Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of sectoral basis at BMH infaq Malang, analyzing constraints in the management of sectoral basis at BMH Infaq Malang, and analyze the steps in Malang BMH anticipating the obstacles facing it. This research was qualitative research with the descriptive approach. In the study described the management of sectoral Basis Infaq Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Malang. From the analysis results can be concluded that the implementation of the management of sectoral basis infaq Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Malang is by applying the characteristics of Islamic managements, namely: management based on the morals of the sublime, management Open, democratic management, management, and management tolong-menolong based upon peace, and perform management functions, namely, the Act of planning, organizing, and monitoring. Management functions are performed so well that gathering together the funds, and the channelling of funds in sectoral infaq, runs well and right on target, but nevertheless the function of surveillance need to be improved both in terms of its compilation or distribution to the various sectors.

Abstract

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) have an important role in improving the Indonesian economy. There are quite a number of UMKM actors in Maduarjo Hamlet, Babadan Village, Ngajum District, considering that the area is one of the well-known coffee-producing areas in Malang Regency. In increasing the knowledge of UMKM actors in Dusun Maduarjo regarding branding, it is necessary to hold Branding Marketing Training activities considering that Branding is very important to determine the brand image in the production of the goods produced. The method of implementing this Branding Marketing training is the lecture method/discussion of materials related to Branding and Marketing. The result of this branding marketing training activity is that the branding training program is a very important benchmark in marketing a product. Maduarjo villagers hope that the next training and socialization will teach them how to make production and packaging permits that are not inferior to other local brands.

Abstract

In addition to learning more about the hajj program financing products offered by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Kepanjen, the purpose of this service activity is to ascertain how the Qardh Wakalah bil Ujrah contract is applied to those products. where Muslims make up the majority of the Indonesian population. This is evident from the enthusiasm of Indonesian Muslims in response to the KMA No. 189 of 2023 decree concerning Indonesian Hajj Quotas for 1444 H/2023 M totaling 221,000, consisting of 203,320 regular haj Quotas and 17,680 special Hajj Quotas, which was signed by the Minister of Religion Yaqut Cholil Qoumas. Then one of Islamic banking's functions is to offer Hajj program services that can facilitate Muslims' ability to execute the pilgrimage. This writing uses a descriptive qualitative method, the author describes the object of research by recording, observing, and interviewing all matters related to this research and aligning it with primary and secondary data sources. The respondent from this writing is the Relationship Manager of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Kepanjen. observation directly or indirectly on the object under study as well as data collection with related documents. The results of this study indicate that the Hajj financing product at Bank Muamalat Indonesia in KCP Kepanjen uses the Qardh Wakalah Bil Ujrah contract, namely funds lent by the bank to prospective hajj customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the efforts and stages of community economic empowerment in an Islamic perspective through the Griya Batik business located in Sengguruh Village, Kepanjen District. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with a research focus on efforts to empower the community's economy, such as from capital, the Griya Batik management system, human resources to be empowered and various batik trainings to improve batik skills. This research was conducted at Griya Batik Sengguruh with the problem of the stages of economic empowerment through the business of Griya Batik Sengguruh in terms of sharia economic law. The results of the study indicate that community empowerment through Griya Batik Sengguruh affects people who are not yet empowered in terms of skills and financially able to reap good results. Griya Batik Sengguruh is also able to empower socially and economically. In practice, the system used at Griya Batik Sengguruh is in accordance with the principles of Sharia Economics.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the pick-up strategy by PT BPRS Mitra Harmoni Kota Malang in increasing interest and number of customers, especially among traders and MSMEs. This strategy involves a direct and personalized approach through market promotions, visits to business locations, and door-to-door methods, which have proven to be effective in strengthening relationships and facilitating access to services to the community. In addition, banks implement pick-up promotional services that allow people to make transactions such as payments and deposits without having to come to the bank directly, thus saving time and costs. The system is equipped with features such as passbooks and deposit slips to support the supervision of customer funds and increase trust. Despite challenges such as competition from other financial institutions and a lack of understanding of the product by potential customers, this strategy has shown positive results in expanding service access, increasing satisfaction, and strengthening relationships with customers.   sfdfsdfed

Abstract

Mobile banking has become an inseparable part of modern society's life. This service allows bank customers to carry out various financial transactions online just by using a smartphone. This convenience and practicality is the main attraction for users, encouraging a shift from conventional transactions at banks to digital. Realizing the potential and benefits of mobile banking, Unira Malang students were moved to organize community service activities in the form of fieldwork programs (PKL). This activity focuses on assistance and literacy about MuamalatDIN, a mobile banking service from Bank Muamalat, one of the leading Sharia banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

The availability of Poskestren (Islamic Boarding School Health Post) is crucial in fostering a clean and healthy lifestyle among students. However, many students lack the competence to manage Poskestren effectively. To address this, an educational initiative was conducted at PP Assalam Jambewangi using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. This approach involved collaborative efforts between the service team, the boarding school, and the local health center. The activities included initial condition analysis, focus group discussions, education on Poskestren management, and reflection sessions. The results showed a significant increase in students' knowledge and participation, along with their enthusiasm to revitalize Poskestren. The smooth implementation of this program highlights the positive impact of management education in supporting a healthy Islamic boarding school environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan digitalisasi perbankan mendorong lembaga keuangan syariah untuk beradaptasi agar mampu bersaing dengan bank konvensional dan fintech. Bank Muamalat Indonesia merespons kebutuhan tersebut dengan menghadirkan aplikasi Muamalat DIN (Digital Islamic Network) sebagai layanan perbankan berbasis digital. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan layanan mobile banking Muamalat DIN dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kemudahan bertransaksi pada pelayanan nasabah di Bank Muamalat Cabang Kepanjen. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan partisipatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pegawai dan nasabah, serta dokumentasi selama periode magang dari Februari hingga Maret 2024. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Muamalat DIN terbukti efektif. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan pesat minat nasabah, terutama dari kalangan milenial, yang didukung oleh data pertumbuhan pengguna aktif sebesar 19% secara year on year per November 2024. Efektivitas ini didorong oleh fitur-fitur unggulan seperti Digital Customer On Boarding yang memungkinkan pembukaan rekening secara daring dalam waktu singkat, layanan fleksibel seperti tarik tunai di Indomaret dan pembayaran QRIS, serta fitur Islami terintegrasi (Hijrah Lounge dan Ziswaf). Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan literasi digital pada sebagian nasabah dan isu teknis, secara keseluruhan Muamalat DIN berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah modern dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan Bank Muamalat. Pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa inovasi digital sangat penting untuk mendukung prinsip muamalat yang adil dan transparan, sekaligus memperluas inklusi keuangan syariah.

Abstract

In an effort to meet their daily needs, many Muslim entrepreneurs choose to become independent entrepreneurs. However, not all traditional business owners apply Sharia principles in their business activities. Understanding how Muslim entrepreneurs conduct businesses based on Islamic values ​​is crucial to fostering economic practices that are not only financially profitable but also morally and spiritually sound. This study aims to explore how the principles of honesty (shiddiq), trustworthiness (amanah), justice, and ihsan (good deeds) are applied in daily business practices at Bu Indah Plastic Shop, Bakroto Market, Ampelgading District, Malang Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and documentation, and analyzed thematically through data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results indicate that this shop consistently applies Sharia principles through price transparency, trustworthy stock management, fair treatment of customers, and humanistic and empathetic service. These findings demonstrate that small-scale traditional businesses are capable of implementing Islamic economic principles sustainably. The implication is that other micro business can use this model as an example to strengthen business ethics and social contributions in daily economic activities.
