Abstract

Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration, this Population administration contains the regulation and formation of a system that reflects reforms in the field of Population Administration. But in reality, the implementation of population administration management, especially in the E-KTP sector, has not yet been realized based on the management strategy stated in the Strategic Plan of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Kampar Regency for 2017-2018. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Strategy of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kampar Regency in Population Administration Management for 2017-2018? .This study aims to (1) describe the strategy of the Kampar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service in managing the 2017-2018 population administration, (2) describe the factors that hinder the strategy of the Kampar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service in managing population administration for 2017-2018. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kampar Regency. Data collection techniques used are through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model.The results of the study concluded that based on the observations and analysis of researchers on the realization of the implementation of administrative management strategies, especially in the field of E-KTP by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kampar Regency 2017-2018, it is still not optimal based on the service strategy stated in the Strategic Plan. The efforts made by the Population and Civil Registration of Kampar Regency are influenced by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are inadequate human resources, as well as limited facilities and infrastructure. While external factors are low participation and understanding of the community as service users in carrying out administrative services, especially the management of E-KTP at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kampar Regency.Keywords: Service Strategy, E-KTP Administration Management, Inhibiting Factors

Abstract

PF Entertainment is a community of lovers of Korean-style modern dance or Korean Dance Cover which uses the mass media Instagram as an information medium for the public to introduce their existence and activities. However, as time goes by, this media competes with other media such as TikTok, which is currently very popular. The aim of this research is to utilize knowledge of Instagram media in introducing the existence and activities of PF Entertainment. This study uses a qualitative method. The theory used is Effective Communication Techniques. The result of this research is that by using Instagram, of course the admin always updates the activities carried out with 2 to 7 pieces of information in one month so that followers can follow and find out about developments in the PF Entertainment community.

Abstract

Community Service Program focus on the Independent Campus Learning KKN Program is a community service program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. This program is expected to train students' creativity, thereby providing the best solutions to problems in society, developing students' abilities in creating new ideas/solutions and providing added value to existing ideas/solutions, and encouraging students to be responsive in solving problems in society. The objectives of community service program activities in 2024 designed a pier as a connecting facility between Pulau Telo Baru Village and the Pulau Telo Baru village tourist island.  The main program for designing the pier is the implementation of the Master Plan planned by village officials who want to develop the Telo Baru Village Tourism Island as a tourist island which is expected to become a tourism icon for the Telo Baru Island village. The method uses a combined quantitative method by calculating the structural load of a footbridge and pier using SAP 2000 Analysis software, while the design of the footbridge and pier uses Autodesk Revit software. The results of the community service program activities are planning the structure of the footbridge and pier and designing the footbridge and pier as a tourism facility that can help generate income for the welfare of the village and the village community of Telo Island, Selat District, Kapuas Regency

Abstract

The industry plays a crucial role in the national economy, making significant contributions to GDP and employment. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of the Bio-OSD plant construction project, which produces bio oil spill dispersant from plant-based raw materials. The data used includes primary and secondary data collected from oil companies and the Surfactant and Bioenergy Research Center (SBRC) IPB over six months. The methods used in the analysis include Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C), Payback Period (PP), and Sensitivity Analysis. The analysis results show that the project has an NPV of Rp133,895,678,111, an IRR of 13.90%, a Net B/C of 2.34, and a PP of 5 years, 7 months, and 3 days, indicating that the project is feasible. Sensitivity analysis shows that the project remains viable despite a 10% increase in raw material and packaging costs, a 5% increase in fixed costs, and a 5% decrease in sales volume. The combination of these three variables results in an NPV of Rp54,189,090,981, an IRR of 5.64%, and a Net B/C of 1.54, with a PP of 7 years, 3 months, and 20 days. Therefore, the Bio-OSD plant is feasible to build despite facing changes in financial parameters

Abstract

Oil spills during exploration and transportation can pollute the land and water environment. Oil Spill Dispersants (OSD) are needed to disperse petroleum spills, thus facilitating the subsequent handling process. Bio-OSD is an environmentally friendly product because it uses surfactants derived from palm oil. This study aims to obtain information about the marketing strategy for Bio-OSD products by considering market potential and marketing risks as one of the important stages in the commercialization process. The research was carried out by analyzing the needs and availability, form of the market, and conditions of competitors for the Bio-OSD product and designing a risk-based marketing strategy through a mix between Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning (STP), and Product, Price, Place, Promotion (4P), as well as risk analysis. They were using the House of Risk (HOR) method. As a comparison, commercial OSD products were used. The results showed that the Bio-OSD product gave positive and superior values ​​in terms of quality and price parameters compared to commercial OSD products, so it was feasible to be commercialized. The B2B marketing strategy design results in segmentation and target markets aimed at PT Pertamina (Persero) subsidiaries, as well as product positioning as a diversified product. The marketing mix design resulted in products that meet the needs standards, with a price range of IDR 50,000-IDR 80,000/L, target sales in Java, and promotions carried out both online and offline. The marketing risk management plan indicates three priority risk mitigation actions namely; regular monitoring and analyzing of marketing data, training and development for improving workers capability, and expanding promotional media.
