Abstract

The readiness of the community to process building permits through SIMBG, which is all digital. The community is asked to finish it before submitting it to SIMBG. The digital transformation of municipal services has become a crucial aspect of innovative city initiatives, with the streamlining of building permit processing emerging as a critical focus area.This brings the community culture familiar with the digitization of permits.This study aims to know and analyze the cultural readiness of the community to obtain digital building permits through SIMBG.This study employed a descriptive qualitative methodology. The SIMBG operators that provided the primary and secondary data are taken from websites, journals, and technical service data. Qualitative data processing through interactive analysis is the study technique analysis that includes stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification drawing.This study's results indicate that the community's culture in digitizing building permits has shown an increase. This is indicated by only some people still taking care of building permits through SIMBG Clinic officers or offline and consulting on data input procedures and digital data requirements.  Increasing the culture of digitalization of building permits by the local government through Dissemination of Building Permit Regulations regarding e-government Applications; Improving the Competence of Human Resources and the business world in Information Technology; Increasing the reach of the internet in all corners of the country; and Repair and update the SIMBG Application.

Abstract

Inovasi fintech berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, menawarkan solusi keuangan yang lebih mudah diakses dan terjangkau bagi masyarakat luas. Hal ini membuka peluang untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan, terutama bagi mereka yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki akses ke layanan keuangan tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi fintech dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan publikasi resmi dari lembaga terkait. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bahwa fintech telah memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam memperluas akses terhadap layanan keuangan di seluruh dunia. Melalui penerapan teknologi terkini, fintech telah berhasil mengatasi beberapa hambatan tradisional dalam akses keuangan, seperti biaya tinggi dan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Meskipun demikian, tantangan yang signifikan masih ada, termasuk masalah regulasi yang bervariasi di berbagai negara, keamanan dan privasi data, serta kesenjangan akses teknologi di wilayah-wilayah terpencil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the independent curriculum on Indonesian education. This study is a type of SLR research and meta-analysis. This research data comes from an analysis of 10 national and international journals published in 2018-2023. The keyword for data search is the influence of the independent curriculum in Indonesia. Search data sources through google scholar databases, Educarion Resources Information Center (ERIC), and ScienceDirect. Data analysis with the help of Comprensive Meta-analysis (CMA) applications. The results of the study concluded that the independent curriculum has a positive effect on the education system in Indonesia with a summary effect size value (rE = 0.68; Z = 8.146; p < 0.001). This finding shows that the application of the mendeka curriculum has a significant effect on Indonesian education in the medium category. The implementation of an independent curriculum can train students to have critical thinking skills, scientific literacy and student numeracy in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Size Problem Based Learning on problem solving ability in government science students. This study is a type of meta-analysis research. Data sources in this study come from 10 national and international journals published from 2020-2024. The criteria for data eligibility are research derived from SINTA and Scopus indexed journals and proceedings, participants in this study of social science students, research related to the effect of size project based learning on problem solving ability in political science students, and the sample size must be large 20 students. Purposive sampling data collection techniques. Data analysis is calculating the effect size value with the help of Microsoft Excel 2020. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence of differentiation learning on the profile of Pancasila students in social science students in Indonesia with an average value of effect size 10 studies of 0.878 and Standard error of 0.342 with a high effect size category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis persepsi publik terhadap salah satu upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid 19), yaitu implementasi kebijakan publik yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Walikota Makassar Nomor 5 Tahun 2021 tentang Makassar Recover. Dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pro kontra masyarakat diberbagai media terhadap kebijakan ini sejak resmi diimplementaskan, sementara Pemerintah Kota Makassar berani mengatakan kebijakan Makassar Recover sebagai program andalan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dan dengan mempertimbangkan posisi masyarakat sebagai sasaran kebijakan yang merasakan manfaat maupun dampak secara langsung, peneliti menganggap pentingnya mengetahui persepsi publik terhadap kebijakan Makassar Recover agar menjadi bahan rujukan perbaikan kebijakan bagi Pemerintah Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Mixed Methode Research (MMR) yaitu menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat Kota Makassar, melakukan pengamatan dan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa meskipun masih ditemukan penolakan terhadap kebijakan ini, namun sebagian besar masyarakat setuju dan memberikan dukungan terhadap substansi kebijakan, perilaku petugas pelaksana, interaksi jejaring kerja, partisipasi kelompok sasaran dan sumber daya dalam kebijakan Makassar Recover.
