Abstract

The economy is a human activity related to the production, consumption, and distribution of services and goods of social culture. Meanwhile, social culture concerns unique and distinctive characteristics related to the socio-cultural aspects of each society in a sovereign country. Tourism is an activity in which there are various supporting components and facilities in an area, so tourism is directly related to the economy and socio-culture of the area. This research was conducted to discuss the impact of tourism activities in Godong Ijo Village on the economy, society, and culture. The object under study is the Godong Ijo tourist attraction located on Jl Cinangka, Serua Village, Bojongsari District, Depok. Tourism activity in Godong Ijo affects the economy and socio-culture of the surrounding community. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques such as questionnaires, observations, interviews, field research, and literature research. The results showed that tourism activities positively impact the economy, such as increasing the economy of the surrounding community, job opportunities, and increasing local government revenue. The research results show that economic variables influence tourism activities, but socio-cultural variables do not influence tourism activities. Abstract

To create sustainable tourism, it is necessary to have an interest in returning to visit. One of the factors a tourist comes to visit again is influenced by several tourism factors, one of which is the image of the destination. This research was carried out at one of the tourist attractions in West Java province, namely the Bogor Botanical Gardens. In this study, SmartPLS was used using the SEM method. The results of the research show that destination image influences tourists' intention to revisit with an R-square of 71.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of interior design and food taste on visitor loyalty at Sundanese Resto & Fishing Godong Ijo. The population of this study were all tourists who had visited the Sunda Resto & Fishing Godong Ijo with a sample of 120 people. This research uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach method which utilizes PLS-SEM or Structural Equation Modeling to measure and analyze the relationship between variables. From data processing using SmartPLS 4, Interior Design variables influence Customer Loyalty and the Food Taste variable influences Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

As one of the important aspects in supporting the accommodation and restaurant business. Aautomatically, application of quality of service must be applied by all restaurants and accommodations anywhere, including restaurants and accommodation in the Tidore City. Because, as an area that is trying to improve and develop its tourism sector, of course, the implementation of service quality must be given special attention. Moreover, the quality of service is one of the important factors that affect the interest of visiting tourists to one tourist destination. However, the problem that occurs in the accommodation and restaurant sector in Tidore Islands City is that the level of awareness of the manager regarding the importance of quality of service has not been very good. This certainly greatly affects the interest of tourists visiting in the city of Tidore Islands. This research aims to look at the quality of accommodation services and the quality of restaurant services on their influence on tourist interests. The research method is a quantitative method, where researchers spread questionnaires about the quality of accommodation and restaurant services in Tidore City, so that it can be concluded that the good quality of service greatly affects the interest in tourists visiting. Abstract

Hotel is a service that offers to tourists, hotel management must have strategies and innovations to survive in the midst of competition. One way to win the competition is to improve the existing hotel procurement system to be more efficient. All hotel facility needs run because of purchasing. In this study the authors used descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used by the author is primary data where the data is collected through interviews. In the operational process of purchasing goods at Amaris Hotel Mampang, there is one special department, namely the accounting department. The procurement of goods needed by Amaris Hotel Mampang is carried out by the purchasing department in charge of making purchases or orders to the supplier (vendor) according to the goods/products needed. Based on the results of research on the "Purchasing Supporting System Amaris Hotel Mampang", it can be concluded that the procurement process at Amaris Hotel Mampang, in the purchasing, receiving, and store keeper sections uses data collection with the forms listed in order to facilitate the recording process.
