Abstract

The research objectives are, 1) To find out and analyze the implementation of green food businesses in the marketplace in terms of the business model canvas, 2) To find out and analyze the implementation of green food businesses in the marketplace in terms of the balanced scorecard, 3) To find out and analyze the integration between the business model canvas and balanced scorecard on green food businesses in the marketplace. This research uses this type of research qualitative descriptive through interviews, documentation and literature study. Study This uses a business model canvas. Applying the Business Model Canvas, green food business actors in the marketplace can formulate more targeted and efficient strategies. implementing the Balanced Scorecard, green food businesses in the marketplace can measure and improve performance from various perspectives. The integration between the Business Model Canvas and the Balanced Scorecard in green food businesses in the marketplace allows companies to design effective business models while measuring and monitoring overall performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Digital Product Strategy and Digital Marketing-Based Promotion Strategy on Consumer Purchasing Decisions on Bali Province Educational Products. This research was structured descriptively using a quantitative approach method. In this research, the data collection instrument is a questionnaire to obtain information about a number of respondents representing a certain population and then statistical data analysis (SPSS) will be carried out to test the hypothesis that has been proposed. The results of this research found that Digital Product Strategy has a positive effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions on Bali Province Education products. From the results, the t-count value for the Digital Product Strategy variable is 5.294, indicating that the t-count is greater than the t table (5.294 > 1.996), with a significant value of 0.000, smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.377. Digital Promotion Strategy has a negative effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions on Bali Province Education products with a calculated t value of the work environment variable of 3.466, indicating that the calculated t is greater than the T table (3.466 > 1.996), with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05, and The regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.209. And Digital Product Strategy, Digital Promotion Strategy have a joint (simultaneous) influence on Consumer Purchasing Decisions on Bali Province Education products seen from the output data showing an R-Square value of 0.554, this means that the Digital Product Strategy and Digital Promotion Strategy variables, influences Consumer Purchasing Decisions (Y) by 55.4%, the remainder influences other variables not examined in this thesis.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, financial technology, dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pengusaha Muda di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengusaha Muda di Kota Denpasar dengan populasi dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden Pengusaha Muda di Kota Denpasar. Non probability sampling adalah bagian dalam teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria berdomisili di Kota Denpasar yang dimiliki dan dikelola masyarakat, masih berjalan sampai sekarang, dan pernah atau sedang menggunakan fasilitas pembayaran berbasis teknologi. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner atau angket ke 52 Pengusaha Muda di Kota Denpasar. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi serta analisis regresi linier berganda bagian dalam teknik analisa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pengusaha Muda di Kota Denpasar, financial technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pengusaha Muda di Kota Denpasar, dan inklusi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pengusaha Muda di Kota Denpasar. Literasi keuangan, financial technology, inklusi keuangan berperangurh positif secara simultan terhadap kinerja keuangan Pengusaha Muda di Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan menjadi sebagai negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia yakni kaya akan keindahan alam dan budaya yang beragam. Salah satu destinasi wisata favorit di Indonesia adalah pulau Bali, terbukti dengan meningkatnya kunjungan wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara disetiap tahunnya. Salah satu destinasi yang ikonik di Pulau Bali adalah sebuah desa dengan rumah tradisional yang bersih dan asri yaitu Desa Penglipuran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Fokus ruang lingkup pada penelitian ini adalah Kompetensi SDM (X1) dan Karakteristik Kewirausahaan (X2) sebagai variabel independen terhadap kinerja UMKM (Y) sebagai variabel Locus Of Control (Y) sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada usaha Loloh cemcem di Desa Panglipuran. Pengusaha UMKM tersebut akan peneliti jadikan sebuah objek penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh kompetensi SDM dan karakteristik kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan Locus of control sebagai variebel intervening pada usaha UMKM loloh cemcem di Desa Panglipuran. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) kompetensi SDM berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM, 2) karakteristik kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM, 3) kompetensi SDM berpengaruh terhadap locus of control, 4) karakteristik kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap locus of control, 5) kinerja UMKM berpengaruh terhadap locus of control, 6) locus of control dapat memediasi kompetensi SDM melalui kinerja UMKM, 7) 6) locus of control dapat memediasi karakteristik kewirausahaan melalui kinerja UMKM. Berdasarkan uji sobel diperoleh hasil locus of control merupakan variabel mediasi masing-masing dari variabel kompetensi SDM dan karakteristik kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

