingkungan dan menjaga habitat alam sekitar pesisir pantai. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan atau pemahaman masyarakat setelah dilakukan edukasi serta melakukan tindak lanjut dalam kegiatan penanaman pohon mangrove di pesisir patai di pulau Popole. Community service activities carried out by Thematic KKN students are motivated by a sense of concern and the importance of maintaining the balance of nature. The method set for this PKM activity is in the form of socialization or educational activities for disaster response and planting mangrove trees in Cigondang village, Labuan subdistrict. The aim of this disaster response activity is to provide understanding to the public about the dangers of coastal erosion and provide solutions to prevent abrasion by planting mangrove trees. Apart from that, through community service activities it is hoped that it can foster community awareness of the environment and protect the natural habitat around the coast. The results of this activity show that there has been an increase in public knowledge or understanding after education was carried out and follow-up was carried out in mangrove tree planting activities on the coast of Popole Island.

Abstract

Learning is a human need that must be met under any circumstances, including during the Covid-19 pandemic which required distance learning (PJJ). For this reason, the majority of schools organize online learning using e-learning, and SD Negeri 1 Muruy is no exception. e-learning which is electronic-based learning both online and offline has obstacles.This study aims to 1) Assess the design of e-learning learning plans in PAI Subjects at SD Negeri 1 Muruy Pandeglang Banten; 2) Assessing the implementation of e-learning learning in PAI subjects at SD Negeri 1 Muruy Pandeglang Banten Public Middle School; 3) Reviewing the implementation of e-learning learning evaluation in PAI subjects at SD Negeri 1 Muruy Pandeglang Banten Public Middle School; 4) Analyzing the results of the implementation of learning PAI subjects at SD Negeri 1 Muruy Pandeglang Banten. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study show that the design of e-learning learning plans for PAI Subjects at SD Negeri 1 Muruy Pandeglang Banten is to prepare CBT/CBE applications, prepare student and teacher accounts to access CBT/CBE, arrange full online learning schedules or shift systems, compile RPP blended, holding training related to e-learning and installing CBT/CBE replacement applications. The implementation of e-learning learning in PAI subjects was mostly carried out online which initially used the CBT Al Fattah application, then changed to using WAG which included links to other applications, such as Zoom, Google Meet, Plif Book, Youtube, PPt and Podcast for audio. . Implementation of e-learning learning evaluations using the CBT Application or Google Form, E-mail, or Youtube, both Daily Assessments, Formative Tests and Summative Tests. Based on the documentation study of PTS report cards, it shows that the cognitive value of students in PAI Subjects increases when face-to-face learning, on the contrary when PJJ, there are more scores below the KKM. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of e-learning learning in PAI Subjects

Abstract

Performance is a core aspect for the birth of the goals and functions of education or learning in schools. Meanwhile, teacher performance is strongly influenced by several components or factors, including: independent curriculum, self-efficacy and professional competence and job satisfaction. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the independent curriculum, job satisfaction and professional competence with self-efficacy as an intervening variable. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. This research approach uses quantitative survey research, and data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature. The results of this research show that: Hypothesis 1 is accepted, the independent curriculum has an effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis 2 is accepted, self-efficacy influences job satisfaction. Hypothesis 3 is accepted, professional competence influences job satisfaction. Hypothesis 4 is accepted, the independent curriculum influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 5 is accepted, self-efficacy influences teacher performance, Hypothesis 6 is accepted, professional competence influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 7 is accepted, job satisfaction influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 8 is accepted, the independent curriculum indirectly influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 9 is accepted, self-efficacy indirectly influences teacher performance. Hypothesis 10 is accepted, professional competence indirectly influences teacher performance.

Abstract

Tolerance, justice, balance, equality, diversity, example, laws and regulations, public interest, statehood and culture are the values ??of religious moderation which are important components in learning Islamic religious education. Therefore, a moderate attitude is one of the characters developed in Islamic religious education and has a strong portion in development. The aim of this research is to analyze the development of Islamic religious education learning strategies based on religious moderation in high schools in Banten. This research uses qualitative research of the phenomenological type with data collection using observation, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The research results found the development of Islamic religious education learning strategies, including: Planning: establishing various documents and policies related to religious moderation in schools. Implementation: insertion of religious moderation material, learning strategies, programs, education, training and provision regarding religious moderation. Evaluation: tests, surveys and questionnaires. It is hoped that this research will become a reference in developing learning strategies for Islamic religious education in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menggali pendidikan Islam di Masyarakat dalam upaya mensosialisasikan ajaran-ajaran Islam, kerena pendidikan berkepentingan untuk menginternalisasikan nilai iman, takwa dan moral. Supaya masyarakat memiliki komitmen religius dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk beramal dan berkarya yang pada gilirannya melahirkan budaya yang agamis. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan enografi yang disadari untuk memahami berbagai peristiwa yang terjadi dalam masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan informan yaitu warga desa Cipanas berjumlah tiga orang terkait dengan nilai pendidikan Islam dan implikasinya terhadap sosial keagamaan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer terdiri dari hasil wawancara, buku, jurnal dan data yang relevan terkait pendidikan islam dan implikasinya terhadap sosial keagamaan di Desa Cipanas. Sedangkan data sekunder berupa arsip, poto yang tidak langsung berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendidikan Islam mengajarkan nilai-nilai moral dan etika yang kuat, seperti kejujuran, keadilan, kasih sayang, dan belas kasihan. Hal ini mempengaruhi perilaku masyarakat untuk membentuk karakter yang baik, dan menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis. Urgensinya dapat menumbuhkan kekeluargaan dan meningkatkan nilai spiritual dalam pergaulan masyarakat.
