Abstract

This article discusses the Hadith of Al-Bukhari's history about the differences and relevance of the role of Islamic educational institutions in building religious plurality in Indonesia. Indonesia is a country that has the motto bhinneka tunggal ika. The plurality of plurality is highly upheld and respected. This study was written using a qualitative method with a literature study as an approach. The type of data in this article is in the form of written narratives or documents contained in the publication of Hadith History of Al-Bukhari about the differences and related scientific works that have been published. The technique of collecting data is by tracing some related scientific publications. The analysis technique used is through the use of the takhrīj al-hadīth application which is followed by sharh al-hadīth, both al-turathi and al-mu'āsir. This article describes that the Hadith of Al-Bukhari's history regarding differences is seen as relevant to the role of Islamic educational institutions in building religious plurality in Indonesia.

Abstract

Educational management is an important reference in the management of industrial-based Islamic boarding schools. When the management of a leader must go through several things, including planning, organizing, and planning industry-based learning. This research includes a qualitative descriptive approach to da'wah management. The data source used in this research is a literature review. Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Islamic boarding school Darussalam Al-Fatah Cilacap is an industry-based Islamic boarding school. This was done to follow developments in the industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, researchers feel it is important for the management of Islamic education at the Darussalam Al-Fatah Islamic boarding school in Cilacap. The results of the application of Islamic education management include, a) soroggan, with the bin-nazhr method, the tahfidz method, the talaqqi method, and the tikrar method, b) taddabur, c) habituation of the Hasbanah and Isyraq prayers, d) rewards for students, e ) the application of industrial learning, and f) the benefits of evaluating industry-based learning at the Darussalam Al-Fatah Cilacap Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is needed to shape the religious character of students into better people. This study aims to describe and explain the existence of Islamic education activities through religious characters. This research is included in a qualitative descriptive study because this study describes the process of forming the religious character of students through religious learning activities carried out at SMK Darussalam Karangpucung. The data analysis technique in this study includes several stages, namely a) data reduction, namely collecting and grouping data, b) presenting data, this activity describes and explains data, and c) concluding, in this activity, namely drawing conclusions after reducing and presenting data. The results of this study are finding several implementations of the formation of students 'religious character through several religious activities, including a) praying before and after learning, reading Asmaul Husna and Juz' Amma, b) Lecture 10 minutes, c) playing infaq, d) sunnah prayers, e) compulsory prayers (noon prayers), f) healthy Fridays, clean Fridays, Taqwa Fridays, and Literacy Fridays, and g) saying greetings when meeting residents of SMK Darussalam Karangpucung ( Teachers, friends, administration and so on).

Abstract

Madrasa have a big role in building the Indonesian nation. The challenges of education in the era of globalization are getting bigger. However, many madrasa do not have the quality according to the standard. Therefore it is necessary to rethink the quality culture of madrasa in the global era. This type of research is qualitative research and includes field research. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis techniques that include data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of research conducted by the author on the implementation of quality culture madrasa in MTs Ma'arif NU 4 Kemranjen can be concluded that wujud from the quality culture madrasa (religious culture) in MTs Ma'arif NU 4 Kemranjen as a form of development of pai subject family in accordance with the theory that includes; (1) mushofahah (2) memorization juz 'amma (3) istighasah and prayer together (4) dhuha prayer (5) friday box running (6) congregational dhuhur prayer (7) religious message. While what is not contained in the theory is (1) PHBI (2) reading asmaul husna (3) the use of polite uniforms and covering the aurat (4) pesantren kilat (5) reading yasin and tahlil (6) extra-curricular religious (7) religious tests (8) halal bihalal. The implementation uses a persuasive strategy that emphasizes on accuracy and habituation.

