Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, work discipline and supervision on job satisfaction and employee performance. Locations in research at PT. Bumi Sawit Perkasa in the Kampar Regency area to be precise in Danau Lancang Village, Tapung Hulu District. The sample in this study amounted to 115 people using the saturated sample method. Because at the time of distributing the questionnaire, out of 115 respondents, 6 of them did not fill in, so only 109 respondents filled in and continued as research data. The data analysis technique used is path regression analysis. The results explained that non-physical work environment, work discipline and supervision had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the path regression results explain the non-physical work environment, work discipline and supervision have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.Keywords: Non-Physical Work Environment, Work Discipline, Supervision, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of workload and compensation on job stress and job satisfaction of nurses at Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru. The population of this study included 104 nurses who worked at the Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru. Primary data were collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. This study used the loading factor and boots rapping with the PLS (Partial Least Square) method for the hypothesis. The sampling technique was saturated sampling method (104 nurses at Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru). The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of workload on work stress at Eria Bunda Pekanbaru Mother and Child Hospital nurses, 2) there was a negative and significant effect of compensation on work stress on nurses at Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru, 3) there was a negative and significant effect of job satisfaction on the workload of nurses at Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru, 4) there was a positive and significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction of nurses at Eria Bunda Mother and Child Hospital Pekanbaru, 5) there was a negative influence and significant job stress on job satisfaction of nurses at Eria Bunda Pekanbaru Mother and Child Hospital, 6) there was a negative and significant influence on workload on nurse job satisfaction through job stress at Eria Bunda Pekanbaru Mother and Child Hospital, 7) there was a positive and significant compensation effect on satisfaction the work of the nurses through job stress at the Eria Bunda Mother and Hospital Pekanbaru.Keywords: Workload, Compensation, Work Stress, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and non-financialcompensation on the performance of Puskesmas employees through employee jobsatisfaction in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in thisstudy were 49 employees at the Puskesmas. Primary data in this study were collectedusing a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test thehypothesis in this study, Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS)was used with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The sampling technique wascarried out using the Saturated Sampling Method (Census) and 49 PNS Employees (CivilServants) were selected as samples. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive butnot significant influence between the Work Environment on the Job Satisfaction of HealthCenter Staff in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2) There is a positiveand significant influence between Non-Financial Compensation on the Job Satisfaction ofthe managers of Batang Cenaku District, Regency Indragiri Hulu, 3) There is a positiveand significant influence between the Work Environment on the performance ofPuskesmas employees in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 4) There is apositive and significant influence between Non-Financial Compensation on theperformance of Puskesmas employees in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency, 5) There is a positive and significant influence between satisfaction on theperformance of PUSKESMAS managers in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency, 6) There is a positive but not significant influence between the WorkEnvironment on performance through employee job satisfaction as i intervening variablesin Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, 7) There is a positive and significantinfluence between Non-Financial Compensation on performance through Employee JobSatisfaction as an intervening variable in Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri HuluRegency. Keywords: Work Environment, Non-Financial Compensation, Performance,Satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana peranan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai di era digitalisasi pada Kantor Kecamatan Dondo Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peranan kepemimpinan transformasional Camat di Kecamatan Dondo telah sesuai dengan indikator kepemimpinan transformasional yang dikenal dengan 4I, yaitu: inspirational motivation, idealized influence, individualized consideration, & intellectual stimulation. Dengan terdapatnya kesesuaian tersebut , dapat dikatakan bahwa Camat menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan baik di kepemimpinannya.Kinerja pegawai kantor Kecamatan Dondo dapat dikatakan cukup baik dengan didapatkannya empat dari lima indikator yang sudah sesuai dengan indikator pengukuran kinerja yaitu kuantitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas, dan kemandirian. Adapun indikator kualitas kerja yang masih perlu menjadi perhatian dari pimpinan karena akan berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai. Begitu pula juga dengan peran digitalisasi dalam pelayanan publik yang menjadi aspek berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai dan bisa dikatakan belum terlalu memadai dari segi sarana dan prasarana untuk itu perlu dilakukan pembenahan dan perbaikan serta pembuatan aplikasi atau software permanen untuk kantor.
