Abstract

The number of outpatient visits in the Xcommunity health center in 2016 was 32633 patients, and in 2017 the number of visits increased by 38374 patients, while in 2018 the number of visits decreased by 36604 patients. Based on data from outpatient visits at X health center that the number of patient visits decreased, where in 2017 increased and in 2018 decreased the number of patient visits.The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the quality of health care services and the interest of outpatient visits to the X community health center.The type of research conducted was observational analytic research using a cross sectional study approach. This research was carried out in the technical service unit of the X community health center in 2019. The population was all patients using outpatient care facilities at Cipancuh Health Center in 2019, with 36604 outpatients. The sample size is 100 people. Sampling is done by simple random sampling.Statistical test results, namely the quality of health services ( value = 0,000) are related to the interest of outpatient visits in the Technical Implementation Unit of the X community Health Center in 2019.It is expected that the staff will further improve the quality of their services in the hope that patients who use outpatient facilities. Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan peralihan dari usia anak menjadi dewasa. Dan disanalah para remaja banyak yang terjebak dalam pergaulan bebas, maka dari itu mereka harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus, baik oleh dirinya sendiri, orang tua, dan masyarakat sekitar, pengabdian ini di ikut sertakan oleh siswa-siswi Smk Negri 2 Kotamobagu. kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan penyuluhan temtang dampak seks bebas pada remaja di Smk Negri 2 Kotamobagu. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pengeras suara (Mic), materi dalam bentuk power point dan leaflet tentang dampak seks bebas pada remaja. Hasil pengabdian kepada siswa/Siswi kelas X-XI mendapat edukasi tentang dampak seks bebas dan cara menghindari pergaulan bebas dengan media yang digunakan yaitu mic dan leaflet.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan salah satu dari periode perkembangan manusia, Masa ini merupakan masa perubahan atau peralihan dari masa kanak – kanak ke masa dewasa yang meliputi perubahan biologis, psikologis, dan social. Usia remaaj biasanya dimulai pada usia 10 -13 tahun dan berakhir pada usia 18 – 22 tahun. Ruang lingkup pelayanan kesehatan repoduksi menurut International Conference Population and Development (ICPD) tahun 1994 di Kairo terdiri dari kesehatan ibu dan anak, keluarga berencana, pencegahan dan penanganan infeksi menular seksual termasuk HIV/AIDS, kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Tujuan dari penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi remaja adalah untuk membantu remaja tingkat SMA/SMK agar memahami kesehatan reproduksi, sehingga remaja memiliki sikap dan perilaku sehat serta bertanggung jawab kaitannya dengan masalah kehidupan reproduksi. Metode penyuluhan Kesehatan dengan alat bantu media leaflet untuk memudahkan remaja memahami materi yang disampaikan. Hasil dalam kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja terkait Kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan diharapkan kegiatan pengabdian penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi ditargetkan kepada siswa SMA/SMK TI Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu peduli terkait Kesehatan reproduksi. Kegiatan edukasi ini sangat bermanfaat dalam menambah wawasan para remaja terkait Upaya meningkatkan Kesehatan reproduksi.
