Abstract

Educational management is an important reference in the management of industrial-based Islamic boarding schools. When the management of a leader must go through several things, including planning, organizing, and planning industry-based learning. This research includes a qualitative descriptive approach to da'wah management. The data source used in this research is a literature review. Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Islamic boarding school Darussalam Al-Fatah Cilacap is an industry-based Islamic boarding school. This was done to follow developments in the industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, researchers feel it is important for the management of Islamic education at the Darussalam Al-Fatah Islamic boarding school in Cilacap. The results of the application of Islamic education management include, a) soroggan, with the bin-nazhr method, the tahfidz method, the talaqqi method, and the tikrar method, b) taddabur, c) habituation of the Hasbanah and Isyraq prayers, d) rewards for students, e ) the application of industrial learning, and f) the benefits of evaluating industry-based learning at the Darussalam Al-Fatah Cilacap Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop and implement an application called APTAQU, designed to assist students with disabilities, especially those with hearing impairments, at Pesantren Tunarungu ABATA Temanggung in learning the interpretation of the Qur'an (tafsir). This application is developed to address the specific needs of hearing-impaired students, allowing them to access Qur'anic interpretation learning independently and effectively. The research employs a qualitative method, involving students and pesantren mentors actively in each stage, including planning, training, evaluation, and refinement of the application, to ensure that it meets the needs and abilities of the users. The application development process involves direct input from students and mentors, ensuring that the resulting application is truly relevant to their needs. During the development and implementation phases, students were trained to optimize the use of the application. The results of this community service show that the APTAQU application can improve accessibility for hearing-impaired students in understanding the interpretation of the Qur'an, an area that had previously been a major barrier in their learning. Interactive features such as sign language, audio-visual content, screen readers, and voice instructions have proven to help overcome communication barriers present in conventional media that were not inclusive. Moreover, the use of this application has also increased the involvement of students in religious education, particularly in understanding the Qur'anic interpretation. They are now more actively engaged in the learning process and can better comprehend the tafsir material. However, the application still requires further development to become more inclusive and user-friendly for all students, both with and without disabilities. This research contributes significantly to creating a more inclusive and accessible education for people with disabilities, especially in religious education, and serves as a starting point for addressing educational access disparities for them.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi sangat mempengaruhi berbagai kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam pemasaran pariwisata. Digitalisasi daya tarik wisata menjadi elemen primer dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Fokus pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu melakukan pelatihan digital marketing bagi pengelola objek wisata Talang Londo. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan terkait dengan Digital Marketing melalui media sosial serta pembuatan video termasuk cara mengedit hingga dapat dipublikasikan melalui media sosial. Metode pelaksanaan program yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Community Based Research (CBR), yang merupakan metode riset partisipatif berbasis kelompok atau komunitas. Metode ini memberikan penekanan kepada kolaborasi aktif antara penyelenggara dengan masyarakat sasaran pada proses pelaksanaannya. Pendekatan ini memberikan peluang bagi penyelenggara pengabdian dengan masyarakat sasaran. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan dampak peningkatan pemahaman kepada peserta pelatihan mengenai digital marketing. Selain itu juga memberikan tambahan pengetahuan khususnya terkait dengan sejarah dan cara merawat objek wisata Talang Londo sehingga dapat mewujudkan pariwisata berkelanjutan.
