Abstract

The number of outpatient visits in the Xcommunity health center in 2016 was 32633 patients, and in 2017 the number of visits increased by 38374 patients, while in 2018 the number of visits decreased by 36604 patients. Based on data from outpatient visits at X health center that the number of patient visits decreased, where in 2017 increased and in 2018 decreased the number of patient visits.The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the quality of health care services and the interest of outpatient visits to the X community health center.The type of research conducted was observational analytic research using a cross sectional study approach. This research was carried out in the technical service unit of the X community health center in 2019. The population was all patients using outpatient care facilities at Cipancuh Health Center in 2019, with 36604 outpatients. The sample size is 100 people. Sampling is done by simple random sampling.Statistical test results, namely the quality of health services ( value = 0,000) are related to the interest of outpatient visits in the Technical Implementation Unit of the X community Health Center in 2019.It is expected that the staff will further improve the quality of their services in the hope that patients who use outpatient facilities. Abstract

Teamwork merupakan kompetensi atau soft skill setiap individu dalam bekerja. Teamwork dipandang perlu untuk dikuasai oleh profesional kesehatan untuk memenuhi tuntutan kualitas perawatan. Teamwork pada suatu rumah sakit akan sangat bermanfaat bagi setiap karyawan dan pasien. Hasil studi pendahuluan Di RSUD Kota Kotamobagu mengindikasikan bahwa masih terdapat problem dalam teamwork perawat di RSUD Kota Kotamobagu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi teamwork terhadap kinerja perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan. Merupakan penelitian deskriptif-kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional terhadap 41 sampel yang diambil secara total (total sampling) di RSUD Kotamobagu pada Februari 2022 melalui observasi. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner semi kontruktif dan analisis data menggunakan uji fisher’s exact, yang disajikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi teamwork terhadap kinerja perawat dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Kota Kotamobagu, bahwa persepsi teamwork berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja yang di tunjukkan oleh perawat dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan, secara statistik diperoleh nilai P=0.004. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa persepsi teamwork berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja perawat yang merupakan aspek penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di RSUD Kota Kotamobagu. Tim petugas keperawatan perlu mendiskusikan terkait gagasan-gagasan dan ide-ide untuk menyelesaikan masalah, dengan menggunakan Metode Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation (SBAR) akan lebih baik.

Abstract

Puskesmas merupakan ujung tombak pembangunan kesehatan di Indonesia, untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, kemauan, kemampuan, hidup bagi setiap orang agar terwujud derajat kesehatan masyarakat optimal, yang bertanggung jawab utama dalam penyelengaraan seluruh upaya pembangunan kesehatan diwilayah kabupaten/kota. Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui determinan yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan penyelenggara layanan kesehatan di puskesmas kotamobagu kecamatan kotamobagu. Dengan adanya penelitian ini kami tau sejauh mana kinerja ataupun harapan dari tenaga kesehatan yang ada di puskesmas kotamobagu. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif mengunakan analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dipuskesmas kotakotambagu. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 33 tenaga kesehatan yang berkerja dipuskesmas kota kotamobagu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 24 mei s.d 32 juni 2022. Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting untuk mendapatkan hasil kerja yang optimal. Ketika seorang merasakan kepuasan dalam bekerja tentunya ia akan berupaya semaksimal mungkin dengan segenap kemampuan yang dimilikinya untuk menyelesaikan tugas pekerjaanya.

Abstract

Success in providing nursing is directly proportional to the success of the nursing management process, because to create high-quality services, professional services are needed which are technically to improve each system of providing nursing care, for that the provision of nursing through the Professional Nursing Practice Model (MPKP) is considered very important. The results of the survey conducted by researchers obtained information related to the professionalism of nurses by 5 informants, that the nursing services they felt were still unsatisfactory. The purpose of this study was to determine the Professional Nursing Practice Model (MPKP) before and after being given treatment. This research is a type of quantitative research with a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were all nurses who were permanent employees at hospitals in Kotamobagu City with a total of 257 people. The total sample of this study was 154 people who were determined based on the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling method by accidental proportion based on the hospital cluster. The results of this study indicate that the frequency distribution of Pillar I of the management approach at Kotamobagu City Hospital has increased after being given the application of MPKP to each element and the frequency distribution of Pillar IV of the nursing care delivery system at Kotamobagu City Hospital has increased in each element after being given professional training.

Abstract

Penyakit hipertensi menjadi salah satu penyebab kematian dini pada masyarakat secara global. Penyakit hipertensi memiliki prevalensi tertinggi kedua dari 10 penyakit paling menghawatirkan setelah ISPA, di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Jenis penelitian yaitu Deskriptif-Kuantitatif. Menggunakan analisis Chi-square model univariat secara cross-sectional, Penyajian data dalam tabel distribusi beserta narasi. Populasi sebanyak 45 orang. Sampel sebanyak 45 orang, ditentukan berdasarkan prinsip nonprobability sampling yaitu total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup lansia hipertensi termasuk tidak sehat (64,25), dimana cenderung mengonsumsi natrium (82.2%), tidak beraktivitas fisik (62.2%), dan mengonsumsi lemak jenuh (55.6%), dan merokok (42.4%). Dapat di simpulkan bahwa gaya hidup lansia termasuk dalam gaya hidup yang tidak sehat, serta lansia hipertensi di temukan lebih banyak pada perempuan. Disarankan agar lansia diberikan self-efficacy untuk melakukan pengendalian hipertensi dengan terapi obat tradisional karena dinilai lebih ekonomis dan kurang efek samping.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of educational services can be carried out through the implementation of healthy schools. The implementation can be focused on how to create a school environment without causing illness, both physically and spiritually. This service activity is a form of socialization using educational methods in parallel, with lecture and discussion techniques, regarding actions that can be taken to implement healthy schools. duration of activity for 30 minutes, and a break of 10 minutes for each topic. The results of this socialization have given student participants an understanding of the principles of healthy schools. In this activity, participants already know about maintaining a clean environment, the learning process does not cause commotion and harassment among friends, and they have learned a lot about methods for choosing hygienic and nutritious food through identification of the physical appearance of snacks and snack packaging. It can be concluded that healthy schools must be socialized frequently and intensely or given to school children early. Improving the quality of health services through the participation of health workers is urgently needed in building and accompanying the implementation of healthy schools, according to the participants of the Kenya School Health Project.
