Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data terkait dengan hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, serta hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang, dengan menggunakan metode survei model korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang yang menyebar di 10 kelurahan. Dalam pengambilan sampel, peneliti menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat error 0,05% sehingga diperoleh sampel 99,81 yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden yang dipilih secara proporsionale random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dikalibrasi validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang, (2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan budaya organisasi dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang. (3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan kecerdasan interpersonal dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan manajemen kepala desa dalam mewujudkan keberhasilan pembangunan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan dengan pendekatan teori fungsi manajemen George R. Terry, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Pangkat Kecamatan Jayanti Kabupaten Tangerang Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitan ini meliputi tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian Kepala desa Pangkat berperanan aktif dalam menumbuhkan partisipasi masyarakat untuk berkontribusi dalam program pembangunan dengan menggunakan pendekatan buttom-up dan disusun berdasarkan prioritas dan dikoordinasikan pelaksanaannya melalui pembangian tugas, wewenang dan tanggungjawab. Dalam hal pelaksanaan, Kepala Desa Pangkat mengikutsertakan jajaran pemerintahan dan elemen masyarakat desa sebagai garda terdepan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan. Untuk pengendalian dan pengawasan program pembangunan yang dijalankan, Kepala Desa memperhatikan target capaian kinerja pembanguan dalam upaya pengendalian pembangunan desa agar penyelesiaian pembangunan desa bisa lebih optimal. Abstract

Service relationship is a shared responsibility. Purpose wants to know (1). Service quality compensation relationship (2). The relationship between achievement motivation and service quality (3). Compensation relationship, achievement motivation with service quality. Method: Quantitative approach describes mathematical statistics. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, surveys, study documentation. Conclusion: (a). Service quality compensation relationship ry.1 = 0.633 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05, rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01). (b). The relationship between achievement motivation, service quality correlation ry.2 = 0.602 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01) (c). There is a correlation between achievement motivation ry.1.2 = 0.751 > rtable (rtable = 0.195 at = 0.05 and rtable = 0.256 at = 0.01). Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Public Service

Abstract

Taxes have an important role in the implementation of development, because regional development is very dependent on the acquisition of local taxes, the optimization of local tax revenues depends on taxpayer compliance. Objectives: (1). To analyze the relationship between tax perception and restaurant taxpayer compliance (2). To analyze the relationship between responsibility and obedience to restaurant taxpayers (3). Analyzing the relationship of responsibility with restaurant taxpayer compliance. Method with quantitative approach. The technique of collecting is through the distribution of questionnaires, survey study documentation. Respondents amounted to 94 people. Analysis using multiple linear regression. The conclusion shows that (1). Tax perception in taxpayer obedience (2). Responsibility with taxpayer obedience 3) Tax perception and citizen responsibility simultaneously with restaurant taxpayer obedience in Tangerang City. Abstract

Education is essentially an effort to actualize and develop various potential student personalities, both related to physical and mental aspects. In order for education to produce outputs that have superior competence in dealing with various problems and realities of life, UNESCO formulates 4 (four) pillars of education as a support for the education system, namely: (1) learning to know; (2) learning to do; (3) learning to be; and 4) learning to live together. However, according to the author, these pillars are not sufficient to support one's personality in achieving happiness. Because happiness is closely related to the ability to give true meaning to the reality of life that comes from spiritual intelligence. On that basis, through this literature study the authors conducted an analysis of 1 (one) pillar of education, namely learning to find the meaning of life, as an innovation pillar of education outside the UNESCO concept. This study is expected to complement and perfect the pillars of education into 5 (five) pillars, namely; (1) learning to know; (2) learning to do; (3) learning to be; (4) learning to live together; and (5) learning to find the meaning of life.

Abstract

In general, this research is to obtain data about the ethical communication of teachers in character education of students at state junior high schools of Bogor City. Specifically this research is to obtain data related to the 5 characteristics of teacher ethical communication in character education which include; (1) openness, (2) empathy, (3) supportive attitude, (4) positive attitude, and (5) equality. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a survey technique with a questionnaire instrument. The study population involved teachers from 3 public junior high schools in the city of Bogor totaling 137 people. Through the Slovin formula with an error of 5%, a sample of 102.05 was obtained which was rounded up to 100 teachers who were taken randomly and proportionally. The results of the study are as follows; (1) openness of teachers in communicating with students by 51.45% is included as the moderate category; (2) the empathy of teachers in communicating with students is 49.10% included as the moderate category which tends to be less good; (3) teacher supportive attitude in communicating with students by 51.30% included as the moderate category; (4) the positive attitude of teachers in communicating with students is 49.25% included as the moderate category which tends to be less good; and (5) the equality of teachers in communicating with students is 51.25% included as the moderate category. Then the accumulation of each of the aspects or indicators mentioned above is obtained the data showing that the ethics of teacher communication in character education of students at state junior high schools of Bogor City is 50.47% which is included as the moderate category.

Abstract

This study was conducted to measure the level of relationship between spiritual intelligence (X1), emotional intelligence (X2) and coaching intensity (X3) with teachers' reflective thinking habits in overcoming student problems (Y), both simultaneously and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative correlational methods with survey techniques. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with an error allowance of 5%, so that a sample size of 125 people was obtained from a population of 181 teachers. To obtain data, a questionnaire instrument was used whose validity and reliability values ​​have been tested. The results of the research show that: (1) there is a strong positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and teachers' reflective thinking habits in dealing with student problems, based on the value of ry.1 = 0.562 > rtable (rttable = 0.176 at α = 0.05 and rtable = 0.230 at α = 0.01). (2) there is a strong positive relationship between emotional intelligence and teachers' reflective thinking habits in dealing with student problems, based on the value of ry.1 = 0.594 > r table (rt table = 0.176 at α = 0.05 and r table = 0.230 at α = 0.01 ). (3) there is a strong positive relationship between coaching intensity and teachers' reflective thinking habits in dealing with student problems, based on the value of ry.1 = 0.643 > rtable (rttable = 0.176 at α = 0.05 and rtable = 0.230 at α = 0.01 ). (4) there is a strong positive relationship between spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and coaching intensity simultaneously with the teacher's reflective thinking habits in dealing with student problems, based on the value of ry.1 = 0.701 > r table (rt table = 0.176 at α = 0.05 and r table = 0.230 at α = 0.01).

Abstract

This study aims to find "Teachers' Reflective Thinking Model in Overcoming Student Problems at School Through Digital Communication". This study is considered important considering that there are still many student problems at school that are resolved by teachers in a reactive and spontaneous manner, without involving a reflective thinking approach. So instead of being able to resolve student problems, it can actually create new problems. This study uses a research and development method, so that it focuses more on the activity of developing a product through testing to see its effectiveness and usefulness before being socialized. The subjects of this research were teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Kedung Waringin, Bekasi Regency. Data collection through interviews, surveys, questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the teacher's reflective thinking model in overcoming student problems through digital communication is very feasible to use or can be a reference for teachers related to the stages in overcoming student problems at school. Through this model, the teacher's attitude can be more controlled and empathetic in dealing with student problems, so that they are able to take more controlled, measurable and effective actions.
