Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of developing a business that will be carried out by Kibo Frizzy Snack. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that in the legal aspect, the object is in the form of an individual company and has had a complete and legal permit. On the market and marketing aspects, there are promising opportunities in the future and the market has been wide open. In the technical and operational aspects, it has a well-systematic standard operating procedure and the outlet design layout is in accordance with the company's operational technicalities. In the aspect of organization and management, it has a simple organizational structure and a fairly good management function. In the economic and social aspects, it absorbs some of the workforce of the surrounding community, and helps the sub-culinary government's economic contribution. On the financial aspect, ROI 83%; BEP Q 263; BEP P Rp11,451.

Abstract

Pesantren leaders must be able to play an active role in responding to speedy technological developments in today's digital era so that pesantren can produce students who are not only technologically literate and have intellectual intelligence but also social piety and spiritual stability. This article aims to provide an overview of the role of pesantren leaders in facing the digital era. The method used in writing this article is the literature method with a descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study show that the role of pesantren leaders in the digital era can be demonstrated through the leadership's ability to oversee change and the use of technology that is developing rapidly at this time by revitalizing the curriculum, providing supporting infrastructure, providing training on matters related to digitalization to teachers and students to improve the competence of teachers and students related to technological developments, as well as actively communicate with parents and the government to get moral and material support so that pesantren can keep up with technological advances in the current digital era but can also maintain the traditions of the pesantren itself.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Aqiqah Specialists. the existence of UMKM in the field of aqiqah service business around the Spesialis Aqiqah. Therefore, Spesialis Aqiqah need to develop and improve the services they do to be the choice of new families, especially those who need aqiqah services for their children. So that the problem that occurs is to explore the services that have been provided by Spesialis Aqiqah to customer satisfaction seeing from positive responses or testimonials on social media and gmaps. The research used quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The test results show a coefficient value of 0.768 and t-statistics of 11.351, so it is stated that the results of a quality of service have a positive and significant influence. In data processing, researchers use the SEM PLS version 4 program as well as in the object of research at the Spesialis Aqiqah so that there is a repetition and avoids repetition. Service quality has a positive influence of 0.660, or contributes 66% to customer satisfaction and the rest is influenced by other factors that are not studied.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and AqiqahTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Spesialis Aqiqah. adanya UMKM  pada bidang bisnis layanan jasa aqiqah di sekitar Spesialis Aqiqah. Maka dari itu Spesialis Aqiqah perlu melakukan perkembangan dan perbaikan akan pelayanan yang dilakukannya untuk dapat menjadi pilihan para keluarga baru terlebih yang membutuhkan layanan jasa aqiqah untuk buah hatinya. Sehingga masalah yang terjadi yaitu perlunya mendalami terkait pelayanan yang sudah diberikan Spesialis Aqiqah terhadap kepuasan pelanggan melihat dari respon  atau testimoni yang positif  di sosial media maupun gmaps. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai koefisien 0,768 dan t-statistik 11,351, maka dinyatakan hasil sebuah kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dalam pengolahan data peneliti menggunakan program SEM PLS versi 4 serta dalam objek penelitian di Spesialis Aqiqah sehingga adanya pembaruan dan menghindari adanya pengulangan. Kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 0,660, atau menyumbang 66% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan  dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.Kata Kunci:Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Aqiqah

Abstract

The florist industry has significant growth potential; however, it faces various challenges, including operational, financial, and supply chain risks. This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management in the fresh flower bouquet business at Ramdan Florist and identify the mitigation strategies employed to ensure business sustainability. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that Ramdan Florist encounters several key risks, including limited fresh flower supply due to weather conditions, fluctuations in raw material prices, and rapid changes in market trends. To address these challenges, Ramdan Florist implements various mitigation strategies, such as establishing partnerships with alternative suppliers, adopting a more efficient inventory management system, and aligning marketing strategies with consumer trends. Additionally, a digital approach through social media is leveraged to enhance competitiveness and expand market reach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian skincare Kahf di Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti adalah remaja laki-laki yang tinggal di Kota Pemalang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik probability sampling menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan label halal memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian skincare Kahf di Kabupaten Pemalang.
