Abstract

Tujuan penelitian Ini Untuk Mengetahui Gambaran kepemimpinan kepala desa ,Efektivitas pelayanan pada masyarakat dan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala desa terhadap efektivitas pelayanan pada masyarakat desa paku haji. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan statistik.populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 566 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 84 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik obervasi,kuesioner dan dekumentasi.data diolah dengan menggunakan Deskriptif statistik dan regresi linier sederhana,Yang mana hasil olah data menunjukkan Bahwa gambaran kepimpinan kepala desa paku haji termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi atau baik dan Efektivitas pelayanan kepala desa pada masyarakat juga termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi atau baik sedangkan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala desa terhadap efektivitas pelayanan pada masyrakat yang di uji menggunakan uji regresi sederhana menunjukan bahawa Terdapatnya Pengaruh Yang Positif Dan Signifikan Antara Fungsi Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Terhadap Efektivitas.Kepada Aparat Desa di Pondok Kubang Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah agar lebih menyadari tugas pentingnya sebagai pelayan masyarakat yang merupakan tanggung jawabnya sebagai Aparat Desa

Abstract

Program penguatan pemasaran digital ini bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM bubuk kopi di Kelurahan Tanjung Iman dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan daya saing, dan efisiensi promosi melalui media digital. Produk bubuk kopi lokal yang diproduksi secara tradisional memiliki kualitas dan cita rasa khas, namun selama ini hanya dipasarkan secara konvensional. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui identifikasi pelaku UMKM, pelatihan pemasaran digital, perbaikan desain kemasan, pembuatan konten promosi, dan pendampingan penggunaan media sosial. Hasil sementara menunjukkan peningkatan minat konsumen dan aktivitas promosi yang lebih aktif dari para pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in poverty alleviation efforts in Batu Bandung Village, Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency. PKH is a conditional cash transfer program targeted at poor families with the goal of improving access to health, education, and social welfare services. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that PKH implementation in Batu Bandung Village has had a positive impact on improving the welfare of beneficiary families, particularly in terms of education and health access. However, several challenges remain, including inaccurate targeting, limited inclusion in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS), and improper fund utilization. Supporting factors include the commitment of social facilitators and support from local government, while inhibiting factors involve low community understanding of the program’s objectives and weak oversight. Strengthening data accuracy, providing intensive assistance, and conducting continuous public awareness campaigns are necessary to enhance the effectiveness and equity of PKH implementation.

Abstract

The question posted in this study was “Did the Problem Based – Learning Strategy give effect to the students’ ability in writing argumentative text in English Study Program of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu?”. The aim of this study was to examine whether problem-based learning strategies affect students' ability to write argumentative text in English Study Program of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The methodology of this research was experimental research. With 146 students, the samples for this study consisted of two classes. Class B has 20 students and class C 20 students. The researchers took courses B and C because they had similar subject-writing skills. The researcher took class B and C because they have similar skill in writing I subject.  The data were obtained from the pre-test before the treatment in three meetings and post-test after the treatment by using Problem-Based Learning Strategy in experimental class. Students’ writing product is assessed by using analytical scoring rubric. The last step was the researcher discussed and concluded the data. The result of this research showed that Problem Based – Learning Strategy can improve students' writing skills. Calculated using T-test formula, it was found that t-count is higher than t-table (2.9>2.0024) and the average score  of the two classes was increased, the experimental class got increasing as much as 38.7 points, while in control class indicate the increasing as much as 3.8 points.  So, it can be concluded that this strategy gave a positive effect to the student’s ability in writing argumentative text.

Abstract

This research used descriptive method. It was used to get description about something by analyzing, interpreting, and concluding. In this case, the researcher described about implicit meaning found that exist in Garfield comic strips in May 2012 edition. In collecting the data, the researcher downloaded Garfield comic strip May 2012 Edition from official website of Garfield in http://www.Garfield.com. The results of this research showed that all of the comic strips contain implicit meaning. Furthermore based on the research question, the implicit meanings found in Garfield comic strips were divided into two types, they were particularized implicit and generalized implicit meaning, if we know the background knowledge of the Garfield we can use particularized implicit meaning, but if we didn’t knew we can use generalized implicit meaning. In this case, the comic strips were dominated by Particularized implicit meaning type. The total of Particularized implicit meaning were 19 comic strips, and the rests were 13 comic strips. The conclusion of this research is every edition of Garfield of comic strips has implicit meaning in every strip, so to know what the implicit meaning in every strip is we must know the background knowledge of Garfield. The researcher expects the result of this research will be useful for the english students who need the result of this research as references in learning pragmatics. The researcher also hopes that this research will inspire other researcher to analyze the implicit meaning in other comic’s strips.
