Abstract

Hospitals are always required to improve the quality, scope and efficiency of hospital services through improving and developing hospital management, especially from human resources, funding and information towards hospital independence while still paying attention to their social functions. In providing complete health services to the community, the hospital must always pay attention to all aspects that play an important role. This study aims to describe the relevant strategies to be implemented by the RSUD. Kotapinang in improving the quality of services obtained as a result of the recommendations from the SWOT analysis using qualitative descriptive research conducted from January to June 2020. This study used snowball sampling techniques with initial informants as many as 5 directors consisting of: Head of Kotapinang District Hospital, Labuhanbatu Selatan District, Head of Medical Services, General Hospital of Kotapinang District Hospital, Inpatients in Kotapinang District Hospital and Patients who visited Kotapinang District Hospital. The results of the study concluded that it was necessary for the Regional Hospital. Kotapinang Regency of South Labuhanbatu needs to work on self-improvement through improving the quality and quantity of work supporting facilities and facilities in the delivery of health services and Striving for the use of information technology systems in assisting the service process while seeking access to the procurement of high technology products in the health sector to support increased quality of service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1). Knowing how the level of parental attention to the learning outcomes of students in the Social Studies class of SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. 2) Knowing whether there is a significant relationship between parental attention and geography learning outcomes of class X IPS SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. This research is an ex post facto research with a correlational approach. The independent variable in this study is the attention of parents while the dependent variable is learning outcomes. The sampling technique used was random sampling, the number of samples was 52. The data collection was obtained using a questionnaire containing questions about students' attention to learning and learning outcomes, namely the first semester scores with school documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and product moment correlation analysis. The results shssowed that the level of people's attention was categorized as moderate, namely 78 with a percentage of 65%, while the results of learning geography for class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 3 Makassar were categorized as moderate, namely 80 with a percentage of 80%. The results of the product moment correlation analysis obtained  = 0.567 and = 0.230 with an error rate of 5% (0.05). It can be concluded that parental attention has a significant effect on student outcomes in geography learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis isi materi Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Seperti, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya interaksi social, bahkan sulitnya memberikan gambaran konkrit kepada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil studi research maupun literatur, didapatkan beberapa problematika yang dihadapi siswa diantaranya adalah kurangnya minat belajar siswa untuk mempelajari materi pendidikan agama islam, penggunaan metode dan strategi yang membosankan, masih adanya guru yang kurang memenuhi dari standar kompetensi guru yang seharusnya harus dimiliki, masih ditemukan siswa yang bermalas-malasan dalam kegiatan belajar materi Pendidikan Agama Islam pada penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa isi materi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam kurikulum merdeka sudah sejalan dengan upaya untuk pengembangan peserta didik yaitu nilai-nilai dan ajaran Islam yang sangat mulia, memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan, mengembangkan keterampilan peserta didik agar menjadi muslim yang kaaffah serta menghadirkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Service, Security and Ease of Use on Interest in Using the DANA E-Wallet application. The population of this study were Islamic Banking Students of STAIN Mandailing Natal. The sample used was 99 respondents. The sampling technique for this study used the Purposive Sampling technique. The tool used in this study was SPSS version 20. Based on the results of the SPSS calculation, the Service Feature does not have a positive and significant effect on interest in using. This is evidenced by the t-count value which is smaller than the t table, which is 1.262 <1.661 with a significant value of 0.201> 0.05. While Security has a positive and significant effect on interest in using. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 2.871 which is greater than the t table of 1.661 with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. And Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on interest in using. This is evidenced by the calculated t value of 3.507 which is greater than the t table value of 1.661 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Then the results of the study show that Service Features, Security and Ease of Use have a positive and significant effect on interest in using. This is evidenced by the alculated F value of 68.638 which is greater than the F table value of 2.699 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.005.