Abstract

This research is a type of phenomenological research aimed at describing the position and role of the Darussalam pesantren as a medium for creating a positive image of SMK Darussalam Karangpucung Cilacap. The data in this study were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out using the data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that there were five roles played by Darussalam pesantren when carrying out its function as a social media for SMK Darussalam which was used to create a positive image of SMK. First, pesantren Darussalam was involved in implementing habituation activities at SMK. Second, the pesantren Darussalam has a role to produce alumni of SMK Darussalam who have the ability to preach in the community. Third, the Darussalam pesantren is believed to be the organizer of religious activities at SMK Darussalam. Fourth, the Darussalam pesantren was involved by the SMK in activities that were attended by the student's guardians. Fifth, the Darussalam pesantren was given facilities by the SMK to organize religious activities for the communities around the SMK. The five roles of pesantren as media have been successfully played so as to create a positive image of SMK Darussalam in the eyes of the public. The implication of creating a positive image is that there is always an increase in the acquisition of the number of new students at SMK Darussalam. The main factor that supports the success of the pesantren is due to the harmonious relationship between the pesantren and SMK and the community. This has shown a relationship between Islam, the media and society.

Abstract

The phenomenon of "overcrowded classes" in urban elementary schools with a student ratio of 35 to 40 students creates significant obstacles to the realization of meaningful, personalized learning. Heterogeneous student characteristics and limited space are the main focus of problems that demand agile instructional management innovation at Cimanggu 02 Public Elementary School. This qualitative case study research was conducted through systematic stages that included participant observation, in-depth interviews, and a comprehensive analysis of curriculum documents. The research findings indicate that efficient time allocation was successfully managed through the use of non-verbal communication codes as attention anchors and the implementation of autonomous visual schedules for students. Flexible grouping strategies were implemented by engineering limited space into various functional learning stations, including the use of corridors as controlled group activity zones. In the media dimension, the principle of ecological sensitivity was applied through the conversion of recycled materials and the optimization of open-source digital platforms to overcome the limitations of the school's minimal operational budget. Field data confirmed that overcrowding that exceeds the ideal threshold triggers a real psychological burden for educators in the field. The main conclusion of the study confirms that managerial resilience and adaptive creativity of teachers can transform infrastructure barriers into inclusive learning environments. Nevertheless, standardizing a more humane teacher-student ratio is an absolute prerequisite for central authorities in ensuring national quality equity. ABSTRAK Fenomena "kelas gemuk" di sekolah dasar perkotaan dengan rasio tiga puluh lima hingga empat puluh siswa menciptakan hambatan signifikan bagi terwujudnya pembelajaran personal yang bermakna. Heterogenitas karakteristik siswa dan keterbatasan lahan menjadi fokus masalah utama yang menuntut inovasi manajemen instruksional lincah di SD Negeri Cimanggu 02. Penelitian kualitatif studi kasus ini dilakukan melalui tahapan sistematis yang meliputi observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, serta bedah dokumen kurikulum secara menyeluruh. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi alokasi waktu berhasil dikelola melalui penggunaan kode komunikasi non-verbal sebagai jangkar perhatian dan penerapan jadwal visual otonom bagi peserta didik. Strategi pengelompokan fleksibel dijalankan dengan merekayasa keterbatasan ruang menjadi berbagai stasiun belajar fungsional, termasuk pemanfaatan selasar sebagai zona aktivitas kelompok yang terkendali. Dalam dimensi media, prinsip kepekaan ekologis diterapkan melalui konversi material daur ulang dan optimalisasi platform digital sumber terbuka guna mengatasi keterbatasan anggaran operasional sekolah yang minim. Data lapangan menegaskan bahwa kepadatan yang melebihi ambang batas ideal ini memicu beban psikologis nyata bagi pendidik di lapangan. Simpulan utama penelitian menegaskan bahwa resiliensi manajerial dan kreativitas adaptif guru mampu mentransformasi hambatan infrastruktur menjadi lingkungan belajar yang inklusif. Meskipun demikian, standarisasi rasio guru dan siswa yang lebih manusiawi menjadi prasyarat mutlak bagi otoritas pusat dalam menjamin keadilan kualitas nasional.
