Abstract

The number of cellular providers in Indonesia are mutually price war with a variety of advantages each resulting in confusion in selecting society. This study aims to determine the effect of product, price and promotion either partially or simultaneously, and to determine the most dominant influence in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This type of research is included in the survey research. The sample used in this research is 96 students of Economics faculty at Univercity Warmadewa, where the sample is taken by using accidental sampling technique. Collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination and Test F and Test t. The results of this study showed the value of multiple linear regression analysis that is Y = 0.426 + 0.274 X1 + 0,152 X2 + 0,453 X3 value of coefficient of determination show value equal to 0,689. This shows that in consumer satisfaction variable shows 68,9% value influenced by product, price and promotion variable. While the remaining 31.1% influenced by other variables not included in this study. Test F obtained result that Product (X1), Price (X2), and Promotion (X3) have influence to Decision of Simpati (Y) cellular card, sig value. F 0,000 (<0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion is that all independent variables (Product variables (X1), Price (X2), and Promotion (X3)) have significant effect simultaneously on Simpati Mobile Card Purchase Decision (Y). The value of the product thitungvariable (X1) has a value of 3.634 and the value of Sig. 0.000 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, it means there is partial influence by Product variable (X1) to Purchase Decision (Y). Price Variable (X2) has Thitung3.067 and Sig value. 0,003 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, that means there is partial influence by Price variable (X2) to Purchase Decision (Y) .Variable Promotion (X3) has value of Thitung 6,222 and Sig value. of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1diterima, it means there is a partial influence by the variable Promotion (X3) on Purchase Decision (Y) In addition, the results of this study also shows that Product, Price, and Promotion has a dominant influence on the decision purchase of Simpati cellular card at Univercity Warmadewa. .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the students' perceptions of online learning in writing descriptive text, which included recognize, make stimuli, experiences, knowledge, motivation, social interaction, understanding, acceptance, responses, and future solutions regarding online learning itself in on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mahendradatta University for third semester, which was done by the english lecturer. In this study, a descriptive qualitative research design was used. An english teacher and 45 students who had completed online learning participated in this study. The teacher's utterances and questionnaire answer sheets were used as data sources in this study. The data was gathered through interviews with the teacher and the distribution of a Google Form questionnaire to the online learning students. According to the findings of the interview, perception related to the teacher explains english material well through online learning with a percentage of 62,9%. It can be concluded that students' perceptions of online English learning during the Covid-19 pandemic are positive and can be effectively implemented.

Abstract

Desa penyaringan merupakan desa yang berada di Kecamatan Mendoyo Kabupaten Jembrana dengan potensi UMKM yang melimpah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis suatu usaha di Desa Penyaringan yatitu TB. Mujur yang ditinjau dari aspek pasar dan pemasarannya. Karena melihat pada lokasi usaha yang kurang strategis namun mampu bertahan di tengah ekonomi yang semakin sulit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil data yang realistik. Wawancara yang dilakukan mengunakan wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan tujuan memberikan kebebasan bertanya dan bersifat fleksibel. Hasilnya adalah usaha TB. Mujur yang berada di desa Penyaringan mampu mempertahankan segment pasar dengan mengandalkan warga sekitaran desa dan dibantu dengan pemasaran melalui sosal facebook, WOM (word of mouth), dan kerabat. Dengan begitu TB. Mujur mampu mempertahankan usaha dari keterpurukan ekonomi dan tetap menjalankan perputaran roda perusahaan.

Abstract

Popularitas Mixue, terutama di kalangan Generasi Z, mencerminkan tren konsumsi dan berpotensi memengaruhi gaya hidup hedonisme. Minat pasar tinggi serta variasi minuman yang digemari mendukung ekspansi Mixue, mengindikasikan peluang bisnis signifikan. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis kelayakan dan merumuskan strategi tepat untuk pengembangan usaha franchise Mixue di Blahbatuh, Gianyar.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis kelayakan bisnis mencakup metode SWOT dan tinjauan komprehensif pada aspek non-finansial (pasar, pemasaran, manajemen, SDM, teknis, teknologi, sosial, ekonomi, hukum) serta aspek finansial. Evaluasi finansial melibatkan uji kelayakan investasi. Hasil analisis non-finansial menunjukkan usaha Mixue Blahbatuh Gianyar sangat layak untuk dijalankan. Secara finansial, proyek ini sangat layak dengan nilai Net Present Value (NPV) Rp 151.017.018 dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 42,97%. Temuan ini menegaskan potensi Mixue sebagai bisnis prospektif, meskipun implikasinya terhadap pola konsumsi Gen-Z perlu dicermati lebih lanjut.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic triggered a major transformation in the education system, bringing both opportunities and challenges due to the unfamiliar nature of remote learning. This study aims to explore how online English instruction has been implemented in public senior high schools across Bali, particularly by examining its strengths, limitations, potential benefits, and inherent risks. Employing a qualitative research design, the study involved four English teachers from four different public high schools. Data collection methods included literature analysis, in-depth interviews, and classroom observations.. The study found that online English instruction was shaped by the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) approach, with a particular emphasis on content relevant to the tourism and hospitality sectors. A variety of platforms—such as Zoom, WhatsApp, and other digital tools—were employed to deliver instruction. One of the key advantages identified was the flexibility in time and location, which allowed both students and teachers to access learning materials anytime and anywhere. Furthermore, the availability of diverse digital tools enabled teachers to creatively adapt their teaching strategies. Nonetheless, the implementation also encountered significant barriers, including inconsistent internet access and a lack of adequate digital infrastructure. The study also highlighted opportunities arising from increasing student digital literacy and the expanding use of online learning platforms, which fostered more interactive and engaging learning environments. However, several challenges remained, including low awareness among parents and varying levels of digital competence among educators, which affected the overall effectiveness of the program.