Popularitas Mixue, terutama di kalangan Generasi Z, mencerminkan tren konsumsi dan berpotensi memengaruhi gaya hidup hedonisme. Minat pasar tinggi serta variasi minuman yang digemari mendukung ekspansi Mixue, mengindikasikan peluang bisnis signifikan. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis kelayakan dan merumuskan strategi tepat untuk pengembangan usaha franchise Mixue di Blahbatuh, Gianyar.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis kelayakan bisnis mencakup metode SWOT dan tinjauan komprehensif pada aspek non-finansial (pasar, pemasaran, manajemen, SDM, teknis, teknologi, sosial, ekonomi, hukum) serta aspek finansial. Evaluasi finansial melibatkan uji kelayakan investasi. Hasil analisis non-finansial menunjukkan usaha Mixue Blahbatuh Gianyar sangat layak untuk dijalankan. Secara finansial, proyek ini sangat layak dengan nilai Net Present Value (NPV) Rp 151.017.018 dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 42,97%. Temuan ini menegaskan potensi Mixue sebagai bisnis prospektif, meskipun implikasinya terhadap pola konsumsi Gen-Z perlu dicermati lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of understanding the factors that influence employee performance within governmental organizations, particularly in the National Unity and Political Agency (Bakesbangpol) of Denpasar City. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the effects of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance, while also examining the mediating role of work motivation. Employing a quantitative approach and path analysis method, the study involved all employees of Bakesbangpol Denpasar using a saturated sampling technique. The findings reveal that organizational culture does not have a significant direct effect on employee performance, whereas work discipline exerts a positive and significant influence. Work motivation emerges as a crucial factor affecting performance, with a path coefficient of β = 0.440 and a significance value of 0.000. Although organizational culture significantly influences work motivation, it does not directly impact performance. In contrast, work discipline does not significantly affect motivation. Notably, work motivation significantly mediates the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, but not the relationship between work discipline and performance. These findings underscore the pivotal role of work motivation as a mediating variable that enhances the impact of organizational culture on performance improvement. With an R value of 0.695 and an Adjusted R² of 0.683, the model explains 68.3% of the variance in employee performance, with the remaining 31.7% attributed to other factors outside the model. The novelty of this study lies in mapping the structural relationships among organizational culture, work discipline, and motivation as a mediating variable within the context of a local governmental institution an area that has been empirically understudied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of business development for CV. Subur Indah Pertama, located in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar, Bali, based on five main aspects of business feasibility studies: market and marketing, legal, human resources, environmental, and financial. This research employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods, with data collection techniques including direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. The analysis results show that from the market and marketing aspect, the company has demonstrated positive performance through the optimization of digital platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok, as well as strategic partnerships with contractors and property developers. Legally, the company is deemed feasible as it has fulfilled all business documents and licenses, including SIUP, NPWP, PKP, and tax compliance. In terms of human resources, a systematic organizational structure and professionally-based HR management indicate the company’s readiness to support business expansion. The environmental aspect also meets feasibility criteria, with evidence of standardized waste management systems and compliance with environmental regulations. From the financial perspective, the project is considered highly feasible based on financial indicators, namely a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 13.7 billion, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 32%, and a Payback Period of 5 years, which is below the project’s economic life of 8 years. The IFAS and EFAS analyses show significant internal strengths, while the SWOT matrix places the company in Quadrant I with an aggressive strategy (Strength–Opportunity). Based on the overall findings, the business development of CV. Subur Indah Pertama is declared feasible and has strong prospects for long-term growth.
