Abstract

ABSTRACT Efforts to reduce waste need to continue to be declared. This is important because an increase in the amount of waste will have an impact on the environment and lead to numbers of problems in life. The production of waste is influenced by a variety of factors. Among them is an understanding of waste handling and consumer lifestyle. However, there are still groups of people who care about environmental conservation. One of them is the "Zero Waste" community of Makassar. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of the ecological perspective in the “Zero Waste” community as an effort to preserve the environment and reduce the waste result. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with the use of description analysis on the community. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The results of this research shows that the implementation of ecological perspectives in the “Zero Waste” community includes 1) dakwah bil-lisan, in the form of providing training, becoming speaker and educating the public; 2) dakwah bil-kitabah, promoting waste management through social media communities; and 3) dakwah bil-hal, implementing a “waste fasting” lifestyle and collaborating with related stakeholders such as government and private agencies. Abstract

High-quality education is critical to the successful realization of national goals. Student engagement refers to how students participate and are involved in learning activities both inside and outside the classroom. Self-regulated learning is one of the factors that students must have to influence student engagement. This research aims to determine the role of self-regulated learning on student engagement of class XI students at SMKN Y Palu. This research uses quantitative methods. The respondents in this study were 303 students at SMKN Y Palu who were in grade XI. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The results of data analysis show that there is a role between self-regulated learning and student engagement. The hypothesis test in this study used simple regression analysis and the results of the hypothesis test showed that the influence of the self-regulated learning variable on student engagement was 26%, while the remaining 74% was influenced by other factors not involved in this research. The implication of this research is that this research is expected to make a positive contribution, especially in psychology and schools, as well as provide additional information related to self-regulated learning and student engagement variables.

Abstract

Stres merupakan salah satu permasalahan psikologis yang banyak dialami oleh guru sekolah dasar, terutama akibat beban kerja yang tinggi, tuntutan administratif, serta tekanan lingkungan kerja. Ketidakmampuan dalam mengelola stres dapat berdampak pada penurunan kualitas pengajaran dan kesehatan mental guru. Kegiatan Psikoedukasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan intervensi berupa pelatihan Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) sebagai metode praktis dalam membantu guru mengelola stres secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi-eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test terhadap 11 guru di SD Negeri Mamajang II Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) dan dianalisis dengan uji Paired Sample t-Test melalui SPSS versi 26. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata stres partisipan menurun dari 24,91 menjadi 17,64 setelah mengikuti pelatihan EFT. Selain itu, tidak ada lagi partisipan yang berada pada kategori stres tinggi setelah intervensi, dan sebagian besar mengalami penurunan ke kategori stres sedang dan rendah. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa EFT efektif sebagai strategi psikoedukatif dalam mengurangi stres guru dan dapat diterapkan dalam program kesejahteraan mental di lingkungan pendidikan dasar.
