Abstract

The determination of triprolidine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in anti influenza tablet has been performed using derivative spectrophotometry method. Triprolidine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were determined by measuring the first derivative ratio amplitudes, at 227,6 nm (zero crossing for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride) and at 230,0 nm (zero crossing for triprolidine hydrochloride) respectively. The linear calibration graphs were obtained for 5-50 ppm of triprolidine hydrochloride and for 100-800 ppm of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. The results showed that the method is rapid, simple and can be applied successfully to assay simultaneously of two components in tablet preparation.

Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk dunia, kebutuhan akan tanaman pangan juga meningkat. Penurunan kesuburan tanah yang terus-menerus dan meningkatnya alih fungsi lahan pertanian untuk keperluan seperti perumahan, industri, dan kegiatan lainnya merupakan dua dari sekian banyak kendala dalam peningkatan produksi pertanian tanaman pangan. Upaya yang mencakup pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan: (1) memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang cara bercocok tanam tanaman pangan di lahan pertanian dan pekarangan dengan pupuk organik, (2) meningkatkan pemahaman tentang cara membuat pupuk organik menggunakan pupuk kandang dan hasil samping pertanian lainnya, (3) mempermudah penyediaan pangan untuk kebutuhan masyarakat. Metode pelatihan dan proyek percontohan penerapan budidaya tanaman pangan di lahan dan pekarangan dengan menggunakan pupuk organik dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan ini, yang menggunakan pendekatan Andragogik (pembelajaran orang dewasa). Masyarakat Desa Talang Kerinci yang menggarap lahan menjadi sasarannya. Beberapa hasil yang dicapai adalah:(1) memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang cara menanam tanaman pangan dengan pupuk organik di pekarangan dan ladang, (2) meningkatkan kesadaran dan kompetensi dalam produksi pupuk organik dari sisa-sisa pertanian dan kotoran hewan, (3) tersedianya panganuntuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi masyarakat. As the global population rises, so does the need for food crops. A number of obstacles, such as the persistent decrease in soil fertility and the widespread transfer of farmland to other uses (such as housing, industry, and other uses), make it difficult for agricultural production of food crops to increase. An endeavour including community service has been executed with the objective of (1) enhancing understanding of how to grow food crops in both commercial and residential settings by making better use of organic fertiliser, (2) learning more about and practicing the process of creating organic fertiliser using leftovers from farms and cattle, (3) assist in meeting the food consumption needs of the community. This activity makes use of a training strategy and an andragogic approach, which stands for "adult learning," to test out the viability of growing food crops in backyard gardens and on land using organic fertiliser. Talang Kerinci Village farmers are the intended audience. Some of the outcomes are: (1) raising awareness and competence in growing food crops on land and in yards with organic fertiliser, (2) enhancing locals' understanding of how to turn agricultural waste and livestock manure into organic fertiliser, (3) availability of food to meet people's consumption needs

Abstract

The objective of this research is to discuss the politeness strategies in Home Alone 1 movie. Home Alone 1 tells the story of a child name Kevin who tries to keep his house from burglars. Kevin uses politeness strategies to fulfill his ambitions. The purposes of this study are as follows: (1) to know kinds of politeness strategy used by the main character in the home alone 1 movie, (2) to know how the main character used the politeness strategies. This article uses a pragmatic approach from Eva Alcon Soler and Aricia Martinez Flor (2008), and politeness from Brown and Levinson theory (1978). The methods are qualitative research and descriptive method to analyze the data. The researcher used the documentation to collect the data while source of the data was taken from the dialogues and the scene in Home Alone 1 movie. The finding in this thesis shows that Kevin uses politeness strategies to keep his house from burglars and communicate with other characters. (1) Four types of politeness strategies used by Kevin are bald on record, positive politeness, negative politeness, and off record, (2) Kevin uses the politeness strategy in form of direct communicating and indirect communicating.

Abstract

This study discusses about the Illocutionary Act of Joe Biden Speech War between Rusia and Ukraine. The purposed of this study were to explain the types of illocutionary applied by Joe Biden in his speech. This study used a pragmatic approach from Leech (1989), Illocutionary Act from Searle (1999),and Leech (1993). The method used qualitative descriptive method to analyzed the data, the researcher used vidio and the script to collect the data, source of data was take from Joe Biden speech video. The findings of this study showed that (1) Joe Biden used five kinds of illocutionary act , they are Declarative, Directive, Expressive, Representative, and Commisive. Then, (2) there four function of illocutionary Act used by Joe Biden speech war, they are, Competitive, Collaborative, Convivial, and Conflictive

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tindakan yang dilakukan guru, keaktifan siswa, hasil belajar siswa dalam menerapkan pembelajaran   model problem based learning pada pembelajaran Matematika di kelas VI SDN. 09/IV Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang berpedoman pada model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang terdiri empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), Pengamatan (observation) dan refleksi (reflection). Materi pelajaran yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah tentang ciri-ciri bangun ruang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pada siklus 1 pertemuan pertama terlihat perolehan hasil keaktifan belajar siswa pada indikator bertanya pada teman sebesar 56,25%, bertanya pada guru sebesar 50,00%, mengumpulkan informasi sebesar 68,75%, mengolah informasi sebesar 68,75%, menjawab pertanyaan guru sebesar 62,50%, dan mempresentasi hasil belajar sebesar 62,50% meningkat hingga mencapai indikator keberhasilam sebeesar 80% siswa tuntas KKM pada siklus 2 pertemuan kedua disemua indikator keaktifan belajar siswa yakni : bertanya pada teman sebesar 81,25%, bertanya pada guru sebesar 81,25%, mengumpulkan informasi sebesar 87,25%, mengolah informasi sebesar 87,25%, menjawab pertanyaan guru sebesar 100%, dan mempresentasi hasil belajar sebesar 100%.  Kemudian untuk hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 pertemuan pertama menunjukkan 8 siswa dengan persentase sebesar 50% tuntas KKM  dan 8 siswa dengan persentase sebesar 50% belum tuntas KKM dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 74,38  terus meningkat hingga pada siklus 2 pertemuan kedua hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal yang mencapai kriteria ketercapaian keberhasilan sebesar 80,00% kriteria”sangat baik”, dengan  15 siswa dengan persentase sebesar 93,75% tuntas KKM  dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 93,13%.
