Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables of discipline, jobmotivation, compensation and employee performance. Test results partially for disciplinaryvariables with a statistic value of tcount> t table (4.258> 1.985) and a probability value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected means there is a significant effect of the discipline variable on employeeperformance. Partial test results for job motivation variables with a statistic value of t count> t table(1.207 <1,985) and a probability value of 0.207 > 0.05, then Ho is accepted means that there is nosignificant effect of work motivation variables on employee performance. Partial test results forcompensation variables with a statistic value of t count> t table (3.613 > 1.985) and a probabilityvalue of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected means that there is a significant effect of the compensationvariable on employee performance. Simultaneous test results with a value of Fcount > Ftable(30.234> 2.70), then Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted which means that there is a significantsimultaneous influence (together) of the variables of discipline, work motivation, and compensationtogether towards variable employee performance.

Abstract

The concept of human resource management (HR) emerged in the mid-1980s. The overall goal of HRM is to improve human resources so that success can be achieved in the organization. The HRM system can be a benchmark for an organization's ability to develop and obtain new opportunities. This research was conducted using qualitative research. collect, analyze, and compile sources organization from articles, books, reports, and other research. The research approach used will help provide an overview of Human Resource Management and help analyze problems in Human Resource Management. Where the role is to organize, manage based on the vision and mission so that the organization's goals can be achieved optimally. The main goal of human resource management is to ensure access to a ready workforce for an organization. HRM functions to meet the basic needs of management and staff. The importance of HR in a company to achieve organizational goals. Human Resources and Human Resource Management have a very important role in the success of a company by focusing on managing, developing and empowering human resources to achieve organizational goals. Related theories help in understanding and implementing best practices in human resource management in the work environment.

Abstract

Pentingnya nilai multikulturalisme dalam membangun masyarakat yang inklusif, adil, dan harmonis. Abstrak ini menyoroti perlunya menghargai dan memahami perbedaan budaya, serta upaya untuk mempromosikan hubungan yang saling menghormati antara kelompok budaya yang berbeda. Metode yang dapat digunakan kualitatif meliputi dialog antar kelompok, pertukaran budaya, pendidikan multikultural, dan promosi nilai-nilai multikultural dalam media dan ruang publik  Dalam konteks ini, abstrak ini mengeksplorasi faktor pendukung, metode, dan implementasi yang dapat digunakan dalam membangun masyarakat multikultural. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu Faktor-faktor pendukung meliputi kepemimpinan yang mendorong inklusivitas, pendidikan yang mempromosikan multikulturalisme, komunikasi antar kelompok yang terbuka, kebijakan publik yang inklusif, partisipasi masyarakat, dan kesadaran individu akan nilai multikultural. Implementasi dari judul ini membutuhkan kolaborasi dan kerjasama dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam masyarakat. Dampak positif dari upaya ini mencakup penghormatan terhadap hak asasi manusia, peningkatan toleransi dan pemahaman antarbudaya, kekayaan budaya yang bertambah, pertumbuhan ekonomi, inklusi sosial, kerjasama global yang lebih baik, dan pembentukan identitas nasional yang lebih kuat. Melalui refleksi yang jujur dan kritis terhadap judul ini, individu dan masyarakat dapat memperkuat komitmen mereka dalam menghargai perbedaan budaya, mempromosikan inklusivitas, dan membangun masyarakat multikultural yang inklusif dan harmonis.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve financial literacy among high school students in Aceh through financial management education using digital applications. Financial literacy is crucial for young people to help them manage money wisely, especially in the digital era. The program was held on September 9, 2024, involving 50 students who participated in training sessions covering financial literacy materials, digital financial application simulations, and group discussions. The implementation method includes preparation, interactive execution, and evaluation, interspersed with ice-breaking activities throughout the program to create a fun learning atmosphere, boost motivation, and encourage active participation from the participants. The results showed high enthusiasm among participants, evident from their early attendance, active engagement, and success in group simulations. This program effectively enhanced students' understanding and motivation in financial management. This approach is expected to serve as a solution for expanding financial literacy education among students.
