Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tenaga kesehatan bekerja sebagai garda terdepan dalam penanganan pasien di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 dengan tekanan yang tinggi, sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan masalah psikologis. Kota Pontianak termasuk daerah dengan transmisi Covid-19 lokal dan  jumlah kasus positif Covid-19 tertinggi di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui dampak psikologis Pandemi Covid-19 pada tenaga kesehatan  di Kota Pontianak. Metode: Studi Cross-Sectional dilakukan pada 29 Juni – 4 Juli 2020 di tengah Pandemi Covid-19. Masalah psikologis diukur dengan menggunakan the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale, Patient Health Quationnaire-9, dan Insomnia Severity Index. Uji Pearson digunakan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara masalah psikologis. Hasil: Prevalensi gejala kecemasan, depresi, dan insomnia pada tenaga kesehatan selama pandemic Covid-19 di Kota Pontianak adalah 57,6%; 52,1%; dan 47,9%. Tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja menangani pasien positif Covid-19 cenderung lebih tinggi mengalami kecemasasan, depresi, dan insomnia dibandingkan dengan yang tidak. Persepsi tenaga kesehatan yang merasa berisiko terpapar Covid-19 signifikan berhubungan dengan masalah psikologis seperti gangguan kecemasan, depresi, dan insomnia. Kesimpulan: Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada meningkatnya masalah psikologis (gangguan kecemasan, depresi, dan insomnia) pada tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

Based on the results of the 2012 IDHS survey the TRC showed 9.3% or 3.7 million adolescents said they had had premarital sex. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of comic media as a promotion of adolescent health in SMP N 2 Pontianak. This research uses a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental methods (quasi experiments) type of pre-test post-test one group design. The number of samples of data analysis using the Wilcoxon Test was 38, using questionnaire and comic instruments. The results of this study by conducting the Wilcoxon Test there are significant differences between before and after given the intervention in the form of comic media on the information variable (p value = 0,000), subjective norm variables (p value = 0,000), and the variable Intention of sexual behavior (p value = 0.044) so it can be concluded that comics are effective media as an alternative media for the promotion of adolescent sexuality health.

Abstract

Introduction: Aim this reseach to determine the differences in levels of knowledge, Attitude about e-smoking prevention before and after education between ekperimental and the control group the Samarinda City Central Statistics Agency in 2017 (3). The number of teenage smokers in the city of Samarinda reached 29.69%. While there is a significant level of access to advertisements for cigarettes on television and the internet, 15.7% of people access the internet, and 41.5% of people access electronic cigarettes with their peers. Methods: The experimental design of this study consisted of a two-group experimental design with a pre-test and a post-test plus a control, with the purpose of determining the impact of educational intervention through the use of web-based preventive education for mesuare diffrences knowled and attitude Results: The Different Tests Within Experiment Group Of Knowledge, Attitudes From One Month After Intervention, knowledge P-Value 0.000, Attitudes P-Value 0,00. The Different Tests Within Control Group Of Knowledge, Attitudes From One Month After Intervention, Knowledge P-Value 0,97 and attitudes P-Value 0,135. Conclusion: After the education was carried out, the results demonstrated that there were differences in the experimental group's knowledge and attitudes before and after the education was carried out. The control group did not exhibit any differences in knowledge or attitudes during either of the two measures that were conducted. It was found that there were variations in knowledge and attitudes between the experimental group and the control group after one month of post-education was delivered.

Abstract

Introduction: Food sanitation hygiene is the process of minimizing food contamination from various sources to control risk factors for food contamination that could potentially cause health problems. Video media can stimulate two senses, namely the eyes and ears, which makes understanding clearer for the audience. This research aims to improve the knowledge and attitude of Rose Women Farmers Group (KWT) regarding Food Hygiene Sanitation in Tambatan Village, Sambas Regency. Methods: Pre-Experiment design with one group pre-test and post-test approach was used in this study. It was conducted in Tambatan Village, Teluk Keramat Sub-district, Sambas Regency from September to December 2024. The research sample of 30 respondents was determined through total sampling technique. The research instrument used a specially designed questionnaire to collect data on food sanitation hygiene. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon test. Results: The Wilcoxon test showed a difference in the mean knowledge and attitude scores between before and after the sambas language video media intervention was given. The mean knowledge score increased from 5.03 to 9.43 (p-value = 0.000 < 0.05) and the mean attitude score increased from 38.57 to 47.33 (p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). Conclusion: It can be concluded that health promotion using sambas language videos is proven effective in improving KWT Rose's knowledge and attitude regarding food sanitation hygiene.
