Anagement of human resources (HR) from an office affects many aspects that determine the success of the work of the Village Office. One of the most important things in HR management in an office is the selection of the best employees to spur employee morale in improving their dedication and performance. However, in reality, the Manggung Village Office has not been optimal in the implementation of the selection of the best employees, this is due to the unavailability of media that processes employee assessments and provides recommendations in selecting the best employees. The Decision Support System can adjust to the Manggung Village Office in optimizing the selection of the best employees. The purpose of this research is to produce the best employee information based on the needs of the Manggung Village Office. Decision Support Systems are part of computer-based information systems including knowledge-based systems or knowledge management that are used to support decision making in an organization or office. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), the calculation of this method is to use the result of the largest value that will be selected as the best alternative, the calculation will be appropriate if the selected alternative meets the predetermined criteria. This decision support system for selecting the best employee was developed using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Processor File), as well as the MySQL database as the database server. Reading activities are a form of literacy that can foster societal development. We can encounter various short forms of literacy besides reading and writing books, such as novel reviews, communicating and cross-talking. “However, there is still limited access to platforms that support literacy activities, particularly those that encourage community storytelling”. The Yuwana Project is one of the competitions held by Wikimedia Indonesia to provide space for people to work on writing children's short stories and traditional game stories. This competition is held online via Wikibuku. Where participants who take part in this competition will be assessed to determine the best work. The assessment process needs to be thorough so that those assessed comply with the assessment criteria that have been determined. For this reason, there is a need for a method that can produce the best decisions. The Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method is a method for making decisions by identifying and analyzing several variables quantitatively, In this study, 10 alternative data were tested, where the results were A6 with a preference value of 0.65 with the best first rank, then A7 with a preference value of 0.62 ranked second, and A2 with a preference value of 0.60 ranked third. So that the MAUT method can provide recommendations for selecting the best work for the Yuwana Wikimedia project.

Semakin berkembangnya teknologi maka juga semakin banyak bidang yang ada dan perlu dikembangkan. Salah satunya adalah teknologi informasi. Ini merupakan bidang yang berkaitan erat dengan perkembangan teknologi. Tanpa adanya teknologi informasi mungkin perkembangan yang terjadi tidak semaju ini.Teknologi informasi merupakan suatu alat yang digunakan untuk mengolah data, memproses, menyusun, menyimpan, memanipulasi data dalam berbagai cara untuk memperoleh informasi yang berkualitas, yaitu informasi yang relevan, akurat dan efisien. Puskesmas sebagai salah satu institusi pelalayanan publik di bagian kesehatan yang melayani masyarakat umum. Dimana pelayanan tersebut akan menghasilkan data yang harus terjaga sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang relevan dan berkualitas saat dibutuhkan. UPT Puskesmas Air Gadang yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Pasaman, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat yang mengandalkan informasi secara intensif dalam pelayanan Kesehatan, sehingga informasi memainkan peranan vital dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sistem informasi dapat digunakan sebagai sarana strategis untuk memberikan pelayanan yang berorientasi kepada pasien, Dengan dukungan teknologi informasi yang ada, pengolahan data secara manual dapat diganti menggunakan komputer. Selain cepat dan mudah dengan sistem informasi yang telah dibuat pengolahan data menjadi lebih akurat.

Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat merupakan sebuah rumah sakit swasta yang berada di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, Sumatera Barat. Nama rumah sakit ini diambil dari nama Ibnu Sina, seorang ilmuwan kedokteran muslim terkenal di dunia. Rumah sakit ini memberikan pelayanan kepada masyakarat sesuai dengan ajaran islam serta menurut ketentuan dan perundang undangan tanpa membedakan suku, agama, ras dan golongan. Dalam operasionalnya setiap hari rumah sakit ini memiliki jumlah pasien yang cukup banyak, dan memiliki poliklinik yang lengkap dan juga melayani rawat inap dan rawat jalan, oleh karna itu tentunya rumah sakit ini pasti membutuhkan alat-alat kesehatan dan perlengkapan administrasi untuk kegiatan operasionalnya. Pada saat ini masing-masing divisi dari rumah sakit ini masih kesulitan dalam melakukan permintaan alat-alat kesehatan dan perlengkapan administrasi ke bagian gudang karna belum adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi, proses permintaan barang masih dilakukan secara manual dan pecatatan dikertas saat permintaan. Oleh sebab itu saya mencoba membantu untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis web untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada pada Rumah Sakit Islam Simpang Empat.

