Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to examine the factors that influence the performance of public information services at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia in 2024, with an emphasis on the role of digital service innovation, cross-unit coordination, and the strengthening of Information and Documentation Management Officers (PPID). Materials and Methods. The research method used a quantitative survey approach on 1,673 public information requests received through various PPID service channels. The research variables consisted of information technology utilisation (X1), cross-unit coordination (X2), strengthening the role of PPID (Z), and transparency and accountability of public services (Y). Results. The research results indicate that the utilisation of information technology and cross-unit coordination significantly influence the improvement of transparency and accountability in public services, both directly and through the strengthening of the role of PPID. The average time to complete a request is 4 days, 9 hours, and 59 minutes, which is faster than the deadline set by the KIP Law. Pearson's correlation indicates a negative relationship between the volume of requests and service speed (r = -0.62; p < 0.05). The Chi-Square test shows a significant relationship between the educational level of the requester and the category of information requested (p < 0.01). Conclusion. The role of the PPID has been proven to mediate the effectiveness of digital innovation and cross-unit coordination in improving transparency and accountability. Recommendations: There is a need for a special budget allocation for digital service innovation and regular coordination forums between work units. The limitation of this study is the lack of previous research on the role of the PPID as a mediating variable, so further research with a broader scope is still needed. The novelty of this study lies in the model that positions the role of PPID as an intermediate variable, which has not been extensively studied in the context of public information disclosure in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is to describe the structure and function of pantun with a structural approach. The sub-problems in this research include how the rhyme is structured, how the rhyme functions, and how to implement the research results into plans for implementing Indonesian language learning in schools. The method used in this research is descriptive. The form of this research is qualitative. The data source for this research is recordings of pantun meminang in Semparuk District. Data collection techniques in this research are non-participant observation techniques, structured interview techniques, and documentation techniques. Data collection tools in this research are observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation. Techniques for analyzing data, namely the analysis stage, checking the validity of the data used include reading persistence, triangulation techniques, persistence/consistency in observations. Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the structure and function of pantun meninang in the marriage of the Malay community in Semparuk District, Sambas Regency, with the results of the research, there are 31 pantun meninang, the physical structure of 31 pantun including diction, 18 pantun including imagery, 31 pantun including concrete words, 4 pantun including figurative language, 3 pantuns including rhyme, 7 pantuns including rhythm, 12 pantuns including themes, 11 pantuns including feelings, 9 pantuns including tone and atmosphere, and 31 pantuns including mandates. 2 rhymes include a recreational function, 2 rhymes include a didactive function, 15 rhymes include a morality function, 12 rhymes include a religious function. This research can be implemented in class VII, even semester, namely KD 3.14 Examining the structure and language of folk poetry (rhymes, verses and forms of local folk poetry) which are read and heard and K 4.14 Expressing ideas, feelings, messages in the form of folk poetry orally and in writing pay attention to structure, rhyme, and language use.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a series of dramatic events experienced by women, and this can affect them both physically and psychologically. Psychological issues might arise during the prenatal period. The objective of the study was to determine the factors affecting prenatal mental health. The study methods used a cross-sectional with chi square data analysis. The results revealed that pregnancy status affected anxiety, mother's age, pregnancy status, and gestational age affected stress, and mother's age and pregnancy status affected depression.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pendanaan DRTPM Kemendikbudristek tahun 2024 bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada UMKM Jenang Kudus mengenai Manajemen Usaha dan Pelatihan Pembukuan yang baik berdasarkan standar umum pencatatan keuangan. Melihat permasalahan yang ada UMKM masih menggunakan pencatatan secara manual dalam mencatat transaksi keuangan. Selain itu tidak ada pemisahan antara keuangan pribadi dan keuangan usaha yang membuat kesulitan dalam melakukan evaluasi pendapatan dan target anggaran kedepannya. Ketidakkonsistenan dalam melakukan pencatatan juga menjadi kendala UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Hal tersebut membuat perlunya pelatihan pencatatan keuangan pada UMKM. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah, diskusi, dan Simulasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Juli 2024. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman kepada UMKM Jenang Kabupaten Kudus dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Tingkat pemahaman tersebut dapat dilihat pada metode diskusi dan metode simulasi peserta mempraktekan langsung dalam mencatat laporan keuangan pada aplikasi “Si Apik”. Pada metode diskusi banyak peserta yang aktif bertanya atas materi yang belum dipahami, hal ini menunjukkan semangat peserta terhadap pelatihan manajemen usaha dan pencatatan keuangan cukup tinggi. Kesimpulan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta bagaimana melakukan manajemen usaha dan pencatatan keuangan baik laporan keuangan berisi Neraca, laporan perubahan modal dan laporan laba atau rugi. Saran bagi UMKM agar kedepannya dapat menerapkan pencatatan keuangan secara konsisten dan memanfaatkan aplikasi untuk memudahkan dalam pencatatan transaksi keuangan, adanya pemisahan keuangan juga akan memudahkan dalam melakkukan evaluasi kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions at Mutiara Arloji store in Lubuk Alung market. 2) To determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions at Mutiara Arloji store in Lubuk Alung market. 3) To determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at Mutiara Arloji shop in Lubuk Alung market. This research is a descriptive and quantitative research on the purchasing decisions of Lorenzo brand watches at Mutiara Arloji store in Lubuk Alung market. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 16 for window . The sample in this study were 30 people and determined using Accidental Sampling . Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: 1) Product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the Mutiara Arloji store in the Lubuk Alung market. 2) Price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the Mutiara Arloji store in the Lubuk Alung market. 3) Product quality and price have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Mutiara Arloji shop in Lubuk Alung market. With R = 0.750 and Adjusted R Square = 0.562 or 56.20%. With the regression equation Y= 0.616 + 0.335 X1 + 0.537 X2. Suggestions in this study are: 1) Mutiara Arloji Shop to provide Lorenzo brand watches with good durability. 2) Pearl Watch Shops must provide affordable prices in order to compete with the prices of other brands of watches. 3) Pearl Watch Shops must offer Lorenzo brand watches with different variants.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Red Dragon Fruit Puree (RDP) added to yogurt ice cream on its sensory, physical and chemical characteristics as well as its anti-obesity effect on mice fed with high-fat diet. To obtain the optimal addition level, RDP was added to the yogurt-based ice cream dough in various proportions: 0 (control), 10, 20, 30, and 40%. The sensory evaluation signifies that 30% RDP addition results in the best yogurt ice cream because it produces favorable flavor, attractive color (purplish pink), and the most preferable taste for the panelist. Data on physical and chemical characteristics showed that RDP yogurt ice cream has lower overrun, total solid, fat, carbohydrate, and calorie content than non-RDP yogurt ice cream (p<0.05). The animal test identified that consumption of RDP yogurt ice cream for 14 days could reduce the mice’s (a xenograft model) body weight under normal and high-fat diet conditions (p<0.05). Thus, RDP yogurt ice cream with specific physical and chemical characteristics potentially results in anti-obesity effects in pre-clinic setting. RDP yogurt ice cream merits further studies, especially for clinical test, before the commercialization stage.
