Abstract

Denpasar City as the Capital of the Province of Bali is a center of social, economic activity and tourism destinations. Terminal levies as a source of regional revenue need to be developed and assessed for effectiveness, efficiency and prospects as a basis for making optimal terminal service management policies. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of terminal retribution receipts in Denpasar City, to determine the level of efficiency of terminal retribution receipts in Denpasar City and to determine the prospects of terminal retribution receipts in Denpasar in 2009-2014. The data used in this study are secondary data collected from related agencies within 5 (five) years from 2004-2008. The analysis used in this study is the analysis of effectiveness, efficiency, and prospects. The analysis shows that the level of effectiveness of terminal retribution receipts based on targets set from 2004-2008 averaged 101.04 percent which is in the very effective category, The average level of efficiency in managing terminal fees in Denpasar from 2004-2008 is classified as inefficient, because it is above 100 percent, even reaching an average of 110.48 percent, and prospects / estimates of terminal retribution receipts in Denpasar City in 2009-2014 amounting to Rp 1,376,903,828, Rp 1,632,462,579, Rp1,888,021,330, Rp 2,143,580,081, Rp 2,399,138,832, Rp 2,654,697,583.

Abstract

This study seeks transformational leadership style and organizational culture to impact employee satisfaction. Both the sample used and all employees of PT. Patra Bali are 72 people. In this study, the data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; transformational leadership style and organizational culture also have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The researcher hopes that PT. Patra Bali will evaluate the leadership patterns that have been established, so that the company can implement the right leadership patterns in the future by always providing salaries according to employee performance and establishing salary policies according to employee work.

Abstract

Bank is an institution that acts as an intermediary that connects partieswho have excess funds with those who lack funds in the form of savings andchannel them again to the public in the form of credit or other forms, which aimsto improve the standard of living of the community considering its very importantfunction for the wheels of the economy and life. Public. the banking industry musthave superiority SDM good and have high competitiveness and have good performance. Therefore, a study was carried out with the title Excellence SDMand competitive on performance PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk CabangDenpasar during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine theExceelence of SDM and Competitiveness of Performance PT. Bank TabunganNegara Tbk Cabang Denpasar. The sample in this study were employess PT. BankTabungan Negara Tbk Cabang Denpasar. The research method used in thisresearch is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The process focollecting research data using a questionnaire distribution technique to 56respondents and processed using SPSS. The data analysis technique in this studyis multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package For SocialScience) version 23 application. The results obtained by the author are that theadvantages of SDM positive and significant effect on performasce,competitineness has a positive and significant effect on performance, SDMexcellence and competitiveness together have a positive and positive effect onperformance PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Cabang Denpasar.

Abstract

Produktivitas karyawan merupakan elemen strategis dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan, khususnya dalam industri jasa pelayanan. Produktivitas sebagai alat ukur bahwa  operasional  berjalan efektif-efisien. Produktivitas perusahaan didukung oleh sejumlah variabel antara lain insentif dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini kausalitas kuantitatif untuk  menguji  hubungan sebab akibat variabel independen terhadap dependen, yaitu pengaruh insentif dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di  Solgaleo Villas, Canggu, Kabupaten Badung. Populasi 100 karyawan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas-reabilitas, uji Klasik Regresi linear berganda,Uji “F”,Uji t dan Uji Determinant. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (nilai t hitung = 3,464; sig. = 0,001), demikian juga kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas (t hitung = 2,412; sig. = 0,019). Secara simultan, kedua variabel Bersama sama  memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas karyawan berdasarkan uji Anova (F hitung = 25,193; sig. = 0,000). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,449 menunjukkan bahwa 44,9% variasi produktivitas kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh insentif dan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bali SuperHost, Canggu, Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian menggunakan sampling jenuh terhadap seluruh karyawan tetap (N = 45). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert, instrumen dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda (SPSS) disertai uji asumsi klasik (normalitas Kolmogorov–Smirnov dan multikolinearitas/VIF).Uji F, uji t dan Determinasi. Hasil menunjukkan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (t = 3,524; p = 0,001) dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t = 6,049; p = 0,000). Secara simultan, pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (F = 46,913; p < 0,001) dengan R² = 0,691, yang berarti 69,1% variasi kinerja dijelaskan oleh model. Disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi pendidikan yang relevan dan pelatihan terarah menjadi kunci peningkatan kinerja; perusahaan dianjurkan menata kurikulum pelatihan berkelanjutan berbasis kebutuhan kerja.
