Abstract

This research tries to examine the implementation of religious moderation values in PAI learning at Madrasahs and Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKI) as an answer to problems related to the many statements that our educational institutions are currently exposed to radicalism and intolerance. By using qualitative methods and library research techniques this study concludes that the implementation of religious moderation values in PAI learning in Madrasahs and Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKI) can be pursued in 3 (three) strategies as follows: 1) inserting (insert) moderation content in each relevant material, 2) optimizing learning approaches, and 3) organizing certain programs, education, training and debriefing with a special theme on religious moderation.

Abstract

In recent years various attempts have been made to automatically mine opinions and sentiments from natural language in online networking messages, news, and product review businesses. Sentiment analysis is needed as an effort to improve service performance in the organization. In this paper, we have explored the polarization of positive and negative sentiments using Twitter user reviews. Sentiment analysis is carried out using the Naïve Bayes (NB), support vector machine (SVM), and logistic regression (LR) model then compares the results of these three models. The results of the experiment showed that the accuracy of LR was better than SVM and NB, namely 77%, 76%, and 70%.

Abstract

Outsourcing is to respond to global economic developments and the speed of technological development so that global competition is very tight. The logical consequence of this condition is the decision by company leaders or management to hand over or outsource some of the company's processes to other parties. The aim of this research is the implementation of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation in relation to providing protection for outsourcing workers. This type of research is qualitative, with a normative legal research approach. The results of the discussion obtained the answer that legal protection for outsourced workers is viewed from the principle of legal certainty in Law Number 13 of 2003 and Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation concerning Employment which can be seen in two forms, namely legal certainty in preventive protection and legal certainty in repressive protection. Legal certainty in the context of preventive protection covers several aspects, including clarity regarding employment relations, time-limited work agreements (PKWT), social security, wage levels and wage compensation. In the context of outsourcing, there are no longer any restrictions on the types of work that can be outsourced. For this reason, regulations are needed that provide further detail regarding legal certainty in preventive and repressive protection, to ensure more comprehensive protection.

Abstract

Madura bull are one of the local bulls in Indonesia whose semen is used for artificial insemination. This study aims to evaluate the quality of semen and the repeatability value of semen from Madura bulls at the Lembang Artificial Insemination Center. A total of 1,402 semen collection data from three Madura bulls from 2014-2020 were used for analysis. The data was analyzed descriptively to evaluate semen quality consisting of semen volume, sperm motility and sperm concentration. Repeatability value was estimated using analysis of variance and intra-class correlation. The results showed that the average volume, motility, and concentration were 5.32 ± 1.50 ml; 68.10±7.07 %; and 1,044.27 ± 277.63 million/ml. The semen volume repeatability value was high, motility was low, and concentration was medium.

Abstract

To ensure the quality of mass-produced products, non-destructive material testing (NDT) is required with a method that has high testing speed and accuracy. Products that have undergone heat treatment such as automotive components to obtain a specific hardness value need to be tested to ensure the desired quality. Some parameters such as coercivity and permeability of the ferromagnetic materials, can be used to characterize the shape of the hysteresis curve. The hysteresis curve geometry is related to mechanical hardness, hot working record, and the presence of residual stresses. This paper will present how the coercivity value measurement can be done using the Barkhausen effect, as well as a study of the correlation between the coercivity value and the hardness of a ferromagnetic material using the regression analysis method. Indentation testing has also been done to verify different approaches to obtain hardness value by Barkhausen noise analysis. The research shows that this technique was sufficiently accurate with superior rapid testing and no indentation mark.

Abstract

The Covid-19 incident, many companies in Indonesia have difficulty in carrying out their activities. One of the impacts is the cessation of company activities and laying off employees. This means that many workers or laborers lose their jobs due to situations beyond the control of the company, such as this pandemic. Force majeure is an event or incident beyond human control that can affect business continuity. The purpose of this study is to analyze how legal protection for workers/laborers due to Termination of Employment on the grounds of Covid 19 as force majeure can be applied in the Karawang industrial area. This study uses the approach method. Legislation, where researchers analyze and interpret various laws that are relevant to the topic and object being studied. The results of the study show that the implementation of Termination of Employment by force majeure cannot be carried out arbitrarily, companies must maintain and make maximum efforts not to carry out Termination of Employment before finally deciding to take the route of Termination of Employment for workers/laborers. This is used as the meaning and form of legal protection carried out by the company towards employees. Keywords: Labor; COVID-19; Legal Protection; Work termination

Abstract

Effective implementation of air defense policy requires careful navigation between clear strategic objectives and the involvement of competent executing agents. This research undertakes a comprehensive evaluation of the key challenges in implementing air defense policy, with a focus on preparing master's graduates to be effective change agents in translating strategy into successful operational actions. Through a targeted qualitative approach and in-depth analysis, the research findings highlight the crucial role of clarity in objectives and standards in formulating effective policies. Constraints such as limited Resources and competency variations are major focal points, which can only be addressed through a holistic and integrated approach. Strong communication, efficient coordination, and steadfast commitment from executing agents are key to successfully navigating complex external dynamics. Research recommendations aim to strengthen master's education, develop technical and managerial competencies, and foster close collaboration with the defense industry to ensure responsive and efficient policy implementation. With an awareness of the complexity of the challenges faced, this research inspires strategic steps that enable the implementation of adaptive air defense policies aligned with national defense objectives.

Abstract

This study analyzes the optimization of national downstream synergy as a strategic pathway to achieving defense industry independence in Indonesia, particularly in supporting the operational readiness of the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU). Using a qualitative descriptive approach, it integrates data from interviews, policy documents, and official reports from the Defense Industry Policy Committee (KKIP), the Ministry of Defense, and PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI). The findings reveal that Indonesia’s defense industry still faces major barriers, including dependence on imported raw materials and technology, low economies of scale, and limited coordination among stakeholders. The study identifies that the success of downstream synergy depends on institutional integration, long-term investment assurance, and technological capability enhancement. Strengthening the roles of KKIP as a policy integrator, the Ministry of Defense as a regulatory and funding enabler, and PTDI as a production executor is essential to align industrial capacity with Air Force requirements. Key strategies include implementing Long-Term Offtake Agreements (LTOA) to stabilize market demand, reforming the Offset and Local Content (IDKLO) mechanism for genuine technology transfer, and integrating upstream industries (PT Inalum, PT Krakatau Steel) to close the material sovereignty gap. The development of MIL-STD-certified testing facilities, local MRO capabilities, and a national defense digital innovation ecosystem will accelerate the transition toward self-reliant production. Ultimately, optimizing national downstream synergy will establish a resilient, competitive, and technologically advanced defense ecosystem capable of independently supporting the Air Force and enhancing Indonesia’s strategic autonomy.
