Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran sahadah santri dalam pencarian ilmu dan kontribusinya terhadap kehidupan sosial di Pondok Pesantren Raudlatul Ulum 01. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus digunakan untuk menggali pemahaman, praktik, dan dampak sahadah santri terhadap pembentukan karakter dan peran mereka dalam masyarakat. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan santri, ustadz, dan pengurus pesantren, serta observasi partisipatif di lingkungan pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sahadah santri bukan hanya ikrar untuk menuntut ilmu agama, tetapi juga mencakup tanggung jawab untuk mempelajari dan mengamalkan ilmu umum yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Sahadah ini mendorong santri untuk terus mengembangkan diri dan berkontribusi dalam kegiatan sosial, pendidikan, dan ekonomi di masyarakat sekitar pesantren. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa sahadah santri berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter pribadi yang bijaksana, toleran, dan bertanggung jawab sosial. Secara keseluruhan, sahadah santri di Pondok Pesantren Raudlatul Ulum 01 menjadi landasan yang kuat untuk mencetak generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki integritas dan komitmen terhadap kemajuan umat dan bangsa.

Abstract

Pembelajaran sains melatih kemampuan anak untuk mengenal berbagai gejala benda dan gejala peristiwa. Anak dilatih untuk melihat, meraba, membau, merasakan, mendengar dan mengecap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran sains untuk anak usia dini. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan, diama seluruh data diambil melalui penelitian terdahulu berupa jurnal dan buku. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Semakin banyak keterlibatan indra dalam belajar, anak semakin memahami apa yang dipelajari. Pembelajaran sains untuk anak usia dini dapat mengembangkan berbagai keterampilan seperti keterampilan sosial emosional, keterampilan proses ilmiah dan keterampilan mengelompokkan atau klasifikasi, membantu anak menyelesaikan masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, melatih keuletan dan ketelitian, membangun kemampuan berfikir  dan memicu kreativitas.  tentunya pembelajaran sains untuk anak dilakukan menggunakan strategi dalam menyampaikan materi ajar kepada peserta didik, beragam strategi digunakan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan atau disesuaikan dengan materi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Educational justice continues to face challenges when access and participation of children with special needs are not fully accommodated within formal education systems, requiring inclusive education to be grounded in a stronger philosophical and ethical foundation beyond administrative policy. This study aims to analyze the values of Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah in the implementation of inclusive education and to affirm their relevance as a normative basis for constructing a just educational system. The research employs a qualitative library research approach using normative and conceptual analysis of Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah literature and inclusive education policies. The findings indicate that inclusive education holds theological legitimacy within the framework of hifẓ al-‘aql through equitable intellectual development, hifẓ al-nafs and hifẓ al-nasl through the protection of dignity and generational continuity, and maslahah ‘āmmah through the strengthening of collective social welfare. The study implies that integrating Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah values into inclusive education policies and practices can reinforce a humane, just, and welfare-oriented Islamic educational system

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in zakat management has become a strategic issue in optimizing distribution and empowering mustahik in the digital era. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of AI in zakat management by developing a predictive management model relevant to digitally disadvantaged cities. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design through a systematic literature review of international articles, global institutional reports, and case studies of zakat organizations adopting digital innovation. The findings indicate that AI implementation can enhance efficiency, transparency, and distribution accuracy while simultaneously confronting challenges related to infrastructure, digital literacy, and cultural acceptance. The implication of this study highlights that an AI-based predictive model can transform zakat from short-term relief into a sustainable empowerment instrument consistent with the Islamic value of justice

Abstract

The use of in vitro fertilization (IVF) within lavender marriage arrangements demonstrates how social pressures, the commercialization of reproductive services, and insufficient ethical governance can lead to deviations from the medical purpose of assisted reproductive technologies. This study aims to analyze the practice of IVF in lavender marriages through the lens of sharia economic ethics, particularly the principles of amanah, shiddiq, maslahah, and the protection of lineage. The research employed a descriptive–analytical qualitative method based on a comprehensive literature review of contemporary Islamic jurisprudence, medical ethics, and governance of fertility clinics. The findings indicate that IVF is frequently utilized to construct an artificial image of heteronormative family life, creating moral concerns, psychological risks for children, commercial vulnerabilities, and potential violations of maqashid al-shariah. The implications emphasize the need for strengthened sharia-based regulations in assisted reproductive services and broader social-ethical reform to prevent the misuse of medical technology as a tool for concealing identity or sustaining superficial social legitimacy
