Abstract

Background. Quizlet application for interactive learning used through online which can be used as an online learning media, which can be learned by teachers and students to increase vocabulary or also can make personal letters and official letters. It is useful to improve students' knowledge and skills in utilising Quizlet application as one of the applications in enhancing online learning. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine the utilisation of the Quizlet application as a student performance research tool by teachers. Method. This research uses quantitative methods, where data is obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires. Results. The results of this study explain that the utilisation of the Quizlet application is very positive in the teacher's assessment of a student's performance. By using the Quizlet application, it is very helpful for students in learning that is difficult to understand, so that it can improve the learning process optimally. Conclusion. The conclusion of this study explains that Quizlet App can be used as a tool for assessing student performance by teachers in online implementation and can be used for language learning.

Abstract

The current dynamics of war, which is increasingly influenced by increasingly rapid technological advances, demands adaptation and innovation in the defense and security strategy of a sovereign country. Reflecting on the Russia-Ukraine war, equipping each Rai Arhanud in each Battalion and Missile Unit is very strategic and very necessary. But currently, Arhanud TNI AD does not yet have an anti-drone unit that specifically handles the threat of enemy attacks spread throughout Kotama. This can affect our defense capabilities faced with the development of modern weapons of war. The research aims to analyze the integration of anti-drone technology into its operational structure and doctrine to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of air defense operations in the Indonesian Army Arhanud unit. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through the number of samples referring to the analysis of the TNI AD leadership. The results of the research show that the personnel or human resources of the TNI AD Arhanud Unit generally have adequate capabilities in carrying out the main tasks of air defense. Comprehensive adjustments are needed, both from an operational and tactical perspective, to integrate anti-drone technology into Arhanud's unit. Arhanud's unit has good readiness to face conventional threats, but currently they are still not equipped with a special anti-drone unit specifically designed to detect, track and neutralize enemy drone attacks. Greater encouragement and priority is needed to develop anti-drone technology to deal with increasingly complex air threats.

Abstract

Effective implementation of air defense policy requires careful navigation between clear strategic objectives and the involvement of competent executing agents. This research undertakes a comprehensive evaluation of the key challenges in implementing air defense policy, with a focus on preparing master's graduates to be effective change agents in translating strategy into successful operational actions. Through a targeted qualitative approach and in-depth analysis, the research findings highlight the crucial role of clarity in objectives and standards in formulating effective policies. Constraints such as limited Resources and competency variations are major focal points, which can only be addressed through a holistic and integrated approach. Strong communication, efficient coordination, and steadfast commitment from executing agents are key to successfully navigating complex external dynamics. Research recommendations aim to strengthen master's education, develop technical and managerial competencies, and foster close collaboration with the defense industry to ensure responsive and efficient policy implementation. With an awareness of the complexity of the challenges faced, this research inspires strategic steps that enable the implementation of adaptive air defense policies aligned with national defense objectives.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to explain the effectiveness of leadership in HR management in the defense sector, as well as its impact on organizational performance and long-term consequences. Research Methodology: Using a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this study analyzes data from credible academic and non-academic sources. Abstract

PT Dirgantara Indonesia merupakan industri pertahanan nasional di bidang dirgantara yang telah menjalin berbagai bentuk kerja sama internasional, seperti co-production, offset, dan pembelian pesawat maupun komponennya. Salah satu mitra strategisnya adalah Korean Aerospace Industries (KAI). Meskipun telah banyak bekerja sama, belum ada kolaborasi khusus dalam produksi bersama pesawat latih militer. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi kerja sama antara PT Dirgantara Indonesia dan KAI dalam pengembangan pesawat latih militer masa depan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analitik, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kedua perusahaan memiliki potensi besar untuk bekerja sama, mengingat keberhasilan proyek KFX/IFX dalam pengembangan pesawat tempur generasi 4.5. Selain itu, PT Dirgantara Indonesia juga telah terlibat dalam pengadaan pesawat KT-1B serta memiliki tenaga ahli berpengalaman dalam pengembangan pesawat turbo propeller
