Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of communication, work discipline and supervision of employee spirit. As for the population in this study are all employees of PT Kunango Jantan Kampar with the number of 153 people. Sampling is done by accidental method and the determination of the number of samples is done by using Slovin formula. Analysis of data used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS program version 18.00. From the test result that has been done, simultaneous test (F-test) shows that Communication, work discipline and pengawasaan simultaneously affect to employee morale, while partial test (T-test) indicate that Communication, work discipline and partial pengawasaan effect Employee morale. To maximize employee morale, the company should provide an opportunity for employees to participate in efforts to advance the company and to maximize employee communication, expected to the company to establish decision-making based on information that takes into account the situation and conditions that exist.Keywords : Communication, Work Discipline, Supervision and Employee Spirit

Abstract

This research is conducted to analyze The Influence of Competence, Organizational Commitment and Teachers Professionalism onTeachers Performance (Study at Al Azhar Syifa Budi II Pekanbaru City School). There are independent variables in this research such as Competence (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), Teachers Professionalism (X3) and Teachers Performance (Y) as dependent variabel. The population of this study were all teachers at Al Azhar Syifa Budi II Pekanbaru City School and total sample were 58 peoples. Multiple regression method are chosen for data analysis by SPSS version 21. The result of this research shows that Competence, Organizational Commitment and Teachers Professionalism both simultaneously and partially had effects with Teachers Performance at Al Azhar Syifa Budi II Pekanbaru City School. Response of all variables give a different result each other. Competence were dominant factor towards Teacher Professionalism. Test result by simultaneously test obtained Fcount ((45,593) > Ftable (2,776) that means all those 3 dependent variable had simultaneous effect to teacher performance. The expectation of this research is Al Azhar Syifa Budi II School should improve Competence, Organizational Commitment and Teachers Professionalism among teachers in order to improve Teachers prerformance.Keywords : Competence, Commitment, Professionalism, Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload andcompensation for job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees at PT. AdiraQuantum Multifianance Pekanbaru branch. The research sample as many as 157people were selected using census method that is the entire population being sampled,while data collected using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are two-stageregression analysis using SPSS version 22.The results showed that the workloadsignificantly affect job satisfaction, and compensation have a significant impact on jobsatisfaction, workload and compensation simultaneously significant effect on jobsatisfaction and job satisfaction significantly influence employee turnover intention. Theresults of this study is, any increase job satisfaction hence potentially lower workload,and high compensation potential to increase job satisfaction. Increased job satisfactionhas the potential to reduce the rate of employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of motivation on Performance Civil ServicePolice Unit in the city of Pekanbaru. discipline influence on Performance Civil Service Police Unit inthe city of Pekanbaru. The influence of leadership Performance Civil Service Police Unit in Pekanbaru,and motivatian, discipline and leadership on performance Civil Service Police Unit Member inPekanbaru. Population is the total number of objects studied, the population in this study is themunicipal police Members of Pekanbaru. The number of population in this study were 140 municipalpolice Members with the status of Civil Servants. Given a population of only 140 people, it is feasiblefor sampling in the census.Data analysis and interpreting the data, the method used descriptive analysis and verification ofanalysis methods. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondentsand the research variables, whereas the verification method used to test the research hypotheses byusing relevant statistical tests. Whereas the verification method used in this study is multipleregression.The results showed that motivation influence on Performance Civil Service Police Unit in the city ofPekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, work discipline and supervision on job satisfaction and employee performance. Locations in research at PT. Bumi Sawit Perkasa in the Kampar Regency area to be precise in Danau Lancang Village, Tapung Hulu District. The sample in this study amounted to 115 people using the saturated sample method. Because at the time of distributing the questionnaire, out of 115 respondents, 6 of them did not fill in, so only 109 respondents filled in and continued as research data. The data analysis technique used is path regression analysis. The results explained that non-physical work environment, work discipline and supervision had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the path regression results explain the non-physical work environment, work discipline and supervision have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.Keywords: Non-Physical Work Environment, Work Discipline, Supervision, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of employee commitment and cultural organizational factors towards employees of the Job Performance, Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province both simultaneously (overall test) and partial (individual test). The research method used is verification, while the population in this study is the Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province based on increasing totaling 402 people. By using the method of proportional stratified random sampling in the sample amount to obtain 40 respondents. While data collection technology is used by the field study and library that includes observation, interviews and question-naires, and to determine the relationship and the influence of an independent variable to the model variables to use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the calculated results obtained statistically Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R) was 0.8950 with p <0.05 and the coefficient value of Determination (R2) 80.11%. This means that approximately 80.11% of employee commitment and organizational culture factors have a significant influence on employee job performance. Partial test showed that the partial coefficient of determination values contained in the organizational culture variables for (r2) = 54.58% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 7.515> ttable = 1.678 and ttable variables for employee commitment (r2) = 78, 74% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 13.196> ttable = 1.678. These results indicate that organizational cultural factors and employee commitment have a significant relationship influence on employee job performance of the Riau Province Regional Secretariat (SetDa).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, workload on turnover intention through job satisfaction at PT Gandaerah Hendana. The sample in the study was carried out by means of a census, namely making the entire population a sample of 60 employees. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove research results, to test hypotheses. In this study using the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study show that: 1) The compensation variable has a direct, positive/unidirectional and significant effect on turnover intention, 2) The compensation has a direct, positive/unidirectional and significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) The job satisfaction has a direct, negative and significant effect on turnover intention, 4) Workload has direct effect on turnover intention positively/unidirectionally and significantly 5) Workload has direct effect on job satisfaction positively/unidirectionally and significantly 6) The role of job satisfaction as a mediating of compensation on turnover intention is partial (partial mediation), 7) The role of job satisfaction as a mediating of workload on turnover intention is perfect (complete mediation). Keywords: Compensation, Workload, Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and motivation simultaneously on work enthusiasm of Production Department employees at PT Wira Karya Pramitra. The populations were 55 employees of PT Wira Karya Pramitra's production department and used a saturated sample. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Technique collecting the data was questionnaires and documentation. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with work enthusiasm as dependent variable and three independent variables are leadership, work environment and motivation. The results of this study stated that leadership, work environment and motivation have significant effect on the work enthusiasm.Keyword: Leadership, Work Environment, Motivation, Work Enthusiasm

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, locus of control, and need for achievement on the entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. The population in this study is the active undergraduate student class of 2017. The sampling technique was the purposive sampling method (85 students from 562 students based on criteria). To prove the study's findings, primary data were collected in this study using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Multiple regression analysis by the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The results show that: 1) there is an effect of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate students; 2) there is an effect of locus of control on the entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate students; 3) there is an effect of the need for achievement on the entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate students; and 4) there is an effect simultaneously of entrepreneurship education, locus of control, and the need for achievement on the entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate students.