Komputer merupakan salah satu teknologi yang dapat meringankan pekerjaan manusia terutama dalam pengolahan data. Data yang diolah akan menghasilkan output yang terjamin keakuratannya. Begitu juga pada Bidan Fitri, dalam pengolahan data berobat dan melahirkan pada bidan ini masih menggunakan pencatatan di kertas pada saat transaksi berobat dan melahirkan dan pembuatan laporannya masih pencatatan di buku besar. Selain itu tidak terstrukturnya data kelahiran sehingga susah dalam pembuatan surat keterangan kelahiran. Untuk dapat melakukan pengolahan data yang lebih cepat serta menghasilkan informasi yang akurat maka dibangunlah sebuah sistem informasi pengolahan data berobat dan melahirkan sebagai pengganti dari sistem lama yang masih dilakukan secara manual serta penyimpanan data dalam bentuk arsip.

Pengelolaan persediaan obat dan bahan habis pakai merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam mendukung kualitas pelayanan di klinik kesehatan. Permasalahan yang sering muncul dalam pengelolaan persediaan adalah penumpukan stok, ketidaktepatan pencatatan, hingga tingginya risiko obat kedaluwarsa akibat sistem distribusi yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metode First In First Out (FIFO) pada sistem inventory obat dan bahan habis pakai guna meningkatkan efisiensi alur masuk dan keluarnya barang serta meminimalkan kesalahan dalam manajemen stok. Metode penelitian mencakup analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pemodelan sistem, perancangan basis data, dan implementasi algoritma FIFO pada proses pengeluaran obat dan bahan habis pakai. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui uji fungsional dan evaluasi kinerja berdasarkan kecepatan pencarian barang, akurasi pencatatan stok, dan persentase pengurangan obat kedaluwarsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode FIFO mampu meningkatkan ketepatan pengelolaan persediaan sebesar signifikan, mempercepat proses distribusi internal, serta mengurangi risiko penumpukan stok. Dengan demikian, sistem inventory berbasis FIFO ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam mendukung operasional klinik secara lebih terstruktur, efisien, dan akuntabel.

A person's limited ability in a particular field makes them think hard about getting a job that can fulfill their daily needs. Now many people are starting to try to switch to the world of animal husbandry. One of them is raising chickens to take their eggs. Choosing good laying hen feed is a very important main factor, especially for consumption by laying hens. Therefore, a decision support system was designed in selecting the best laying hen feed using the Techinique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The TOPSIS method is an approach that determines solutions based on the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the furthest distance from the negative ideal solution in order to obtain the optimal alternative. The result achieved is that the system is able to show which laying hen feed has the best quality which will become laying hen feed for laying hen breeders based on predetermined criteria so that Sinar Animal Husbandry can easily determine the best laying hen feed . The results of calculations using the Topsis method showed that alternative A3, namely HI-PRO-VITE 124, had the highest value with an alternative value of 0.6568

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program providing conditional social assistance to Beneficiary Families (KPM) who are designated as PKH beneficiary families. With the current development of information technology, decision making can be assisted by using computers equipped with application programs to support the production of the required quality decisions. In selecting families who receive assistance from the Family Hope Program (PKH) using the Decision Support System using the Promethee method. Promethee is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis, the result of this method is a ranking of alternatives based on the selected criteria. The decision support system application using the Promethee method can determine which disadvantaged families will receive PKH assistance with faster, more accurate and fair calculations and considerations. The results of research using this method using 5 alternatives, there are 3 alternatives with accepted status and 2 alternatives that are rejected. The accepted alternatives were Tiah, Mansyah and Mus Muliadi. Meanwhile, the alternatives that were rejected were Irmansyah and Ainun. By obtaining calculation results from a decision support system using the Promethee method, it can help and make it easier for sub-districts to determine recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) for underprivileged families.

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi dewasa ini semakin pesat, setiap pribadi dituntut untuk dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi serta dapat mengembangkannya. Dengan adanya teknologi dan informasi, akan mempermudah manusia dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan permasalahan yang ada. Salah satu teknologi yang sangat dirasakan manfaatnya adalah komputer, komputer dapat mempermudah pekerjaan manusia dengan didukung program aplikasi yang sesuai dengan tuntutan kerja sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektifitas serta efisiensi kerja. Pada pelabuhan bungus penjualan tiket kapal ke Mentawai masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu masih pencatatan di kertas dan laporan penjualan tiket masih di buku besar, penjualan tiket orang dan barang masih kurang terorganisir dengan baik sehingga di butuhkan sebuah aplikasi untuk mengolah data penjualan tiket kapal.
