Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Purchase Decision (Y1) and Customer Satisfaction (Y2) Honda Scoopy Motorcycles at Taluk Kuantan. The population of study was customers who have Honda Scoopy automatic motorcycles at Taluk Kuantan whose numbers are not known with certainly. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 144 people were selected to be sampled. Path Analysis with software SPSS version 24 was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision; 2) Price had a negative and significant effect on Purchase Decision; 3) Purchase Decision had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 4) Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction throughwork Purchase Decision; 5) Price had a negative and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction throughwork Purchase Decision.Keyword: Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the analysis process of decision making of online consumer on Bukalapak site in Pekanbaru.The population of this research is the site of Bukalapak in Pekanbaru. The data collection was done by using a questionnaire with Non probability Sampling technique and the sample of the research is consisted of 165 people .The analysis of this study uses path analysis by the program of SPSS 20.The results show that: 1) Perceived Benefit Of Search affects theElectronic Word Of Mouthin the process of online decision making significantly on the site BukalaPak in Pekanbaru; 2) Perceived Benefit Of Search does not affect the Overall Deal Evaluationof the online decision-making process on BukalaPak website in Pekanbaru; 3) Perceived Benefit Of Search has significant effect on Overall Deal Evaluationthrough Electronic Word Of Mouth in the process of online decision making on BukalaPak site in Pekanbaru; 4) Overall Deal Evaluation has significant effecton Buying decision in the process of online decision making on BukalaPak site in Pekanbaru.Keywords: Perceived Benefit of Search, Electronic Word of Mouth, Overall Deal Evaluation, Buying Decision

Abstract

Abstract-This study aims to determine the Online Consumer Reviews and Ratings on Consumer Trust and Purchase Decisions at Shopee E-commerce in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study are consumers who have shopped online at Shopee e-commerce who are domiciled in Pekanbaru City whose number is not known with certainty. Premiere data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use the path analysis method (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique chosen was snowball sampling (105 people at Shopee site customers in Pekanbaru City).The results showed that:1) Online Consumer Review has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Trust in Shopee E-commerce in Pekanbaru City, 2) Rating has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Trust in Shopee E-commerce in Pekanbaru City, 3) Online Cosumer Review has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Shopee E-commerce in Pekanbaru City, 4) Rating has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Shopee E-commerce in Pekanbaru City, 5) Consumer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions in E-commerce Shopee in Pekanbaru City, 6) Online Consumer Review has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions through Consumer Trust in Shopee E-commerce in Pekanbaru City, 7) Rating has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions through Consumer Trust in Shopee E-commerce in Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Online Consumer Review, Rating, Consumer Confidence and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Television Advertising and Endorser Valentino Rossi on Brand Awareness and Purchase Decisions of Yamaha NMAX Motorbikes in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all Yamaha N-Max motorbike users in Pekanbaru, amounting to 937 in 2019. This study used a sample of 109 respondents using the Slovin formula. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis using path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that television advertising and endorser Valentino Rossi partially had a significant effect on Brand Awareness, Television Advertising and Endoirser Valentino Rossi partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, Brand Awareness had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This research aims to find out whether service quality influences purchasing decisions at Beringin Eddy Pekanbaru Restaurant. To find out whether price influences purchasing decisions at Beringin Eddy Pekanbaru Restaurant. To find out whether service quality and price influence purchasing decisions at Eddy Eddy's Beringin Restaurant in Pekanbaru. Hypothesis testing uses the SPSS Version 25.00 statistical test tool. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The results of the research are that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service Quality and Price have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords : Quality Service , Price, Purchase Decision
