This study aims to determine the existence of traditional retail in the midst of the existence of modern retail in the city of Padangsidimpuan and to determine the role of the government in increasing the existence of traditional retail in the midst of the existence of modern retail in the city of Padangsidimpuan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research by interviewing traditional retailers and local governments. The results show that traditional retailers have different perceptions after modern retailers have stood around their businesses. Seven out of ten respondents have a negative perception while the other three people have a perception that there is no perceived impact. The government's role in this case is Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), and the Trade Office has given attention and has not ignored traditional retail traders. Traders receive capital assistance and offer to shift their business if their business cannot survive and are then given skills training.

Pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di pesantren merupakan tantangan yang besar yang dihadapi pesantren karena harus mampu mengkolaborasikan ilmu agama dan ilmu umum. Salah satu ilmu umum yang perlu dikembangkan dan dimasukkan dalam kurikulum pesantren adalah kewirausahaan yang Islami. Sebagaimana amanat undang undang, pesantren mempunyai tiga fungsi, yaitu fungsi pendidikan, fungsi dakwah, dan fungsi pemberdayaan masyarakat. Adapun tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan tentang pemanfaatan waktu luang bagi para santri dan karya- karya inovatif serta pendampingan pemasaran produk yang secara tidak langsung ikut mempromosikan keberadaan dan kelebihan yang dimiliki pondok pesantren Baiturrahman. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab dalam pemahaman entrepreneur serta pelatihan pembuatan kerajinan tangan dan pendampingan pemasaran secara online dan offline. Adapun hasil pengabdian ini adalah diterima serta mendapat respon yang baik dan positif dari berbagai pihak dan diharapkan adanya perubahan pola pikir santri untuk berkembang serta memiliki keterampilan yang inovatif tentang ekonomi kreatif dengan pembuatan souvenir-souvenir cantik dari berbagai macam

This PKM activity aims to socialize and train mosque administrators in regulating the financial administration of the Jamiq mosque in Pintu Padang village, especially in preparing mosque financial reports in accordance with PSAK No.45. The PKM method is carried out using the interview method to find problems in the field, the lecture method in socializing and introducing the basics of accounting, the tutorial method in preparing mosque financial reports. There were 20 participants who took part in this training. These participants were Jamiq Mosque administrators and mosque youth who were willing to take part in the training. This PKM activity will be held on Saturday, September 5 2022 from 08.00-12.30 WIB. The implementation of community service ran smoothly and received positive responses from various parties.

The aim is to determine the significant influence of Service and Profit Sharing Ratio on Customer Saving Interest at Bank SUMUT KCPSy Panyabungan. This research uses a quantitative description method. Sampling was taken using a simple random sampling technique, by distributing questionnaires directly to 98 respondents. With the help of SPSS version 25. The research results are based on SPSS calculations that service influences customers' interest in saving. This is proven by the calculated t value being greater than the t table, namely: (2,329 > 1.895) with a significant value of 0.022 < 0.05, and the profit sharing ratio influences customers' interest in saving. This is proven by the calculated t value being greater than the t table, namely: (2.258 > 1.895) with a significance value of 0.026 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that the Profit Sharing Ratio (X2) variable has a positive and significant effect on the customer's interest in saving variable. (Y). This is proven by the calculated F value of 5.654 > 3.092, a significant value of 0.005 < 0.05.

This research aims to analyze the effect of savings and financing on increasing the income of Mitra Manindo Syariah Kayu Jati Consumer Cooperative members' income. The sample for this research was members of the Mitra Manindo Syariah Kayu Jati Consumer Cooperative, totaling 155 respondents. The dependent variable (Y) in this research is income, the independent variables savings (X1) and financing (X2). The data used is primary data obtained from respondents through the questionnaire provided. The tool used in this research is SPSS version 21. The research results are based on SPSS calculations that savings do not have a significant effect on income. This is proven by the calculated tvalue being smaller than the ttable, namely: (1.827 < 1.976) with a significant value of 0.070 > 0.025. Meanwhile, financing has an effect on income as evidenced by the calculated t being greater than the ttable, namely: (1.996 > 1.976) with a significant value of 0.048 > 0.025. Then the research results show that savings and financing have a positive and significant effect on the income of cooperative members. This is proven by the calculated F value of 8.326 which is greater than the F table value of 3.06 with a significant value of 0.000<0.005.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis pondok pesantren dalam hal ini yaitu pondok pesantren Baiturrahman desa Parau Sorat baik untuk santri, lansia, dan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini mengambil data dengan mewawancarai ketua yayasan, guru, lansia, santri, dan masyarakat sekitar pesantren terkait bagaimana pemberdayaan ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh pesantren. Kemudian hasil wawancara disajikan dan diambil kesimpulan terkait tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberdayaan ekonomi di pesantren Baiturrahman dilakukan dengan memberdayakan santri, lansia, dan masyarakat sekitar pesantren. Kegiatan pemberdayaan santri dilakukan dengan pelatihan agrobisnis, peternakan, perikanan, kaligrafi, dan grup nasyid. Pemberdayaan ekonomi yang dilakukan untuk para lansia yang mondok di pesantren Baiturrahman yaitu dengan menyediakan tanah untuk digarap. Sedangkan masyarakat sekitar dengan kemitraan kebun sawit.

This paper is a study that discusses mergers in UUPT 2007 and POJK.03 / 2018 concerning Requirements and Procedures for Merger, Consolidation, Takeover, Integration and Conversion of Commercial Banks. The procedural arrangements of the two arrangements include: design, terms of incorporation. The approval of the board of commissioners is submitted to the GMS for approval, obtaining approval from the relevant agency. Meanwhile, the regulations regarding the protective merger in the 2007 UUPT and POJK.13/2018 are aimed at protecting the interests of related parties, namely the company, minority shareholders, creditors and the public and healthy competition in doing business.

Sharia financial institutions were first established, namely Islamic banking in 1991. However, this financial institution has experienced good growth. Seeing the development of Islamic banks so far, which makes sharia principles the main foundation in running their business, it is necessary to have regulatory and supervisory institutions for Islamic banks in order to minimize the occurrence of fraud from various parties that can harm the wider community. The institution that regulated and supervised Islamic banks before 2014 was regulated and supervised by Bank Indonesia, then since 2014 it has been regulated and supervised by the OJK. In addition, Islamic banks are regulated and supervised by the DSN, which then represents the DPS in Islamic banking to supervise the activities of islamic banks in accordance with or not with syriah principles.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the empowerment activities of the potential of Islamic boarding schools in making the Baiturrahman Islamic boarding school in Parau Sorat village independent were for students, the elderly, and the surrounding community. This study collected data by interviewing the head of the foundation, teachers, the elderly, students, and the community around the Islamic boarding school regarding how economic empowerment was carried out by the Islamic boarding school. Then the results of the interviews were presented and conclusions were drawn related to the research theme. The results of the study showed that economic empowerment at the Baiturrahman Islamic boarding school was carried out by empowering students, the elderly, and the community around the Islamic boarding school. Student empowerment activities were carried out through training in agribusiness, animal husbandry, fisheries, calligraphy, and rice groups. Economic empowerment carried out for the elderly who live at the Baiturrahman Islamic boarding school is by providing land to be cultivated. While the surrounding community with oil palm plantation partnerships.
